Awful - AVOID
Order a pair of boots on Monday, arrived Thursday. Boots dont fit, I ordered size 10 and got a 44 - found out european standards show this is a 9.5 Called to complain they said its a common problem and the boots often come up small anyway so I should have ordered an 11?! I asked why they did advertise them as 10 when they dont fit a 10? Dont know... was the response. Nothing else done to help, left in limbo for a holiday in 36 hours without the boots I wanted - thanks for nothing, useless.

Good range of products, in stock and the delivery arrived as promised. Everything exaclty as described.

Is anyone out there?!
Tried to place an order several times and tried to contact the company via e-mail and by telephone, but with no response. Very poor - I will not try dealing with them again.

Delivered lunchtime on Monday by standard delivery
Cheaper than ebay

Excellent service.
Ordered shirts on 21st December, informed by e-mail same day order dispatched, order arrived next day, very fast service at Xmas time and distance to Aberdeenshire.

Why are there bad reviews?
I found Trekwear very professional and i was very pleased with my walking boots. I have read some not good reviews about having recieved no items and also nobody replies to the emails. Well, we had all our emails replied to straight away and I received my item in perfect order with fast delivery. They dispatched it in around 2 days and it took a few days to arrive. Fabulous service 5* Nobody should ever be worrried about buying from them. Very honest and trustworthy! Thank you so much Trekwear!!!!

Very Positive Experience
I ordered kids snow boots from TREKWEAR on 05/10/11 and received them the very next day, I have also ordered a few items prior to this and have been very impressed with the promptness. Additionally when I had to return goods, they were received quickly and my refund was processed promptly, I had my refund from Trekwear within 3 working days.
The service I received was excellent - timely, fast and efficient (for both ordering, despatch and returns). As a comparative, at the same time as ordering items from Trekwear I also ordered goods from Camping World and received very poor service. So I will continue most definitely to purchase items from Trekwear. Well done!!

Good Value
Pick through clearance items and get yourself some bargins.
I'm not sure how quickly they deliver. I was in a rush so paid extra for next day delivery, which came the next day!

I have tried contacting you several times, no one ever answers. I have sent emails, no one has ever contacted me. I am very disapointed in the service. and i can't understand how you are still trading. Will i ever get my order, i am just contacting my credit card company to see if you have actually taken money from me.

Absolutely no communication and no goods!!!!
I tried contacting this company about an order not received via email and their so called `customer service` telephone number ......... No replies to any of my emails and no-one answers the phone or the `customer service` number !!!!!!!
I agree with the first reviewer - they MUST have written the testimonials themselves as it is a disgrace !!!! I would stay away from this company and NEVER consider using them again ! heres hoping the goods do arrive at some point but i dont hold out much hope of that , still im not letting it drop , next point of call is the ASA and trading standrds

Wait Forever With No Communication
I've bought from Trekwear twice and can't find anything good to say about them other than they are sometimes cheap. Their promised delivery is just fantasy. Even with items in stock they take weeks to despatch and don't reply to emails, so you're left completely in the dark and frustrated not knowing when your stuff will arrive. I've even paid for next day delivery and still waited nearly a fortnight! I can't help wondering who wrote their testimonials!
