The best social network

I think that Twitter is the best social network at the moment. Easy to use, good if you want to meet new people, no so much span like facebook.

In 140 caracter you can understand so many thinks about somebody, and than is also funny try to write you messages in 140 caracters :)

I hope the twitter will never change.

Har en ven, som har inviteret mig til at oprette mig på Twitter. Denne invitation har jeg modtaget på mail, hvilket jeg bare har ignoreret. Det er fint nok, men nu er Twitter så begyndt at sende mig påmindelses-mails om, at jeg ikke har besvaret invitationen. Jeg har aldrig besøgt Twitters side, og har absolut ingen intentioner om at besøge den, eller besvare invitaionen.

waste of time

I dont get it,tomany people have to much time on there hands.People tweet about nothing at all and people still follow them? Am i missing something?

Nice but not of too much use

The thing I really like about Twitter is that it makes you think every time you are posting a clever thought - manage to squeeze into those 130 characters. But in the rest, well, judging by the content - apart from knowing what a person has just done there is nothing else much.

Dont get the hang with it

Doesn't seem useful to me and when I had an account there I had troubles writing those short messages. Not useful to me, sorry, but I like the logo alot. :-)

Nemt og simpelt

Twitter er ganske enkelt nemt! Man kan følge dem man ønsker, og nemt sende små beskeder til sine egne følgere, eller direkte til en bestemt person. Der er heller ikke så meget overflødigt, du får kun det du selv beder om - dvs. ingen spilanmodninger, nyheder eller reklamer, som du ikke selv har valgt at følge - dét er rart!
Det eneste jeg kan klage over, er at man ikke kan bruge mere end 140 tegn i en tweet, hvilket nogle gange kan være begrænsende - men samtidig er det jo med til at underbygge det enkle.

pisse fedt at man kan følge "de kendte" i hvad de laver og de opdatere tit fede historier om som er mere til at stole på end hvad aviserne skriver

Har lige stiftet, sådan rigtigt, bekendtskab med twitter for lige knap en uge siden, og må da ærligt indrømme at jeg er positivt overrasket, god til at holde sig op 2 date med de mennesker, som man nu en gang ønsker at følge, både af kendte og ens venner.

Der er ikke så mange unødige ting på siden ifht. f.eks. facebook.

As far as superficial community networks are concerned, Facebook is enough... 140-character twitts are not my cup of tea.

You either "get" Twitter or you don't and it looks to me that most of the people reviewing it here "do not get it"! Twitter is not a standard "have a good birthday" or "look at this funny picture of me" social network.

Twitter is a stream of consciousness. A window in time onto the views of the world. It's a great place to read some very witty remarks - I sometime laugh out loud at my desk reading the answers to some trending topics. It's also a great place to get update on the news quickly. It's not all perfect, but if you can sort the wheat from the chaff you can get little gems very early!

If you "get it" then Twitter is just the best!

I often use twitter to follow some interesting personalities and topics. Very useful to keep yourself informed about things.

Fun and informative

I twitt regularly and have a good base of people that I also follow. Nice and simple way to keep in touch, kinda like text messaging

I like Twitter because of the 140 characters limit because it forces you to think before you blink.

I have seen events sell out in 20 minutes due to social engagement because of how FAST Twitter delivers messages.

Great website, but doesn't like 'losing' tweets.

While I love the website itself, they doesn't seem to like it when you use third party tools to delete all your tweets.. This makes it look like they want to keep the data, even after you delete your account.

love/hate relationship with twitter

it has taken me 3 years but i have finally got the hang of twitter. but now it is a worldwide success, a lot of my friends are only just starting to use it and dont know how! it can be very confusing to start with which doesnt make you want to continue using it. i have finally got the hang of it and i love it! i can freely vent how i am feeling!

Poor way of communication

I don't understand how can anyone like to communicate like this with short, simple sentences that mustn't be longer that 140 characters or else they won't be published?!
