This is the first time I have used Tresor Paris and I am happy to say that the experience was a very good one. The quality of the goods, the secure packaging and the speed of delivery were all excellent. I would not hesitate in using the site again or to recommend it to friends.

Great customer service.

The company have good delivery and although I was out of time for a refund. They offered an exchange and got the new products out really fast.

Received my order the next day. The little stud earrings I chose are exactly what I have been looking for. I have worn them every day and have had so many compliments about them. Everyone wanting to know where I bought them. I bought the white crystal 6cm. GREAT!!!!

Beautiful jewellery, fantastic service.

Decided to by online, ordered late afternoon with free delivery, braclet arrived next morning. That is superb service, added to that my wife thought the braclet was beautiful, five star service. and product

I brought two beautiful bracelets, which I thought was a really good price for such pretty items. The dispatch and delivery was really quick which I was please as the items were for a wedding and arrived in time

I love the Tresor earrings I have quite a few pairs, in different colours and have bought them as gifts for friends. I would always recommend buying direct from the Tresor Paris website as there are so many fakes out there. My only disappointment with Tresor was I purchased some earrings for my Mum and after her only wearing them 3 times (she saves them for "best"), some of the stones had fallen out, but because they were out of their 1 year guarantee they wanted a minimum of £5 for me to return them to be fixed - when you bear in mind the earrings were only £11 this seemed unreasonable. I would have been happier with a good will gesture to fix them for free considering they had hardly been worn. It hasn't stopped me buying from Tresor, but after buying so many pairs I was quite disappointed with the after care.

I bought the earings from a store in town, but wanted the matching bracelet which was out of stock. When I got home I went online to order and from ordering to delivery was just two days ! The website was easy to use and the products look fantastic. I could have spent hundreds !

Arrived next day with the free p&p

Loved the neckless, ordered about midday, chose the free p&p service and it arrived the next day (which was my birthday), so all in all very pleased.

From start to finish the customer service received was exemplary. From the moment the order was placed. I was kept informed via e-mail of my delivery details and i received the parcel within a day or two. Unfortunately i ordered the incorrect item, my mistake, I phoned customer services who were so helpful. They informed me i could return the item and would be happy to send me the item i wanted, They e-mailed a returns form for me to print and complete and send back with my item, Within 3 days i received the item and it was beautiful, as you would expect from Tresor Paris. A wonderful piece of jewellery and a wonderful customer service experience. Many thanks.

Changed the rope chain to one of my own , however very dissappointed with the clasp attachment on the ball, very weak hook . Will need to take it to a jewellers !!!

The jewellery is good quality worth every penny; if you need help their online chat service is very helpful. the email's they send are helpful as they tell you when the item has been sent which only usually takes a couple of days ( 3)... well worth taking a look and spend; spend; spend.....

I placed an order, then changed my mind the following day. I rang up, a London number, not one of these expensive ones, got straight through to speak to a lovely lady, who imediately changed my order for me personally, and dispatched it straight away. Despite it being bank holiday, my item arrived on Easter Saturday, by free special delivery. My item was not only boxed, but also enclosed was a pouch and and a bag. My item is stunning, and I am over the moon with both the product and the service. Would not hesitate to order again.

Ordered earrings for my daughter's birthday on Tuesday morning & expected them to arrive in the next few days. I could not believe it when the postman delivered them the very next day!
