Total mess of an online order, disgusting service.
I had a 250 mile ride ahead, i bought a set of 4 inner tubes and a bike multitool over a week in advance. The inner tubes arrived after 5 days, but they were the wrong type as well as only 2 being in the bag. I had to rush to a shop to buy some, and pay even more. Eventually tredz got back and refunded me. Useless waste of time.
But i was still hoping the bike multi tool would arrive in time. It didn't. Tredz left me with no spare inner tubes and no basic bike tools on a 250 mile ride despite me ordering well over a week before i set off. It's not only bad service but it is disgusting. My wheel did start to wobble after about 200 miles, and all i'd have needed to stop a constant wobble would have been the multi tool i had bought an paid for, which would have had the spoke tuner in it. I arrive back a week later, and it had arrived, but was of no use whatsoever to me, arriving much later that i had paid for it, meaning in effect that they had conned me. I've also gone for services at tredz cardiff, and had troubles. Time for a new shop to go to, i have promised myself. They don't care at all about the biking community.

Please accept our sincere apologies that you multi tool did not arrive before you bike ride. It seems there were problems beyond our control with postage as the tool was despatched 2 days after you ordered it on the 6th. With regard to the tyres, I’m glad that you were swiftly refunded in full for the mistake we made.
