Really poor quality timber garden bench, but good customer service offered full refund.

I purchased a Sannox timber garden bench, seat cushion and weather cover. The bench arrived damaged and was made of very poor quality timber. The timber also had moldy spores on the main sections.

I emailed a letter and photos of the damages and condition, Trueshopping Customer Service acted promptly to give a full refund. They arranged a pick up of the cushion and cover, requesting that I dispose of the bench - it being only good for firewood.

Having been given a day by Tueshopping for the courier pick up, for which my wife stayed in all day, the courier arrived two days later. Not great.

Overall a poor shopping experience, save for the swift and sensible response from the Customer Service team. So well done and thank you to Enette Wraight and Clare Poole.

patience is a virtue

After a lot of searching online this seemed to be the best deal i could find. The chainsaw arrived very quickly, however it was obvious the box had been opened before, always a problem i have found. Sure enough there was no bar in the box, and the chain was just thrown underneath all the packaging. After a couple of e mails and a phone call i was sent another bar with no problem, alas when it arrived and i tried to build it, sadly the chain in bottom of box was the wrong size as well, more phone calls and new chain sent, finally got it working today and it does seem fine, hence the generous three stars. I probably wont buy from Trueshopping again after this! sorry.

Need Improved Packing

I bought a radiator which i sent straight back as it was damaged on inspection i would but the blame on very poor packing considering how heavy it was

Fast delivery

I ordered two 5 metre cables with MC4 connectors and a pair of spare connectores. They were delivered within 36 hours. Excellent service. The cables and connectors are of a good quality.

First time shopper and there will be a next time.

Order the steamer and was delivered within 48 hours.
Came packed well and no damage to the box.

Disappointed with customer service

I bought a modern radiator and radiator taps, The radiator tails supplied came with no olives or any kind of seal. I contacted customer services and asked if they needed some kind of seal. They got back to be a couple of days later and said they have passed it over to their technical advisors. That was the last time anyone contacted me.
I needed to fit them that weekend.

I had not even heard of trueshopping.co.uk, but they were the only ones that had what I needed. An old style radiator valve which I had been told by other suppliers was not made any more and would mean changing the whole fitting via a Plummer! More expense…

Then along came trueshopping.co.uk...great photo to look at and make sure it was correct. Friendly staff to speak to prior to ordering. Easy payment on line. Delivery address could be a work one and the delivery could be tracked.. 4 day turn around.

Bought two of these radiators and I am very pleased, they look great and give off a lot of heat. Delivery was very quick and efficient, I would definitely recommend. Most friends/family have admired!

Great customer service

I ordered my wash hand basin, it was badly damaged when delivered. I contacted the team, they requested a picture and once received, they sent a replacement the very next day. Great customer service, easy to contact with quick resolutions to problems. Very nice online shopping experience.

I ordered 2 rocking chairs for the garden. Within hours I received a text message and an e-mail with a tracking number. I was kept informed all the way and received a text before delivery to let me know they were on their way.
The chairs were well packed and were assembled in just over an hour by two of us and they look great. Apparently they need to be protected by wood treatment or paint so that's a job for the weekend. Quick tip - don't tighten all the bolts till the rockers are on.
I was really impressed with this company (and the chairs) and will certainly use them again.

Idiot proof

We ordered a petrol strimmer one day and it arrived the next day as they said it would. When it came to putting it together I thought 'Here we go' but as long as you look at and read the instructions it was fine. Well worth the money.

fantastic service and high quality products

I can not fault the quality of the product, arrived well packed. Free delivery service, which was next day. I would certainly recommend family ard friends and work colleague's. I will definitely be using trueshopping again.

Very impressed

Purchased a bathroom sink and base unit.
Excellent value for money, delivered next day.
Will certainly use Trueshopping again.
Had not heard of them so very pleasantly surprised.
Also purchased a tap and waste unit. Tap is fine but pop up waste unit defective.
Problem only identified today so cannot comment on Trueshopping response yet.

Product faulty but replacement despatched without delay

The table brazier I received had a broken part and the tiled top was very uneven. Spoke to helpful lady who agreed to send a replacement which is fine.

Dissappointed

Having seen that the weather forecast was for fine weather at the weekend, on the Friday I decided to buy a petrol strimmer. I paid extra for next day delivery from Trueshopping. The following day a parcel arrived but the delivery man told me that my order should consist of two parcels but he had only one. He told me that the second parcel would be delivered on the Monday. Not good enough. The strimmer was unusable without both parcels and Monday was no good to me. Sure enough the second parcel arrived on the Monday. I contacted Trueshopping and requested a refund of the additional postage that I had paid for next day delivery. I received neither an apology or a refund. Instead some days later another parcel arrived so that I now have two handles for one strimmer. I have had an apology of sorts but no refund. Not good enough!

excellent product and service fast delivery highly recamend

i like the tank design on this compressor it makes it easier to store without losing air volume also not to heavy and bulky to lift if needed. I have not tried it out yet but if it performs as good as it looks i will have got a lot of compressor for my money

Easy to order item here the very next day,

I was delighted with the quick delivery of the wooden rocking chair but as it is a surprise for my husbands seventieth birthday in June, the box hasnt been opened nor the chair made up yet, so I am hoping that the contents are correct and in perfect condition and that the chair goes together easily. My husband will be making the chair up and I hope everything that should be there is there so he is not disappointed.
