not got a refund from 08/2011. frustrating

Frustrated that for nearly 2years l have not got a refund for a ticket l bought thru travelhouse. No updates yet.

I have been booking since 2010 with Travel house uk because - once upon a time.....
In 2010, I got a ticket from airline website for KLM, got stranded at the airport, could not understand what went wrong as the airline failed to let me know of the schedule change.It was 7 in the evening that i had lost all hope stranded at check-in, flight had flown.
In desperation, I googled and called in to one of the travel agencies for a new ticket, spoke to one Victor Hunt, who proved to be a lifesaving saint. Instead of trying to sell me a new ticket, he took my details and contacted the airline for me, and had my date changed for the next flight - free of cost. It took him about an hour or so and many number of calls to me and airline. finally at the end of the evening, Airline rep called me to apologize!
Ever Since, Kenneth & I as well as the COKER family and friends have been booking with Travel houseuk.
The said Victor Hunt is now manager (no surprise), we have dealt with many agents within travl house, but found no difference in the level of quality customer care.

just to let you know that i have found travel agent that can sort out everything that would have be a borden on me. i stand to recomment travehouse to any one that wants a reliable and dependable travel agent, come rain or sunshine they will be there for you to take the burden off your shoulder.

Magnificent service.

I really needed to go to Africa for my brother's wedding. Paying the full fare on one go for myself and two kids was going to be a challenge. So I made a payment plan, paying in installments, which was very convenient to me. I would definitely recommend TravelHouse.

Terrible service, stay away

My first time experience with a online website to buy tickets. I was dealing with some agent called "BEN". He was very promising in the start, big talk, enthusiastic but after i actually booked my flight, he made my life miserable. I was running in circles to get my tickets issued which in the end i had to cancel a few hours before my flight.
He not only ruined my trip but made me so miserable for something that i bought with my own money.
I will never deal with travel house again and make sure no one else does too.

Great if you live in Wales

We have used our local travel house a few times to book holidays. Great staff and if you want to fly from Bristol or cardiff you get free transport to the airport! Cant fault their service at all!
