Terrible
The goods ordered were posted out on 28th Feb by royal mail. I have not received them yet. I can not track the parcel once it leaves UK. I am in Cyprus. therefor the service is not adequate.

Friendly and honest service
I ordered a product from their competitor and was not all impressed they had processed my order and then they mailed me to inform it was out of stock! I had many issues to get my payment back.
Then I found uk automation that sold they same product. I promptly called them to see if they had it in stock and ordered it. Their website has a true reflection of the stock they hold, unlike it's competitors. This for me is very important. The products arrived without any issues.
I am really impressed, it seems like they are only a few sites that also have phone support.

Excellent online purchase
I had hunted high and low on the internet for an illuminated light switch, when i came across UK Automation. Better than what i wanted at a very reasonable price despatched quickly with easy intructions, only negative point is that the connection wires are very small and light weight and when fixing with existing electrical wiring can break just need to be careful, any way no more tripping over things in the garage to get to the switch!!!
