Couldn't be happier!
I have been disappointed before by online medal and trophy suppliers where the items looked classy on the website but turned out to be rather tacky. NOT the case here - in fact, quite the reverse! The three 'budget' golf trophies I bought have a nice weight and feel to them and the engraving is simple but accurate and stylish. Also impressed by the excellent email communications and cracking delivery service (I use DPD fairly frequently myself; their web-based services are excellent, allowing you to reschedule, change delivery address, etc. very easily - I also like the fact that you get a one hour delivery slot allocated when the van leaves their depot on the day). Oh, and the trophies were really well packed too! Will certainly be using Trophy Store again!

Excellent service and products
I have used Trophy store many times before and I have never been let down, even when I order items at the last.
This time there was a minor issue with the centre section of my trophies, which I was contacted straight away and made aware of the situation, and we sorted that very easily and quickly.
I asked that my product was sent by a certain date to make sure I had them for a presentation evening. I was told that that would not be a problem, they were correct as the sent them out a day earlier which really helped with my nerves.
I would tell everybody to use Trophy Store, and if any issues give them a call as they are all very helpful indeed.

Easy, efficient and good quality.
I ordered a golf trophy from Trophy Store and had it delivered to the hotel me and a few friends were staying at for a golfing weekend. I found both people I spoke to on the phone from Trophy Store helpful and informative, and I had no problems collecting the trophy when I checked-in to the hotel a few days after I placed the order. The trophy was high quality and exactly as I'd imagined it from the website. If I ever need another good-quality trophy I would be very happy to use Trophy Store again.

A trophy to the Trophy Store.
Second year that I have purchased from this Company. First year was really good and this year even better. Good quality trophies, good prices and an excellent speedy delivery. Could not have asked for more except of course more sunshine so we can do our award BBQ in the warmth. Still Trophy Store have done there best to help us. Now all we need is the summer to come !

Not what I expected.
A bit smaller than I thought although dimensions were very clear on website. Take more notice I think in future!! Although well packaged engraved plaque fell off! Had to reattach myself. Probably won't go back next year for Trophy.

Nice trophy, shame about the finish.
Bought a golden boot with an additional etched plaque to be attatched. Trophy was great plague was hanging off & seems to not want to stick flat due to a bump in the surface underneath, hence spoiling the finish.

Extremely helpful staff and speedy distribution of items ordered.
I found the Trophy Store very easy to contact and deal with and correspondence was very efficient and professional.
The items look even better than on line and the colour of the paperweight which we ordered was stunning.
My only criticism is that the boxes that the paperweights came in were tatty looking and had marks all over the boxes. I now have to source an alternative to place them in. The large crystal item was boxed nicely and the parcel itself was packaged very well so arrived well protected.

Perfect last minute order delivered fast

Quality service all at a good price
The service I received from trophy store was second to non the trophies were delivered within the time scale with great tracking provided by DPD, the price of the trophies is great and the engraving excellent, all in all I am very happy and will definitely use again next year.
