I ordered my product and needed to change the item due to the colour was wrong that i had ordered for my wife. So the next day I contacted the UK Digital Camera staff, who took it in there stride changed the order advising me throughout the procedure.

I inundated Holly with questions about this camera due to the previous 3 days spent contacting other outlets...all selling 'grwy imports' and who dont get close to ukd.. The camera arrived way before anticipated and in terms of the package purchased, is outstanding value for money.

I decided too place my order late last night and mostly because I liked the way the buying options were laid out on the web site. Within seconds of placing the order a confirmation e-mail arrived. I e-mailed back to ask for a vat receipt for my business expense and an e-mail was sent to say that it would be dealt with. This kind of communication is great for putting our minds at ease. Vat receipt duly arrived before 10am today! I replied and complimented them on great service and asked for confirmation of when goods would be dispatched. Within 2 hours an e-mail told me that goods had been dispatched and upgraded to express delivery at no extra charge.
What fantastic service this company gives and I already want to go back and buy something else soon!

Based solely upon others' review I decided to purchase some camera equipment, and was not disappointed. The wonderful speaking voice of 'Holly' their Sales Receptionist was enough to sell me anything! The items arrived in less than 24 hours from ordering, and arrived just one minute before the promised time - better than the railways!
Superb, what more can me said. Staff returned call exactly as stated. Helpful, friendly service with smooth easy to use transaction in part exchanging for new camera.
I had left the choice of camera for my upcoming holiday of lifetime until almost the last minute and in a frenzy I searched the web where I found that UK Digital Cameras had the camera I wanted (the brand new Panasonic Lumix FZ72) and at a very reasonable price. And with the delivery service they offered via DPD I felt assured I would have my new toy in time before jetting off to Singapore for the Grand Prix and then on to Australia. As an afterthought I realised I had not included an ultra violet filter but rest assured, my contact Holly in the Sales Team immediately swung into action and posted the item to me.

I was a bit dubious about the whole trade in lark and was expecting to be told that the camera was not in the condition I described and therefore thy would offer me less. Well I was very pleasantly surprised. Firstly the new camera I ordered arrived within a day of ordering without my paying for the express delivery and on the same day they emailed me to say they had received my camera and would offer me the full value as quoted. The refund appeared on my credit card statement a few days later just as they said it would. All in all a very good service and a good way to recyle your old tech somewhere other than ebay if you are planning to upgrade.
I ordered a Bridge camera from this company on line in the evening. The following day I received an apologetic call from Holly, an employee at the firm , saying that the colour of the camera I had ordered was not in stock and that they were awaiting delivery. This could mean a couple of days delay in the delivery of my order. However she did say that an alternative colour was immediately available. The colour did not matter to me so I asked her to send what she had. Tha camera was immediately dispatched by courier and due to the efficiency of DPD the firm used, I knew to the minute the following day when my parcel was being delivered. I am really pleased. The camera is perfect but it is so common for dealers to let people wait without information that this was such a refreshing change. Well done UK Digital Cameras and a big thanks to Holly who was super.
Ordered a Fuji X10 camera midday Wednesday and received it midday the following day. Also appreciated the fact that although a couple of "bundles" were available, they were pointed out but no hard sell. Just a pleasant and helpful person on the other end of the phone.
I purchased a Canon Powershot G12 from this company 2 years ago. The controls on it have stopped working twice, we purchased a 5 year warranty with the camera. We phoned UK Digital Cameras to report the fault and they directed us to there website where you click on a returns button and report your fault, then you wait and wait and wait, then you try again two further times, but there is no response. Then I tried to phone, but was told they were closed and don't open till late morning, so I emailed their sales email address and asked them to call me, after two further email requests 'Holly' phoned me and informed me that it is my spam settings at fault, I check my junk mail everyday and assure Holly that this is not the case, she then admits that they have website problems and will get it fixed soon. She then sends me an address to return the camera, simultaneously her colleague Trina miraculously finds my previous attempts to report the fault and sends me a completely different address to return the camera, Holly then says she doesn't know which of the addresses I should send the camera to. I ask to speak to the manager but Holly says that I can't and that he works from London and she will have to get him to call me. It is now 3 weeks since my camera became faulty.
The manager calls me and offers me an ex demonstration camera as a replacement claiming that the G12 is no longer available despite being on Canon's and Amazon's websites, I return my faulty camera special delivery, they send me the demo camera which doesn't turn up, having taken the morning off work to wait in for it, I find out that they have tried to deliver it in the afternoon.
I then receive a stream of correspondence from the manager stating that I needed to wait in all day, that I must also return the battery and charger and accessories and free gift! from the faulty camera despite being told just to send the camera previously.
Currently we have no camera, this company has not offered any refund or alternative and their warranty seems to be worthless. We are now taking legal advice regarding the terms of the warranty.
An extremely frustrating process, very, very poor customer after sales service. This is the second time we have had the same fault, and lost the use of the camera for 4-6 weeks. A camera that is not fit for purpose, but I am told that 'it is 2 years old' £400 for 2 years use of a camera minus the 8-12 weeks it has been faulty and away being repaired.
What can I say but what a company. Excellent service & Delivery. Within 2 hours of showing my camera , and telling my neighbour what a great service and camera I got, they went on line and have ordered the same package I ordered. I will have no problem in buying from ukdigitalcamera again.
I wanted to buy a Panasonic Camcorder, but needed advice regarding, additional batteries. I emailed UK Digitial Cameras one Sunday night and at the same time emailed Panasonic with the same question. It took Panasonic 3 days to get back to me. By that time Holly at Digital Cameras had not only got back to me, first thing monday morning with my original question answered, but had managed to tie my battery order up with my camera order at there end without any hard work from me. So unexpected, I'm normally left feeling like I've asked someone to move a mountain when trying to buy two separate things on the Internet. I actually felt there was a person at the end of the emails not just a computer. Delivery by DPD was equally brilliant, emails telling me not only what day, but what hour my new Camcorder would be delivered, and delivered it was, couldn't be happier. Having trawled websites trying to find a good retailer that also offered good prices, (whilst not turning out to be a bunch of cowboys) I came across UK Digital Cameras. Their price on the Fujifilm X100S was competitive and I bit the bullet and ordered from them. Communication was excellent and the item arrived exactly as specified. Really impressed by their service. I also bugged them via their online chat thingy and they were quick, clear and helpful. I would use them again and recommend to all. It's a minefield deciding which online retailers to use these days, especially with digital equipment, so it is a relief to find one that turns out to deserve all the positive reviews. Thank you.
Having just had a really bad experience with an internet company UK Digital Cameras have restored my faith. Superb service, goods exactly as described, arrived quickly and the courier sent a text to say what time the parcel wouild be delivered. 10 out of 10 and would recommend to anyone.
I got the insurance money form losing my old camera on Wednesday. I knew what I wanted - the Canon Powershot S50 - and had worked out that this company had it at a price about £40 less than other suppliers. On Thursday, I ordered online - about 9.00am. I thought about taking the express delivery option, but decided to save the £10. By 4pm that day, I got a text saying to expect delivery on the Friday. On Friday I got another saying to expect delivery between 12 and 1. About 12.10, my wife called to say it had arrived. Brilliant...everything was in order, and there was a money-off wine voucher into the bargain that hadn't been mentioned. And I gather they pay UK tax, unlike certain online retailers...
Tz30 lumix faulty zoom repaired quickly with regular e- mail notifications on progress well done only one point uk digital çameras are not open after 4 if you are collecting or calling into permises even though web site shows opening hours trading till 5pm they are closed after 4 with phone line operator manning line till 5 so avoid wasted journey as i did .

I had looked at other sellers before choosing to buy my Panasonic FZ200 from ukdigital cameras. It was only after reading the favourable reviews for this company that I made my decision. The prompt and efficient manner in which my order was dealt with was a joy. I was advised on what day and at what time to expect my delivery, I was advised that there was a delay likely - this no doubt due to the snow in the area. The courier, however, arrived at the original time - a credit to him. I would highly recommend ukdigital cameras to anyone considering purchasing from this company.
I wanted to trade my old camera in against a Panasonic Lumix FZ150, and the procedure to do so was simple. The price for my old camera was given within 24 hours and I then phoned Holly to order my new camera. The new camera arrived by DPD within 2 days and the courier let me know exactly what date it would arrive, and on the day let me know the time to within an hour. I sent my old camera back, and within 2 working days of UKDC receiving it, I was credited with the amount agreed. All in all, it was a great shopping experience, and I would recommend UKDC to anyone.
For some time I have been watching the price of the Canon S100 and waiting for a good price. I particularly wanted to buy it from a UK supplier so as to not have any difficulty with warranty should anything occur. UK Digital Cameras looked like a worthy supplier. Having checked the reviews as I would normally I notice only 5 star feedback.
So I thought I would give it a go. Unfortunately due a problem with the delivery company my camera didn't arrive as expected on the Tuesday. So I email UK Digital Cameras and got a response promptly and a further email where they escalated this.
Problems occur but its how they are dealt with is what counts, and the professional whilst still human approach from UK Digital Cameras speaks volumes for them.
So here another 5 star review, hopefully the price of the Lumix GH3 comes down so I can make another purchase from them
Was on the web site last Thursday when my computer crashed.
I wanted to order the camera that day so I phoned and got an answering service advising me that "all lines were busy" but if I lest my contact number someone would get back to me.
Within 10 minutes of me putting the phone down HOLLY contacted me.
I told her my problem, and she said that we could complete the transaction over the phone. Went thru all the details, and was then advised that I just missed Next Day Delivery, and that it would now be a Monday delivery. I asked Holly to see what she could do . . . . . the camera arrived next day 24 hrs after I had ordered it.
Now that's what I call service.
I have just bought my seventh camera camera from Uk Digital Cameras and like the importance of the number 7 it is Perfect. I like to update my cameras from time to time and the Part Exchange system is really good and fair, any problems are very quickly corrected. I have spoken to quite a few people in the Sales department over the years and they have always been so helpful, cheerful and encouraging. I have always bought Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ or FX series as for me they do all I want them to do and I can't wait to get familiar with all the new features on my latest camera, the Perfect Lumix FZ200.
I found just the camera I was looking for at an excellent price. Although there was a small delay in shipping my order I received personal service from UK Digital Cameras who kept me informed of progress and even phoned me to make sure I had received it on schedule.

I wanted to change from a Nikon sp510 and decided to go with the Canon sx50 hs. I contacted UKDC to see if they would take my sd510 in part exchange, the positive reply was quick and the order process easy. I recieved my nice new sx50 the day after ordering and the refund from my sp510 was in my bank within a couple of days.
I would recomend UKDC to anyone without a second thought, they are friendly, helpful and offer a super duper 1st class service.

I had originally ordered this camera from amazon but it couldn't deliver until mid February which was too late for me so I googled the camera I wanted and found your site. I hadn't heard of your site but you offered the camera for the same lowest price I could find on amazon and you could deliver as early as the next day. I chose the two day delivery service and received plenty of delivery updates which was helpful for my mum who was waiting in for the delivery.
