I have to cancel my booking due to personal reasons. I called them more than 3 weeks in advance but they still charged me 20%. While booking, I have read their FAQs which said 'Loss of Deposit '. However, in the fine prints of T&C, they have mentioned about the 20% of booking value. I called them to ask - why is there a discrepancy between FAQ and T&C. However, got a strong attitude from agent. Agent just insist on T&C and refused to help any further. I am not going back to them again.
