reliable and good service

THEY HAVE A BOGUS COMPLAINT PROCEDURE AND CENSOR OUT BAD REVIEWS
Travel Republic booked for us a hotel that had blood and urine stained mattresses with a dangerous metal spike protruding, a rusting and enamel peeling bath, a bedroom carpet covered in coffee stains, at times the only restaurant up two steep flights of stairs with no lifts, a small bedroom up a steep staircase with no banister, no heated pool when one was advertised, dangerous children's facilities, forced to share your table at the restaurant with other people and when we lodged a complaint, rude and unhelpful reception staff. When the matter was taken further, the hotel would not respond and would not offer compensation and Travel Republic would do nothing about it either. However Travel Republic state they are ABTA registered and say they follow a complaint procedure, but when we followed it right to the end it proved to be a charade as at the end they said none of it applied because they were acting as an 'agent'.

Did what it said on the tin
when you book holidays on line you worry that everything is in place but this is the second holiday i have booked with travel republic and everything worked like clockwork and will be booking my next holiday with them

Travel republic are no hassle booking all can be done on web or you can ring they answer all your questions and get back to you with response to questions when they have checked them out always been very helpful reasonably priced would not hesitate to book with them again fantastic company

great holiday company
have booked with travel republic for a few holidays and can only say i.d never book with anyone else.. so easy to book from flight to hotel to transfers.. just the click of the mouse and its all done.. have made me think in the past if i.ve done everything right coz its so easy to book... hope travel republic will trade for many many many years to come.. thank you travel republic

Stick with a company you trust
I have booked many holidays online and Travel Republic is one of the few I would trust . I have used them several times and their website is quick and easy to use; accurate with information and competitively priced.
Having had several offers from competitors double in price between quote and payment, the only extras are luggage, transfers and parking (I don't need car hire or insurance).
Each part of the holiday is booked separately, however they all happen when they should with minimal inconvenience. The airline already have our details, the transfer company are prepared and the hotel is ready. I can't ask for more when there are so many poor holiday suppliers out there.

Feel rest assured once you've booked.
i use Travelrepublic to book all my hotels now quick n easy and never had any bother checking in when got to my hotel, unlike other sites i used before. Also their low deposit scheme is brilliant and the company should be commended in these time3s for doing such a scheme.

Very good service, accurate descriptions of hotel, and easy booking.
I've booked through Travel Republic for three holidays now and never had a problem. The booking process was easy and straight forward, a good price too. We booked three rooms for a group of us in York, but had to cancel one. This did incur a fee as I'd only paid a £3 deposit (the small deposit was great for securing the rooms) but the process was easy enough and the customer service representatives were helpful in making this change to my booking.

Highly recommended
I always used travel republic when it comes to book a holiday or hotel in UK or abroad. Prices always tend to be lower when anywhere else. Customer service very polite and helpful. Would recommend everyone!!!

We've used Travel Republic for years and have never had a bad experience.
Travel Republic almost always come up with the best deal for our travel requirements. We regularly use them for holidays and hotel bookings. Usually everything is booked online with no need for any further contact, but when I have had to phone I've always found the staff to be very knowledgable and helpful.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, I DONT ADVISED PEOPLE TO BOOK WITH TRAVEL REPUBLIC
I WENT TO THE HOTEL WITH MY FAMILY AND CHILDREN WHO WERE VERY TIRED WANTED TO GET INTO THE ROOM AND REST, BUT I'M TOLD THAT I'M BOOKED FOR AN ECONOMY ROOM, DESPITE THAT I PAID MORE THAN A FRIEND [ ABOUT 3 POUNDS]WHO BOOKED SAME TIME AS ME, WE WENT SAME TIME TOGETHER. I HAD TO PAY EXTRA 120 POUNDS TO GET A FULLY EQUIPPED ROOM- BUT OF COURSE I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE STAFF TO FIND ANOTHER ROOM OF MY CHOICE THEN I HAD TO PAY EXTRA 120 POUNDS, WHAT IF I DIDN'T HAVE EXTRA MONEY WITH ME.

Very unreasonable - Please read T&C fine prints
I have to cancel my booking due to personal reasons. I called them more than 3 weeks in advance but they still charged me 20%.
While booking, I have read their FAQs which said 'Loss of Deposit '. However, in the fine prints of T&C, they have mentioned about the 20% of booking value.
I called them to ask - why is there a discrepancy between FAQ and T&C. However, got a strong attitude from agent. Agent just insist on T&C and refused to help any further.
I am not going back to them again.

Best price for Disneyland Paris online
Booked online for one of the Disney special offers, cheaper than Disney website.
Wrote down reference number but didn't print out voucher, this wasn't a big problem as when we arrived the hotel had all our details ready.
Very satisfied with the ease of booking and the result.

Ticks every box
Travel republic offered the cheapest and fulfilled holiday and were very good at keeping in touch and letting us know everything that was happening. All paperwork arrived efficiently and quickly, and they were very attentive and helpful. Would DEFINITELY recommend and book again myself! brilliant!

Fantastic holiday, definatly use them again!!
We have never used Travel Republic before, but my dad recommended them as he has booked holidays through them before. We were a bit apprehensive to begin with, but everything went smoothly from booking, to flights, transfers and even the hotel. Even on the way back our transfer details had been given to the hotel, so no need to phone up to find them out. If you see any bargains then my advice would be to go for it with Travel Republic as we shall be using them again!! Plus its all ATOL protected you get to print out your certificate.
Been reading other peoples reviews on trying to contact Travel Republic, the one time we needed to ring them, we got through straight away and they were very helpful.

100% recommended
I've previously booked with Expedia and had major fraud issues resulting in all of my bank cards having to be replaced. No such issues with Travel Republic, booked the hotel without a hitch, hotel voucher arrived in minutes and the hotel was fantastic.

You Should use Travel Republic to book your next Holiday as their system is very easy to use and they offer great value for money and a high standard at the Hotels they use, My Family of 6 has used Travel Republic 2 Years running and will continue to use them for all of our Package Holiday requirements.
Great Customer service and a very easy system to book from Start to Finish.
We have recently returned From Hotel Villa Marina Salou and we would recommend it to anyone.

Very unreasonable
I tried to cancel a room because of a family member being ill – it was booked on the Wednesday and I called them on the Friday to cancel and it was over a week before I was due to stay – they insisted I would have to pay 100% of the cost to cancel – will not be using them again.

Quick, Easy, Efficent and Cheap.
We have used Travel Republic Four Times now and cannot see us booking with anyone else now because their web-site is so easy and straight forward to use and they seem to be the cheapest company in fact i think if im honest we dont bother look at other companys to compare which is unusual for us as we always compare prices. as soon as we ve booked we get comfirmation almost immediately and regular updates of any changes which is great and think is most inportant.
