Excellent
Helped me with the design( joist&concrete) sent a drawing with measurements and they scaled it for me . Ordered it on sat it arrived on Monday . Faulty pipe cutter which was no fault of uheat wojtek replaced it straight away no quibble . I would recommend and use again

Fantastic service
Emailed them a quick query about what I wanted to achieve and got as response within an hour. From there Wojtek pretty much designed the solution I needed and gave me a pretty good quote. From query to solution to quote to delivery was under 1 week, brilliant. I'm now trying to see if I can get more underfloor heating in the rest of the house.

good product
The mats are of good quality and easy to lay.The only draw back is the self adhesive glue supplied on them could be a bit more sticky as it sometimes does not hold the mat in place.
May be some primer thats stays tacky supplied with the mat would be a good idea.
Other than the above I think the product is fine

A1 Service!
I have to say, first time at UF heating. Tried the competition, but have to say, i could not speak highly enough of U Heat. Wojtek, helped me every step, and answered all questions in manner that i could understand. When i ordered the components, at 3pm, they were at my door at 07:30 the next morning. I checked to be sureand, spot on, down to the last washer. Pleasure to deal with, and will recommend any chance i get!!!

Excellent Service, Good Value and Fast Delivery
In the final hour my electrician was unable to provide the insulation boards for my underfloor heating mats. I went online to source a supplier and found Uheat and another company was selling at half the price of commercial DIY stores. Steven made the whole experience of purchasing underfloor insulation boards easy. He calculated the measurements and the type of floor I was covering with no pressure of expectation for me to buy. He also provided me with a emailed quote and next day delivery option before noon - all at half what I would have paid in chain DIY stores and local trade counters delivered to my door before I did the school run. Genuine helpfulness!

Just completed my second order, service and price were as good as the first one.
Orders are fullfilled immediately, if there will be a slight delay on an item they are on the phone within seconds. Very knowledgeable about their products, will answer all questions with precision. Will also automatically check your order for completeness, compatability and suitability for purpose. Will sometimes suggest cheaper alternatives when appropriate, eg. aluminium spreader plates.

Very informative, competitive and great after sales
U-heat designed our layout for our ground floor (in screed) wet UFH and also for our first floor using the radiant channeled aluminium panels. As this was the first time we have installed UFH we were reliant on the knowledge and advice of the supplier, and in this respect Uheat, and in particular their technical sales person, Wojtek Zareba, did not disappoint. The equipment supplied was also first class, and we now have a slick fully integrated system controlled from a central CPU. We have reverted back to Wojtek a few since installation to check certain point and he has always been helpful and instructive.
