Crying Mum when told have to pay £340 cancellation for accommodation less than 24 hours after booking it!
Travel Republic response - errrrr you book with each provider directly and have to pay the 20% . Not our issue really - read the small print.
Common sense? Agencies should not confirm hotels before they confirm flights and don't charge me for transfers to flights I've never agreed to! Would you?
