Jeg bestilte "Assassin’s Creed® IV Black Flag™ - Special Edition" som digital download for 10 dage siden. Spillet skulle udkomme dagen efter. Jeg har kun modtaget 2 automatiserede emails, en på udgivelsesdagen med en ugyldig kode der ikke virker nogen som helst steder, og en bekræftelse på modtagelsen af min indsendte ticket til "Customer Service" for 6 dage siden. Spillet figurerer ikke i Uplay, og kan kun KØBES igen hvis man går via websitet. Også når man er logget ind på sin konto.
Betalingen, kr. 379,00 er trukket fra min konto for NI DAGE SIDEN.
Man hører ikke en lyd, jeg tvivler stærkt på om de overhovedet læser emails/tickets.
Der udvises ganske enkelt en uhørt arrogance og komplet ligegyldighed overfor betalende - og i mit tilfælde - tilbagevendende kunder.
Jeg kan kun fraråde andre at købe direkte gennem Ubisoft/Ubishop - jeg selv gør det aldrig mere.

Ringede til Support. Der var ingen dansktalende, men det er ikke noget problem for mig. Fik venlig og hurtig betjening af det engelske team, der eskalerede sagen og sendte en gyldig key til mit produkt indenfor kort tid.
Ydermere "upgradede" de produktet til en Deluxe Edition med ekstra indhold, som plaster på såret. Så jeg har nu endeligt modtaget hvad jeg betalte for, og lidt til.
Summa summarum: Skriv eventuelle klager på engelsk når du opretter en ticket. Ring efterfølgende til Support på ovenstående nummer. Og bed til at du kommer igennem til det engelske Ubisoft-team. De yder rent faktisk en fin service. Hvad det danske team laver kan man så kun gætte på... de servicerer i hvert fald ikke kunderne.
Har skrevet med dem flere gange, og de flat ud nægter faktisk at LÆSE ens emails. De skriver irrelevante svar som ikke giver mening i contexten. Jeg har aldrig oplevet en så nyttesløs service!

Well, i got the game called Farcry 2 before Farcry 3, but Punkbuster didnt support it so my multiplayer was borken, and the support site that was written in the game didnt exist, so i open ubisofts page, and asked for support... an other way to wirte what they said to me "Its not our problem go fuck your self"
And from now off, its a good bye to Ubisoft for me..
det er dog den mest elendige service, jeg ever har set.Købte to spil assasins creed 3 og max payne 3. Min computer gik ned og jeg måtte geninstallere, det burde ikke være noget problem, da jeg havde koderne til begge spil, så jeg oprettede mig på ubisoft og prøvede at installere. Det kunne man ikke, da der stod at de var blevet aktiveret med et andet kontonavn.
jeg går så ind under deres support, hvor der eksakt er en side, der omhandler dette problem, så det burde ikke være noget problem.
Nu har jeg så desværre prøvet at komme i forbindelse med dem i 3 uger, og hver gang, når man trykker, dur deres server ikke, så enten gider de ikke at svare, eller også er der noget andet i vejen, det er for ringe

i am a console gamer but none of my friends have had issues on pc which some others reviewing this company have.
they make top quality games like splinter cell, assassins creed and the upcoming watch dogs game. they also make the far cry series and inperticular i loved far cry 3 but the multiplayer in far cry and assassins creed is awful and i would want them to focus more on the single player and put more money into it if all we are getting is a awful multiplayer.
however never had a single problem from ubisoft and im very happy with them as a customer.
Lige meget hvilke spil jeg prøver at spille er deres multiplayer noget lort. Der er altid problemer med Sync og jeg har gennemledt utallige hjemmesider og forums for at se efter hjælp og det virker til at nærmest alle har dette problem. Jeg synes Ubisoft burde tage sig sammen.
No matter what game i try to play, the multiplayer seems to be fucked up. Mostly it's the Sync that is the problem and I have read through thousands of forums and homepages to find a solution, but it seems everyone is having this problem and nothing seems to work. I really think Ubisoft should put themselves together. Fucking waste of my money. Never buying anything from ubisoft again. Not even singleplayer games.
I have been in contact with Ubisoft support since I bought Assassins creed 3 for PC as its was quite broken upon release and I couldnt play it, and I have had absolutly shocking support for this matter. I would like to give them 0 stars really as they deserve nothing but a swift end to their sales. The game is still broken to this date and apparently I need to buy it again to get it working according to Ubisoft and they give all reasons under the sun other than the code being broken. There should be some sort of online poloice so that people dont get robbed so often by game develpoers and publishers such as Ubisoft!
I really wish i did more research before purchasing Far Cry 3 from uplay! After a loooooong ass download (about 10 times slower then it usually takes) I'm really pumped to start playing, but nope.. the game isn't working. I search for the problem on google and i try everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING, still nothing. I go to ubisoft.com where I get even more frustrated, because guess what, you can't even send an email to customer support! (I did go to Ask A Question page, not much help there) I really did not expect such from a company like Ubisoft.
So, i bought a season pass for Assassin's Creed 3. Like all the other season pass owners, i was supposed to, be able to download the first DLC one week before normal buyers. Then a week before the release date, i got an email "You product is now available" well great, i have ben waiting for that. I click the download link, but i don't get the DLC. I have emailed ubisoft, i was supposed to get a response within 48 hours. after a week now, still no answer. I have searched the internet about my problem, and it seems that most of the buyers didn't get the DLC, and it seems like that ubisoft is taking all of our money, without giving us the DLC, very little official news from ubisoft. And all they have said have ben a lie. About 5 days ago they said that we should check our email, because they should have mailed us again, with the real download link. I have checked all over the internet, i can't find anyone who actualy got that email. Ubisoft takes your money, and don't give a shit. I will never buy anything from Ubisoft ever again. They are all just a bunch of liars!

So, I bought a Ubisoft-game Heroes VI. Was looking forward to playing the game, but this is when the fun begins.
First I have to go through what seems 50 restarts of game, because Ubisoft can not figure out to make an autoupdater that updates the game to the latest version in one go. Patch after patch after patch.
Ok Ubisoft, heres an idea. why not just compile the patches into one patch that updates the game to the latest version.
Finally starts up the game and for fun I decide to play a simple skirmish. Me against the computer. Hours of building up my army, expanding, etc and all of a sudden I am back at the main menu. Why?? Because Ubisoft newest idiotic masterpiece is that you must be online all the time to ensure you have a legal version. Unfortunately for me and apparently something Ubisoft fail to understand, you sometimes loose connection. So because I lost connection, Ubisofts crap could not see I have a legal version, so it threw me back to main menu in game. All gameprogress was lost. Even getting back online, does not help.
Dear Ubisoft, who in your company came up with this brilliant idea? Please let us know who the person is. That person deserves a medal for stupidity.
In your infinite stupidity in trying to punish a group of people that dont care about all your little securitymeasures, because they just remove them or find a workaround, you are actually only punishing your paying customers. Do you in any way feel that is brilliant business?? Do you feel you are accomplishing anything positive in regards to your paying customers? Do you believe or even hope that I will buy another product from Ubisoft again?
Am I the only one with this problem? Not really. Look at your own fora if your dare...
