Easy to order and delivered on time.
Very simple and straightforward. I didn't have to set up an account or give totally unnecessary details about myself. (I have abandoned online shopping before when I've been asked to set up accounts!). I simply ordered the product I wanted and waited for it to come. If only other sites were so easy.

ROBUST AND POWERFULL
THIS POWER FULL STRIMMER BUSH CUTTER CAME ONLY TWO DAYS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER. IT WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND WAS A SMART LOOKING MACHINE. THE INSTRUCTION BOOK HAD A COUPLE OF ERRORS IN IT BUT NOT A PROBLEM ie IT WOULD SAY TURN CLOCKWISE WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE READ ANTICLOCKWISE. I PUT SOME PETROL MIX INTO THE TANK AND IT STARTED NO PROBLEM. USED IT ON SOME FAIRLY LONG GRASS AND IT CUT IT NO PROBLEM AT ALL . HAVE ALSO USED THE METAL BLADE THAT CAME WITH IT AND THAT CUTS MUCH HEAVIER STUFF. THE MACHINE CAME WITH SOME SLIGHT DAMAGE TO THE TANK GUARD BUT TRUESHOPPING SENT ANOTHER BY RETURN OF POST. FANTASTIC SERVICE CANNOT FAULT THEM. THE MACHINE WAS VERY GOOD VALUE AND MUCH BETTER THAN I EXPECTED FOR THE MONEY . I WILL USE TRUESHOPPING EVERY TIME THAT I NEED SOMETHING THAT THEY HAVE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS.

Good product but poor customer service.
Was promised next day delivery on Friday 10th May, but did not arrive. Took a day off work and waited in all day, also booked a plumber to fit product on the Saturday. No tracking system available and no word off anybody. Emailed TrueShopping customer service on the Friday at 17:00 without any response. On Monday 13th still no word off anyone so phoned Customer Service, they were not a bit sympathetic and just said it would probably arrive that day. It did arrive later that day, no apology off any one. A few days layer I received a voucher code to use for 4% off my next purchase if I spent more than £30, I found this insulting.. I am not at all impressed with with TrueShopping and would not use them again, and certainly would not recommend them.

Very good service in dealing and delivering order.
Was very impressed with the speed of delivery.
However the product was very difficult to put together and the photocopied instructions made it difficult to use the pictures. Thank goodness for the Internet and a friend.

The chain saw I ordered arrived very quickly. I was less than impressed with the instructions for assembly but I suppose that is down to the company who make it. Seems like a good deal all round

Good value, nearly good delivery.
I ordered a petrol strimmer. It was due to be delivered by Nightfreight between 9 & 5 next day. During the day of delivery Nightfreight's tracking service was not working and they did not answer the phone. I looked up Nightfreight on Trust Pilot and found that they had terrible reviews. I was in the process of writing a snotty email to True Shopping when the delivery turned up at 5.15. Driver apologetic. Strimmer is good value.

Compleated the purchase, without a hitch
I needed a new Radiator for my newly renovated small bedroom.
I looked on line, found just what I wanted at the right price, so placed the order.
The best thing of all it was with me the next day just after lunch.

cheap but nasty
cheap but very poor quality. sent it back for refund as lots of faults and not fit for purpose to be told I had damaged it and they would not refund...refund was forthcoming when I made it clear I knew my rights.....customer service dismissive and slow...will not be using them again.....

THE PRODUCT IS DESCRIBED ON YOUR WEBSITE AS A COLUMN RADIATOR BUT YOUR INFO SHEET DESCRIBES IT AS A TOWEL RAIL AND RECOMMENDED SPECIAL VALVES WHICH I ORDERED BUT FOUND THEM TO BE UNSUITABLE FOR A RADIATOR INSTALLATION AS THERE WAS NO PROVISION FOR FITTING TEMPERATURE REGULATING VALVE WHICH IS NECESSARY TO CONTROL THE OUTPUT PUT OF THE RADIATOR. CAN YOU REFUND THE COST OF THE VALVES ?.

amazing customer service
We received amazing customer service from Trueshopping.
Unfortunately one of our en-suite units was damaged in transit, Trueshopping arranged for a replacement to be sent out the next day.
The items we received were excellent value for money and I will definately be using them again.

Exactly what i wanted
I have a small gardening business and the strimmer is exactly what was required delivery was quick and i built the item within minutes started on the second pull
other reviewers have also commented on how easy it is and yes really did start second time.
The strimmer started working that day the only complaint is the string supplied isnt very strong and auto feed not that good.
would use this company again for good quality equipment at reasonable prices.

Was a rushed decision to change our radiator from a conventional to a vertical in the kitchen and was pleased with the price of the one we picked from this company. Worried that it may look a bit bathroom, our concerns were settled upon delivery which was very swift and trouble free. Heating engineer had it fitted the next day without any problems. Its a little bit noisy to start as its filling but seems to kick out the heat . lets see what winter brings to see how it heats the room. My only reservation is that the pictures could have been a bit better on the website but apart from that, no issues. would definitely buy from them again.

Very disappointed
I have just bought a wooden garden bench with storage underneath. I am extremely disappointed with it. It does not look anything like the picture on-line. The stain it has been finished with is bright orange and the colour has come on off my clothes after sitting on it. The lid does not open because it is to tight in the gap. Finally the quality of the wood and the way it has been put together looks cheap and very bad quality. The price however that I paid for it was not cheap. I wish I had bought from a garden center where I could have looked at what I was buying first.

Disappointed
having recently started my own business and reading reviews I though to save money I would buy this multi-tool as opposed to individual items I have been used to using in the past. One of my first jobs I used this product which looked to have lost power, although the engine was fine. I tried the stimmer attachment, hedge trimmer and then the bushcutter all had the same problem, pretty much I lost a days work and ended up hiring individual units for the day which cost me more than the job.
When asking for a refund, at first Trueshopping advised I needed to pay for the item to be returned using a tracked service, obviously I was not happy and advised their product has ended up in me losing money. To be fair they then sent a currier the next day and after chasing they confirmed the product was faulty and refunded the money.

Had a problem but it was sorted with no hastle
I ordered a vanity unit and sink, but when I checked my e mail the next day I had ordered the wrong one. I called and informed the girl who answered my call of the error and she informed me that it had left the warehouse and told me to reject the delivery. I rejected the delivery and the monies were returned to my account, no hasstle and a great servive albeit I made a mistake.

I bought a strimmer line for my petrol strummer. The original instructions were not really adequate. I had to phone for instructions to replace the strimmer line. I got good service, I was emailed a specific set of instructions for that task, and then managed it fine. But I wasted lots of time before I phoned, and I think the instructions coming with it should be much clearer and more detailed, including proper maintenance instructions.

I have used trueshopping several times and found the products to be reasonable value - the wall toilet frame however is NOT. I did not bother to test the function as the operating buttons were of such poor quality and appearance that they would have failed in comparison with a christmas cracker novelty. I only rated 3 stars because the service from trueshopping was not at fault product would have only got one
