Despite being offered a preferrd fitting date I called at the garage who stated that they had no knowledge of the booking. After THEY contacted Tyreshopper I was informed that the tyres wern't available until the following day POSSIBLY. I phoned the garage the next day and the tyres still wern't delivered. I did attend that afternoon when the tyres were fitted. FULL MARKS TO NATIONAL TYRES for their service & attention to customer satisfaction. I willl arrange all future tyre purchase via them.

Our sincerest apology for the inconvenience that has been caused with the confusion of delivery the tyres. Our systems are set up to take the order online, process the order, notify National Tyres and have the delivery of tyres on the day of fitting.
Our system is able to follow the procedure every time for the millions of customers we service every year however it would seem during this process there was a breakdown in that flow.
We will investigate why this occurred to ensure that all our customers receive the best level of customer service
