I wished to send a review of my booking experience through Trustpilot. I spent over 45 minutes to log in with correct email address and password. It says that there is no such email.........and it is my primary email address! I have given up.

The company you tried to review has chosen to use an order-id filter. They use that to ensure that they only get reviews from people who actually bought something from them. Look at your order confirmation from the company and enter the order-id when asked for on the review page.
The company must inform customers about how to find or retrieve their order-id, so if it does not work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you out.
