Everything was spot on. My Panasonic FZ45 was purchased at a very good price and the trade-in price for my old FZ18 was excellent.The staff were all helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and delivery was a couple of days early. Recommend this company to all.

I BOUGHT THE PANASONIC TZ7 BUNDLE, IT ARRIVED EVEN EARLIER THAN I HAD HOPED FOR. Good Company

this company provide excellent collection of digital cameras with good variety in price which suite any budget.

.not the cheapest but trustworthy

Like many other people i wanted the cheapest deal i could find.
After looking at the reviews of the two other lower priced internet companys it appeared that many of their customers had problems.

U.k.digital had good reviews.
Stock level gave dates for expected arrival of new stock.
They only debited my credit card when the camera was being dispatched.
my Sony sybershot arrived the following morning before noon.
I rang customer services after placing my order to confirm that i would not be sent a grey import,
The customer services guy did not sound too friendly with his reply after my question.However he was polite and gave me the reasssurances i wanted.I paid slightly more than other prices quoted elseware but had peace of mind and a hassle free experiance.
Well worth the extra £35.00
My experiance was all good thank you UK Digital.

Fast and reliable

Bought my new blue Panasonic TZ10 camera on Friday and got it on Monday afternoon. It was my first online purchase for digital cameras so I was very cautious about choosing a right dealer. Since I required them to deliver to my work address they asked for a prove of my billing address, but no more hussle. Very pleased with my camera, geniue and bargain price! Plus there have been problems about the stock of these cameras, I originally ordered one from another online dealer but they said they were out of stock until end of this month/beginning of next month, so I cancelled that order and am now very happy that I got hold of one so soon with a much lower price!

No complaints at all

I wanted to order the new Panasonic TZ10 camera which was in short supply everywhere. UKDC had it at a good price and website said more than 10 expected the next day. I rang to check that it was UK model (it was) and to confirm they expected more stock than any pre-orders they already had and was told if I ordered my camera should be among that delivery. Call went straight to a helpful human with no musak / menus to navigate. Ordered on website as I had to cancel an order for same camera with a well-known online retailer that had said 2-4 weeks delivery since I ordered it from them. Bit of a problem with delivery vs invoice address on UKDC website but otherwise fine. Went for package to include 3 year warranty, SD card etc.

UKDC then rang me to say their supplier had said there would be a one day delay on delivery to them so that I could cancel order if I wished, but that was OK with me.

In fact, camera was shipped on the original day and arrived on next working day as expected. All brand new, UK model and a great camera! The bundled products exceeded expectations too as I was expecting an anonymous / obscure brand of SD card but in fact it was a Delkin one.

One final twist - a few days later I checked their website just to see if they now had the cameras in stock and they did not expect any more for almost 2 weeks. Their price had dropped by £15 however (other suppliers had either held thier price or dropped by maybe a fiver). As a long-shot I completed the 'Price Match' form on their website explaining that I had paid £15 more, only really expecting a 'Sorry but this is why we cannot match new price' reply. Instead got rapid friendly email saying they were refunding £15 !

So my experience of buying from them has been a pleasure from start to finish and I certainly expect to order from them again.

Nice experience

Ordered a Panasonic Lumix camera at 4.30 pm on the 27th Aug - delivered at 8.37 am on the 28th. Wanted to use UK Digital because of all the great testimonials - but they were'nt offering the bundle I wanted and had saw on a competitors website (with not so good reviews). UK Digital matched the bundle and impressed me immensely with customer service. Would order from them again.

Excellent service

I rang UK Digital Cameras to enquire about a camcorder I wanted to buy. I was told by a member of staff called Julie that they did not have the camcorder in stock, (very honest) but could get it for me and deliver within three days - and true to her word it arrived as promised . I am very pleased with the camera and the bundle i purchased.

With regards to the price, we always strive to be amongst the very cheapest UK retailers. Please be aware that there are some UK based retailers who may be a few pounds cheaper than us, but offer very poor levels of service (just search trustpilot). There are also a few companies who advertise particularly cheap prices, and pretend to be UK based but are actually based in Hong Kong or the USA. Often delivery from these companies can take 3-4 weeks and you have to pay VAT when the goods are delivered.

All of our orders are dispatched from our warehouse in North West London and over 99% are delivered the next working day. Enjoy your FZ38 - it's a great camera!

Ordering new camera, agreeing a part-exchange, collection of my exchange camera and delivery of new camera all took less than a week! A fair price was given for the part-exchange and the discount price of the new camera was better or equal to any other retailer on the net, plus UK Digital Cameras give a 2-year extended warranty as standard in with the price! I would certainly recommend them to others.

Mistake quickly rectified.

Originally I was sent the wrong camera.When notified they immediately sent the correct camera .When they received the returned camera postage was quickly refunded. All sorted out in a couple of days, from original order placed to arrival of the right camera. They made a mistake but dealt with it quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again with confidence.

Having had trouble ordering the same product with Dell I gave UK digital cameras a try.

They did not disappoint it arrived the next day well packed and I am very pleased with the service I have received, plus it was the very cheapest price on the net.

Excellent service, ultra fast delivery, piece of mind

Was having a few problems choosing where to get my next camera from given the horrendous reviews of the cheapest sites on the web. Finally chose UKDigitalCameras.co.uk given their extremely good freedback - £20 more expensive than the cheapest but how much is £20 over the lifespan of the product and in your own time if there's a long & drawn out saga to get what you've paid for?

Had some concerns about the camera not being a UK version - used the website chat feature which very good, spoke to 'Stuart' who explained that yes, it was a US-sourced camera (thanks for being honest), but that it came with a UK adaptor for the charger and there would be no regional compatibility issues. Stuart answered all my other queries quickly and proficiently.

Ordered the camera at 13:50, it was dispatched at 15:00 and arrived at my door at 9:30 the next day (didn't request or pay for next day delivery). The UK adpator fits the charger just fine and the battery is charging as we speak.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the company, and if you are at all unsure about what you're ordering then the call back and chat features are an excellent way to be confident about your purchase. If, after all you're not happy, Stuart explained that there's a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee as long as the goods are returned as new. Can't say fairer than that.

I recently bought a Sony HX1 digital camera from this company. At the time the product was out of stock (I was aware at the time of ordering). They phoned me up to check if I was OK to wait for it which I was. Even though it was out of stock, I ordered it on the Monday and it arrived on the Thursday so no big delay anyway. It arrived in perfect condition and is a fantastic camera which was £200 under the RRP.

I was very wary about ordering a camera over the internet after reading some of the reviews about other retailers selling popular models at much lower prices than the high street and even Major web sellers such as Amazon. My experience with UKdigitalcameras.co.uk was, fortunately, excellent. My Panasonic TZ7 in limited edition red was in stock and dispatched within a couple of hours of ordering (at 5 o'clock on a Friday evening!). Ordered camera yesterday afternoon, got a call from them to say it had just been despatched, received it this morning at 11.15 by City Link, everything present and correct. Also on the back of the Invoice there are contact details in case something goes wrong with camera which is in contrast to some companies where you have to trawl through loads of small print and then sometimes can't find the number you want.

Super service, would use again

Ordered a camera Thursday evening, paid a little extra for RM Recorded delivery instead of the standard CityLink service as I thought it would mean I would'nt have to wait in all day on the Monday.
Recieved a phone call on the Friday to confirm the order (although I missed the call) they advised everything was fine and order was being dispatched and I could call if I wanted to add any extras I may have forgot.
Was very surprised and pleased when the postman rang Saturday morning with my nice new Camera, giving me the entire weekend to play with it.
