I searched around for the best price with sites that had the better average feedback and reasonable p&p, this site was inclusive so I went for it expecting the usual amazon type free postage wait of 5-14 working days only for it to turn up the next day "well how bad is that "
I found the company very easy to deal with. I had a query and telephoned them and the answer I was given solved the query. I ordered a TV storage bag and this was promptly delivered and was exactly as described. I would deal with TV Village again.
Wanted a small TV for the kitchen, but couldn't find one suitable anywhere. TV Village had lots to choose from...British made, too, Cello.
It came simply and quickly, was easy to install and when I had a question, the TV had a help guide on it that put me through to Cello, who sorted everything out.
I am very pleased!
I ordered a Cello 16" TV after speaking to a sales assistant and then her colleague after determining whether the unit could be delivered quickly to Spain. It was told it would arrive in 2 days. Having paid and thought all was done, disappointingly I then received an email saying it was out of stock but possibly would be in stock a couple of days later. The message asked whether I wanted to hang on or cancel. I phoned because of the word "possibly" and enquired whether the DVD version was in stock. It was and at only £10 more I ordered this instead. It was shipped Euro48 on a Friday and arrived lunchtime Tuesday which was excellent as was the product itself.
I was well pleased with this outcome but obviously the sales procedure could be sharpened up. - check stock position presale - offer an alternative product rather than having the customer suggest it!
I made the order the 23/10/2013, and I still waiting the parcel, the problem is that I can't find a tracking number on your web page to follow the order...
Five weeks ago I purchased a Cello 22" 12v. The Dvd was faulty but seemed to correct itself with some use, it then became unusable. As I live on a Boat returns for repair are always problematic and apparently refunds from TV Village out of the question even a few days after the initial four week period elapses, in fairness I should state that I read purchaser reviews first and around 10% reported these DVD problems. Cello's customer support is excellent but TV Village would rather have your money than your future goodwill it seems. Purchase should therefore be dependent upon whether you require either a working TV or a good relationship with a repairer. The four week refund period should be made clearer as if like me you are caught in a very busy move you may not have time to check it works properly for a couple of weeks after purchase and TV Villages checking process clearly cannot be relied upon.
Unfortunately after trying to place, and discuss my order over the telephone but being unable to get through I took a chance and placed my order over the internet. The product which was only a T.V. storage bag was received in a very short time and really suits the job

Always unsure about ordering on line without any personal contact but on this occasion was even more concerned as it was being delivered to a marina where I was staying. The TV was delivered in perfect condition exactly on time plugged in up and running in less than 20 minutes. Great service !
This is the second television I have bought from this company. On both occasions they have been very knowledgeable and helpful and made my purchases very easy to complete.

tv village is a great place to shop, tv arrived next day ,I thought it would be 3 - 5 days
no problems with payment

needed to ring the helpline, the lady I spoke to was very friendly, very efficient, and sorted my problem in a couple of minutes
would shop here again and recommend to all my family and friends.
Easy to purchase the 5 year warranty. Will ony know if it is good if I ever need to use it.
Received the tv within a couple of days, the box that it came in was 'tatty' not even wrapped in brown paper it was ovious that it had been returned by somebody else! On opening I found that the stand had been fitted before and the screws over tightened therefore only two of the four were holding ( I had to modify to make stronge enough.)
I thought about sending it back but as we were leaving the next day for a trip in our caravan, and this model had been removed from the web site, decided to keep it.
The tv works well with a good picture and the sound is not to 'tinny'
I would have given 5 stars but technical data on website ( dimensions on 24" 12v tv not correct) this is possibly not important to some buyers but when fitting in a motorhome size is very much an issue. luckily I got around this after some work remounting in a different position. suggest you double check data on website otherwise excellent service.
Must say that my experience with this company was very good indeed! I found the website very easy to understand and all the information I needed was there. After ordering the item by Paypal, which is a payment method I really like, the TV turned up very quickly and in excellent condition. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I have not tried the set as yet. The delivery was first class. Overall satisfied and happy to use T.V.Village again.
THE TV IS EXCELLENTVALUE.
THE ONLY COMPLAINTS THAT I HAVE WITH IT IS THAT IT HAS A SLIGHTLY WEAK BASE STAND.
IT WOULD BE A LOT BETTER IF AN INSTRUCTION MANUAL WAS SUPPLIED WITH THE SET. IT WOULD MAKE THE SETTING UP AND OPERATING A LOT SIMPLER WITH PROPER STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS PLUS A TROUBLE SHOOTING SECTION!
