I was told by the salesman that they reached 200+ countries. so I signed up for them and prepaid txtnation over $6000. They never delivered to even 1 country and could not handle 2-way longcodes. I am warning anyone who is considering txtnation that these guys will tell you anything and then not deliver. Customer support was okay but they simply could not deliver. When I asked for a returned of even partial funds, they refused. I am warning all customers to beware of these thieves.

As part of the VideoCloud.com platform we have been trying out various SMS suppliers across the world looking for the right fit... We've suffered at the hands of suppliers that; #1 Were working out of their bedroom despite the glossy website - #2 Couldn't route to the USA despite saying they were international - #3 Routed international traffic through India and South Africa - #4 Didn't have smooth exchanges with O2 in UK - #5 Perplexed us with ridiculous credit systems that made calculating costs virtually impossible - #6 Provided no real support and / or never answered the phone.... txtNation have so far proved to be a breath of fresh air, technically proficient and a pleasure to deal with. Seriously don't normally bother with reviews however... I feel the need to this time Ana Davies has not long been my account manager. I am seriously impressed with the level of support and service i am receiving from Ana the professionalism and efficient has really helped me to reach my deadlines.
