Best ever photo developer ever
This company is very good value for your money.they give really. Good offers from time to time and value is the best.easy to upload your photos and its amazing what you can do .i would recommend this company to all my friends and family as I have already done so

Very good service and quality - will use again!
I opted for a recent half-price offer on canvas prints to get some recent family pictures done in a form suitable for wall hanging. The web site was a bit temperamental (as another reviewer has remarked) but I eventually found the right page, and from then on it was easy to specify what I wanted and to upload the photos. The canvasses were delivered in about four days, and are brilliant - they now have pride of place in our sitting room.
I will certainly use Truprint again, especially when they have special offers on, as their low-cost printing offers make it cheaper to use them than to print my own photos, and their quality is better too!

Brilliant service and reasonably priced
The prices are so reasonable especially when they have offers on. The ser vice they provide is very good and the delivery is very quick. The only problem I have is that the print on the website is so small it is a job to read some of it.. I think it would be great if they could enlarge the print. Apart from that, I am more than impressed with the service.

Quick and resaonably priced
Photos are good quality, arrive quickly and are reasonably priced. The only issue I have ever had has been the web site. Not always easy to navigate.

Always good service!!
Easy site, prompt delivery, helpful customer service, I have always used trueprint and will contine to do so, I love all the offers escpicially the half price on all prints as I always order the7X5

Never Been disappointed with Truprint. nor has anyone I have given presents too
I recently took advantage of their 1/2 price posters - and am very pleased with the outcome. I only wish they sold frame things which used to slip in the top And bottom of posters so you don't have to damage walls with blue-tac.

Easy Peasy
Easy to upload your photos, and to navigate around the site. Good offers available. Prints are easily adjusted to make sure digital ones get the full frame. I did find the last set of prints ordered a bit dark - but that may just be my camera :-(

Truprint Christmas Photos
These arrived within a day or two of ordering, good quality as always, however I should have ordered more than I did because the postage outweighed the cost of photos!! (My fault) Definately would recommend them.

Top Notch Photo Site
A really excellent photo site with loads of options for prints, posters, collages,photo books and much more. The site is easy to navigate... I ordered a photo book on this occasion and putting it together was very straightforward. A really excellent online photo shop that puts the customer first. Totally recommended.

Excellent products, quick delivery
I always use truprint for calendars and photo gifts and have never been disappointed. Always arrive within timescales stated and as I always wait for a discount code, I can never grumble about prices.

Great value deal, lovely canvas
I used Truprint for the first time after seeing them listed on Amazon Local Deals. I've heard some negative stories from people taking advantage of online group deals previously, with companies skimping on service or quality at times - but nothing about the canvas I received or the speed of delivery suggested a second-rate service.
I went with a 16" x 20" canvas - this arrived in perfect condition, mounted excellently and well printed. As a general word of warning, make sure to pick a photo with a good enough image quality for whatever size you want to print at (I have a high-quality enough camera to print to that size) and try to pick a photo where canvas-style printing will suit. Beyond that advice, the only slight quibble was that the wall mount needs to be applied manually after delivery, whereas I'd expected it to be on automatically.
That aside, I'd have no hesitation recommending the service.

Truprint Calenders
I have used many truprint products and found them all good; coasters, photobooks, mugs, teddybears; - but the calenders I find especially good - it is great fun to personalise the individual days so that your family/friend's photos are on the actual day - it takes time but it looks so nice when finished - it is fun to use all year - the price is a bit high, but there are special offers so often, just wait a few weeks/months and you will find it at a lower reasonable price.
MY ONLY CRITICISM is just a technical one; Sunday is the first day of the week on this calender - personally I think the weekend should be at the end of the week (it's the weekend!!) - I want to have Monday at the start of the week but I know some people defend this and want Sunday first - please can truprint have an OPTION so we can choose Monday or Sunday as the first day? - thanks!!

unless you are brilliant with computers ,dont bother ?
I ordered a desk callender , have never done this before ,just downloaded pictures including the cover , did not understand that you have to adjust them as you go , when it arrived 3 of the pictures were in the wrong place and the cover,that was a verse had the main last line missing . when I complained I was told it was my fault so would have to pay again ? . I am 61 yrs old and although I am not stupid ,when I reviewed pics they looked right . anyone with sense would have seen the cover was wrong ?have ordered from a different company

glossy photos for my staircase!
After staring at my empty, sad staircase for the last number of years, I decided to do something about it. I had a look through some photos, some on iphone and realised I would need some 10" x 8"s. I sent the requirements through to Truprint and a few days later the pictures arrived in great condition. They are now hanging in frames up the stairs and I'm eagery looking for some more! Thanks Truprint for the fab quality.

This company has an identity crisis!
I have been using Trueprint/Snapfish for years. Recently I have has emails from Trueprint telling me of their offers and telling me I should use various codes when checking out. When I go to do so I am told the code is not valid. That's because I'm on Snapfish's website??! But then when I place the order (having given up on getting the discount) I get a confirmation email from.....Trueprint! I'm not sure who I'm actually using. I emailed them but they said to try the code again, but I had already placed the order by then as I needed the photos. CONFUSING!!
I would cancel everything and start again, but I have so many photos and photobooks etc on there....

Great speedy service!
I've ordered calendars, mugs, photos, photobooks, coasters, cards and collage prints over a period of about 2 years now. I have never been disappointed and the photos/gifts I have given as present have always been praised. I'm particularly fond of the calendars - you have the chance to save what you have started and return to it later to make final adjustments. I have recommended the Truprint service to others in the past and would not hesitate to do so in the future.

Magic Moments
I've been using Truprint for a while now. With doing my family tree and gathering photo's to scan and reprint has been fantastic. The website is easy to use and they have a fast service too. I love the fact they send offers quite often, which I use or send to my friends. I've always been happy with my prints and highley reccomend to friends and family.
I know I will use again and again :-)

Brilliant products and service.
I ordered a personalised calendar, I found the site easy to work with, options are pleniful and the resulting calendar arrived quickly. Communication was great and has always been on the previous occaisions I have used this company. I am delighted with my calendar, can't wait for it to be received at Christmas. I am presently waiting on 4 other items from Truprint, which I have been informed about regarding their dispatch. Also bought the photo stamps, just brilliant. Intend to use this company on a regular basis.

Photo Book Warning
Beware when buying Photo Books. I purchased a 7" x 5" book an although the cover photo was that size the inside photos were approximately 3.5" x 2.5" and too small to be of any use. Truprint refused to do anything about it "because a preview of what your product will look like is available when you are designing your book". This is correct but doesn't show the actual size, just a scaled down view.
My Photo Book is useless and a waste of money.
