Very good service, website and delivery.
The website was very easy to use and straight forward. I knew what brand of tyre I wanted and it was very easy to find. I live in the west of Ireland and the tyres were delivered to my home two days later. The option to have the tyres delivered to your local garage is a handy feature, I just didn't have any need for it. The prices were very competitive, on the day I couldn't find them cheaper anywhere else. The only reason they lost a star is because I was since recommended a website which had the tyres for slightly less and the shipping costs were £10 less.

Fast delivery, good price

Quick and excellent service.
Delivery was quick and arrived as described. Even delivered over the weekend despite all the snow and bad weather recently. Price and delivery charges were very good also, id recommend to anyone, no complaints at all.

Best price by a mile, excellent service.
After searching several tyre sites I found them to be conciderably cheaper for my winter tyres. Delivery was quick and I could have had them left with a neighbour as an option (which is handy).

Fantastic efficient friendly service, with outstanding delivery times
Placed order at 13:30 on wednesday and recieved at 15:45 on thursday which was fantastic, everything about the service was 1st class, not to mention the price of the tyres was the lowest, i would recommend Tyremen to anyone.

Good but could do better...
Items competitively priced, website straightforward to use. However, no clue was given on the website that items are in stock, and no indication on confirmation paperwork of delivery lead time.
As it happens, the items were delivered in good time, but then turned out to be somebody else's tyres and wheels - the labels said they were mine, but unwrapping after the delivery driver had gone revealed the wrong items. Luckily, the right wheels had been delivered to another customer 5 miles away - in order to progress the matter, I went and swapped with him directly that evening. A word of thanks wouldn't come amiss...
Winter wheels and tyres now working well. Despite the problems, would do business again.

Excellent service and a good price
I wanted some spare wheels and winter tyres for my new VW Tiguan and did a bit of research online with both VW and the main wheel/tyre suppliers. The Tyremen website was easy to use and gave clear prices and options that were correct for my car. VW quoted well over a grand for the wheels and tyres with Tyremen coming in well below that - sensible prices for the tyres compared with VW's inflated ones. Having bought what i wanted, I was contacted promptly to say they did not have the tyres in stock and would I like to choose something else. I preferred to wait and within four days, they got back in touch to say they had been dispatched - they arrived yesterday as promised.
All in all, a great service with excellent customer communications.

Brilliant advice & delivery of winter tyres for my new BMW X5 M50d
I found Tyremen on the web and asked for advice on the options for winter tyres for my X5. They replied quickly despite it being the Christmas period with several options including sending me a BMW data sheet to confirm the appropriate specification.
I ordered the tyres and used Tyremen's local fitter and that all went well.
Having driven the car briefly in the snow on its summer tyres and found it quite precarious - lots of slipping & sliding I was able to compare those to the Vredestein Wintrac Extremes that Tyremen recommended - they are a revelation - far more grip and well balanced handling both in snow, slush and on icy Norfolk lanes as well as on cold wet roads.

Couldn't have been better
Tyremen sell good products at sensible prices and have a pretty good website compared to most other online retailers I looked at. I ordered two Vredesteins very late on Friday, tyres were despatched on Monday, delivered hundreds of miles away on Tuesday morning to a garage of my choice.- excellent service. I could track the shipment. Far better and quicker than the previous online retailer which turned out to be German based, took over two weeks to deliver and didn't keep me informed. Tyremen were exactly the oposite and kept me updated at each stage of the process. I will definitely use them again - I buy tyres every two years on average

Excellent service and choice in stock
I hit a pothole just before Christmas and, while most suppliers were unable to source a fairly rare tyre, Tyremen had it in stock and were able to despatch next day on the 27th. The tyre arrived on the 28th as described and was competitively priced.
I will certainly be using them again.

100% satisfied with what was an awkward order
Required four wheels (rims and winter tyres) for my Mercedes. Turns out Mercedes are not straightforward, but I was talked through all the necessary details and ended up with the right dimensions. I planned on saving money with steel rims, but this would have required buying different bolts and wheel trims, so went for new alloys. Good choice cos they look good and worth the extra money.

Excellent service at a very keen price
As a small business we need to replace tyres on our vehicles, plant and agricultural machinery on what seems an never ending cycle. When I asked my local supplier for a price for 4 new snow tyres for my Freelander he recommended 3 quality brands, stating that in his opinion Vredestein were by far the best but that he could not lay his hands on any. After searching the net I found that Tyremen had them in stock, I teleponed him with Tyremens price which was about £50 per tyre cheaper than he had quoted me for Perelli's, he was happy to fit them for me at a minimal charge, the tyres arrived very quickly with a VAT receipt, excellent value and an excellent service.

Very good winter tyre package exactly as described on line but delivery was a pain
We are very pleased with the alloy wheel and winter tyre package which are exactly as described on the web site.
The only hitch was that their delivery company employed a relief driver with an old sat nav system capable of only taking the first four digits of a post code with the result that he tried to deliver the goods to a house with the same first line of the address but in the wrong village. So they failed to deliver on the right day which wasted our time and took some effort to sort out.
This makes me wary of giving any alternative delivery instructions to leave the goods hidden somewhere if you are not in (as requested by the supplier) in case this ever occurred again.
