I have bought quite a few Tresor pieces and will buy more as new styles and colours are always being added. Good quality products .

I wanted the new colour of bronze earrings which the jewellers did not stock, only the bracelet. I made direct contact with Tresor Paris and was helped by a most obliging staff member. I said I needed these earrings before the 29th and within days my personal orer was made and dispatched to my home. They match perfect for my wedding outfit, great service.

Amazing service!

Ordered my product on a Tuesday with normal delivery, arrived Thursday! Unfortunately one of the items was broken, so I got in contact Thursday evening and a new one was sent out Friday morning. Arrived Saturday morning! Would definitely reccomend customer service people are v friendly and v helpful! :)

I phoned up first and the lady was very friendly and helpful.
I had the items delivered to my work address and it arrived even before me!

Far better to view and buy the product from an approved stockist as I later did, then use this web site.
I purchased the Tresor Paris heart bracelet at £39.99 + £7.00 p&p for my Daughter's 16th Birthday present and when delivered, the quality of the product was appauling!
The only good thing was that I got a FULL refund of £46.00 (although still out of pocket, as it cost me a further £6.00 recorded delivery that the company insist you use to send the item back).

From ordering to delivering the service was excellent.

Tried to order bracelet for my daughters birthday which was 2days afterwards ,my pc was playing up so chatted to the on line help Melanie she was brilliant in the end she advised me to ring my order through cos everything we tried didnt work (down to my PC not her advise) got through immediately chatted as they took my order and the bracelet arrived the next day!wonderful service will def use again

I have added so much sparkle into my life.

I oredered a pair of pink 10mm ball earings, I was amaized they arived very next day, and not a penny for postage. Then though I shouldnt have I ordered a nother pair, couldnt resist it. Low and behold they came the very next day. They sparkle so much, I have had glitter ball earings before over the years, but not the beautiful quality that thesse are the backs are strong and big enough not to keep dropping them and colours are well, something for every one. I am just thinking I may have to feed my possion and have some more, but dont telll my partner he doesnt quite understand, what a girl needs

We ordered a bracelet & earrings for our Daughters eighteenth birthday, we received a courtesy call from a customer srvices assistant to say only one item was available did we want it sent out seperately, we said no as he reassured us both items would be received in time for the occassion. He was true to his word we recived another call to say the items had both been despatched & we received them in plenty of time & are very happy with them! A very good service i would recommend.

Brilliant staff

Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Especially Melanie. I ordered a necklace for my sisters birthday. Staff phoned to say it was out of stock. They said they had a larger 1 in stock. They sent it out next day delivery which they paid for. Necklace wasn't suitable as was bit too big. Phoned tresor Paris and they sent out pre paid envelope next morning. All in was from ordering and returning and receiving my cash back it all happened in 5 days. Keep up the great customer service team. Just a shame all companies are not like you all. Thanks again

brilliant service but product of low quality.

Bought earrings as a 30th birthday present but found them to look chcheap and bad quality. Will not be giving them as a present!

Beware there's a catch!!

I have just purchased a bracelet for my partner for valentines day which was also an extra to the engagement ring that i pulled out of my sleeve!! Unfortunately the bracelet was delivered with stones missing from the beads.Although it was replaced without any resistance the big let down is that your expected to pay for the privilege to return the item at the special delivery rate so in affect your being charged for the damage!!!
Not the service that you would expect from a company like Tresor,and just to let you know that the customer service department are programmed robots given the level of responses that you get to your complaints,all in all i would strongly recommend that if purchasing Tresor products you do it in store and steer well clear of the web!!

We are sorry you received you bracelet damaged. The bracelet would have been checked before it left our offices, so we assume that the damage was made in the postal system to yourself. I have reviewed your order records and it states only one stone was missing from the bracelet. We advised that we would email you details on how to send the bracelet back to us. In between the email and you returning the item to us we have no record of you querying the postage costs or requesting a prepaid envelope. We cannot refund the postage after you have paid for it so as we have advised you, we have given you reward points to the value of the postage.

Excellent service delivery was great the only reason I am not giving 5 stars it the fact I put on my order I didn't want all the Tresor Paris writing all over it as it was a surprise for my wife s birthday which is no longer a surprise as it is now obvious what she has .not usually one to moan and it's no big deal she is still
Pleased but can't help feeling disappointed . Much worse things going on in this world .

I am sorry your order was sent out with Tresor Paris labels. It was mentioned on your order that you did not want them but it was missed when the order was processed. We do handle huge numbers of parcels everyday and we are only human and sometimes we make a mistake. We have sent you something today to compensate this mistake.
