Fantastic service!!
My Olympus camera was despatched the day after I placed my order, and arrived the day after that!.....Which was particularly satisfying, as I had only asked for the standard zero cost delivery option, and wasn't expecting it to arrive for at least another week!...... and dealing with Holly, on the customer service team, whether by phone or email, is an absolute pleasure!

Superb Service from UK Digital Cameras
I have bought at least 4 cameras from this company and each time their service has been excellent. I ordered my latest camera on 23rd April in the afternoon, and went for standard delivery, so was very surprised when it was delivered by 2pm the following day. Nothing is too much trouble for this company and it doesn't matter which of their reps you talk to, as each one is very pleasant and very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. A truly 5 star company.

Excellent service which felt very personal
How refreshing it is to get such personal service from an internet based company. Very friendly member of staff who was able to offer great advice without being pushy. I opted for free delivery which meant I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for delivery (because of Easter), or that's what I thought! It actually arrived a full 5 days before expected and I was emailed and texted with an hour slot. Amazingly the delivery arrived at 14.29 - the start of the exact hour I had been given. I know this was fluke but I was impressed!! Great after sales service too. Keep up the good work guys. You beat the High Street stores hands down!

Amazing service!
Order placed at 2pm. By the time I got home at 6pm there was an email waiting for me saying my order had been dispatched. By lunchtime the following day I was holding my new camera in my hands! And all this while most places were saying that they wouldn't have that particular camera in stock for another two or three weeks. I can quite honestly say I have never had such efficient and speedy service from any company with whom I have placed an internet order for anything. Many thanks, as I am off to Africa this week!

Quick delivery, prompt response to emails and goes the extra mile
I bought a Fuji X100 from UK Digital Cameras - throughout the whole transaction period, they responded to my emails quickly. Camera itself was delivered quickly. I was really impressed with how personal it was - I had some issues in that I needed it delivered by a particular date and I requested for a VAT refund receipt - they responded to ALL my queries and requests. Really makes a change from buying from faceless online retailers. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Quick and efficient, good courier too
First of all, ukdigitalcameras had stock of my Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ150 when others did not. Price was competitive. I ordered late Monday morning, the camera and filters were with me 24 hours later. My query about the suitability of the filters was courteously handled. The courier (DPD) delivered in the advised 1 hour time slot, and the packaging was sound and appropriate. A 5 star effort.

Excellent customer service
I bought the Lumix Fz38 in March last year (2010) and unfortunately the memory card became jammed in it. I contacted the sales support team who suggested sending it back to see if it could be repaired. In the meantime I had my sons 1st birthday. The customer service team bent over backwards to ensure I had a camera for my sons birthday and have been in constant, immediate contact with me. In addition they kindly emailed me all the pictures because I couldn't download them. I am looking to receiving my camera back.
I would highly recommend UK Digital Cameras and in particular would like to say a huge thanks to Phil, Gordon and Andrew for all your help.

everything went very smooth with my part exchange deal and buying my new camera. when I was wondering about anything about my purchase or exchange I emailed the company and they answered all my queries straight away. Searched lots of companies for Fuji HS20 but UK Digital Cameras stood out from the rest, great service even booked a return call and they couldnt be more helpfull.
Got a great deal and free postage arrived 10 o'clock am next day super fast. thanks for making it so easy to order. will deal with them again .

I got my camera within minutes of the time indicated - great service.
Checked the contents with list provided and found 2 cards missing - warranty card was one of them.
When I tried to register the camera with Cannon got the message that it had already been registered to another user. Phoned UK Digital Cameras and got an explanation that didn't ring true.
Returned the camera and bought locally
Had to contact the company twice before I got my refund and even now the cost of the return postage has not been refunded as agreed in a telephone call with the company

What service!!
Through no fault of UK Digital Cameras my Fuji HS20 exr was faulty when delivered - one phone call was all that was needed for a replacement to be on my doorstep less than 24hrs later. If only the rest of the retail world was as efficient and POLITE (a rare commodity these days).
First class website, delivery and after sales service. All in all it has been a pleasure to do business with UK Digital Cameras.

Excellent product and service
i tried to buy this product from Amazon and was very disappointed with the lack of service so I cancelled it. I then found this company and used their call back feature. I got my call back within half an hour and a very helpful lady placed my order and guaranteed courier delivery within 2 days. I then got an email confirming the order followed by an email from the courier telling me what time. He was bang on time! I have to say this was really excellent service and I am so pleased with the product.

I had no reason to worry....
I had never spent a considerable amount of money online on a product I had not seen in the flesh and was a bit wary about it. I had absolutely no need to worry. The camera I received was everything I expected and more.
I got a great deal with the camera, a 16g memory card, 5 year warranty, a case and vouchers for free prints and canvases only 7 pounds more than the price of the camera alone on Amazon.
I chose free delivery, estimated in 5 working days, I ordered it on Thursday evening and received it at work on Monday morning, I was fully charged and out snapping on my lunch break. I had no issues so no need to contact customer support.
Although wary at first, I would thoroughly recommend UK Digital Cameras to anyone.

Excellent price and helpful staff but the STANDARD delivery service was amazing.
Ordered mid afternoon on a Friday. E-mail to say it would be delivered on the Monday First thing Monday, a further e-mail saying to within the hour when it would arrive...................and it did!

Everything was best. Specially, it was very cheapest. i was looking the camera prices of the websites about 2 months. Finally, i got it from your company.

At the same time, i would like to say one more thing. I ordered the camera about 8 pm(Monday). it said that delivery date will be tomorrow(Tuesday). However, i know you can't deliver by Tuesday. I received by Wednesday. So, keep eye on your website as well.

There are many great things to share about my experience with UK Digital Cameras.
1 - they offered a great price on the camera I wanted
2 - I wrote to them about a trade in on Sunday evening and received a reply the same night and a fair trade-in price
3- I ordered the camera with standard delivery - it turned up Tuesday
4- Used the FREEPOST service to send my trade-in
5 - Was told my trade-in was accepted Wednesday and money was on my card
6- Got a voucher for a free photobook
The service was quick and outstanding - I will not hesitate in using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new camera whether they have a trade-in or not.

Ordered a Fuji hs20,was delivered 1 day later, excellent, unfortunately the camera had a fault, contacted ukdc by email,received a phone call about an hour later,got another email with instructions on how to return,returned unit,fault confirmed,sent new one back and refunded my postal costs.All this in the space of a week!!
Fantastic A1 customer service, its a pity some major companies cant compete with this.
I would certainly recommend ukdc to anyone,you just couldnt expect anything better,once again, excellent,thank you.
