I placed my order on the sunday and received a call monday morning from the gentleman suggesting I change one canvas from colour to black and white because the quality wasn't so good. I thought this was great service as other companies may just have printed the order and sent it regardless of the outcome.
The only gripe I had was the delivery company used was way below average standards and when my order still hadn't arrived by the 4th day I called to chase it up. Sara bent over backwards to resolve the problem, despite being on holiday, making several phone calls between myself and the delivery company.
My order arrived on the friday and I'm over the moon with the results. The package was securely wrapped, the quality is excellent and I can't put into words the sentimental value.
Highly recommend Sara and her husband (sorry didn't catch his name) Hopefully there won't be future problems with the deliveries because it really is a shame for their reputation to be brought into question through no fault of their own.
