Despite the Tyre Shop stating on their website that "We are able to fit Run-flats, Tyrone Bands, tyres up to 26 inches and low profile tyres all from our fully equipped mobile fitting units" I found this to be false!! I paid £30.65 for 2 tyres to be fitted on the 9th June and by the morning of the 10th my money had been refunded in full because I was supposedly outside their radius of fitting service, when it clearly states on their website that they cover NORTHAMPTON!! Then I was told that NORTHAMPTON was NOT within the 50 mile radius of Milton Keynes!! Anyway when I pointed out that Northampton was no more than 15 miles away from Milton Keynes I was told to purchase another fitting service and they would fit my tyres. On 14th June, I paid a total of £30.65 again for 2 tyres to be fitted, I received a email conformation that I would be contacted in due course. On Weds 15th June I received a call @ 11:21am about the fitting of my tyres, I was told by the man that he would arrive at my property at just after 1pm, I asked the man if he realised that he was coming to fit 26" tyres and he seemed dismayed!! He said he would call me back. I received a call from the shifty manager Mr Shilton and he apologised stating that the only way they could fit my tyres was if the took them away!! Anyway because I realised that they wasn't fit to carry out the service that they boasted about on their website, I told them not to worry about it, could they just refund the monies I paid in full. Mr Shilton said my money would be refunded in full, but I had to call him several times for my refund, he kept saying it had to go through their system or something to that effect, which was just a ploy to stall me, because I was given a full refund within less than 24 hours when I paid on the 9th June!! Anyway since then, Mr Shilton has put the phone down on me and has refuse to refund my money, so I decided to contact Paypal, It took a total of 6 weeks to get the refund back!!!
