Perfect service, quick delivery and a good product!

so happy with my purchase

i had looked every where for a towel radiator but the style i wanted was so expensive. after much searching on line i found just what i wanted at trueshopping and not only that i saved around £100. so now i am needing another one, guess where i will be buying it from?

Fast delivery & good value for money!

Our garden rocking chairs arrived in good time and, as stated on the website, were easy to assemble. Good quality, too. I would recommend this company and will go to their site again for on-line shopping.

After a few hiccups I would thoroughly recommend Trueshopping - service and delivery excellent.

Ordered a bathroom mirror with chrome frame with small glass shelves attached. Order was supplied in two packages. Package 1 contained the mirror and Package 2 contaiined the chrome frame and shelves. Both packages arrived next day delivery as promised, but on opening Package 1 containing the mirror it was found to be cracked (packaging so poor I would have been amazed if it had arrived in one piece). Phoned customer service who said they would send another by next day delivery. Package arrived but it was not the mirror (package 1) but package 2 containinge the frame and shelves. Phone customer service again who said they would supply the mirror by next day delivery. Yesterday mirror arrived intact. I now have a complete unit which for the price is an excellent buy. Customer care was superb and next day delivery on all occasions excellent.

We ordered 3 feature radiators - the delivery was within a couple of days and we believe the price was very competitive. We have not opened the boxes yet as the central heating works will start in a few days. The radiators appear well packaged so I am assuming there will be no issues when we open them. so far we are very pleased.

The kit I ordered arrived when it was supposed to, to the quality I ex[ected of the product. I expect I will be looking deeper at the items that Trueshopping will be willing to provide,in the near future.

What can i say, superb service and item well wrapped and delivered so quickly. can not fault at all, would definitely buy again and recommend.

does what it says on the tin

The radiator ordered is fine. I was a little anoyed that I couldn't get the valves that run direct to the wall rather than down to the ground from teleshopping. I had to go to anothercompany for these. Can't help think that teleshopping is missing a trick

The delivery to Spain was as it says on the "Tin" I am really impressed with the product and the service I received. If I had a suggestion to make it even better a diagram and picture of the instructions would be very useful.

Great service, and a great item

I got 13 years' good use out of my bath mixer tap, but at the end, it was in pretty dire shape. That was fine for me, but after selling my flat, I thought that the new occupants deserved better.

I got a new, good quality tap at the lowest price I've seen. These plumbing fixtures can cost the earth, and some sites were asking almost four times the price.

It's installed, it works well, and I'm sorry to be leaving. I can only hope I get as good a shower in my new place!

I was actually very impressed with this company all the way through. After contacting two other companies who were 'out of stock' it was with a little trepidation that I parted with my money. I was pleasantly surprised to be kept up to date on the delivery which arrived two days after I had ordered it and the product better than I anticipated.

Brilliant Service

I have used this site for a number of years now and can only say how brilliant they are. First class service, constant updates even on the day of delivery (large items).
Goods have always arrived in excellent condition and complete.
Can't go wrong, value for money 10 out of 10

good fast service

Good motor, good assembly instructions but belt buckle failed on first use. I replaced the complete bet with the one fron my old machine. No instructions are given for replacement of strimmer string but I have found out how to do it; it's not very easy.

excellent radiator and service

boubht the bora rad for frontroom and aruba radiator for master bedroom. Both of great quality and look beautiful hung up on wall. Will defo buy again!

Delivery, assembly of unit, and first use were all good. It would have been better to inform customers that a manual is available as a .pfd. The printed instruction are not as good.
