I ordered a large item for 48hrs delivery at the beginning of the week. I took a day off yesterday to make sure that I was here for the item delivery. The system (tracking system) told me that the item was out for delivery and was picked up the day before so it can be delivered for me yesterday. The system read 7am - out for delivery. I waited the entire day off work at home for it. It did not arrive. By 8pm the same day I checked the system and still NO update. I then decided to wait the following day.
I checked the system, it said logged in at 8pm on the day of delivery - Please Call, meaning they had to rearrange delivery? So I noticed the next time it will be out for delivery is for the following week!!! I HAVE TO WAIT THE FOLLOWING WEEK WHICH SHOULD BE A 48hrs SERVICE!!
I tried to call - they cut me off....I tried to contact them via email as suggested filling in the contact form, and it bounced back as 'errors' are on the form. I look up the depo to try pick up the item myself and guess what - no times listed for bank holidays or over when it will be open-closed over the weekend.
If I could rate this 0% percent I would. But i have to leave a rating sadly.
Please go out of business you munch of morons. You are making us all a misery with your untrusted service. We don't have time for your useless efforts in our society today living a busy life. We don't like to complain we just want the service you offered, with out the lies.
Ordered next day delivery from Wiggle, which apparently was delivered and signed for by myself despite the fact that I was at work 15 miles away and my wife was at home to sign for it. No idea where the parcel actually is but according to their records I have it, which I don't. Funnily enough, the second part of the order was sent Royal Mail after this and arrived before the alleged signature, so faster turn around and actual delivery of item to it's destination.
Twenty four hour delivery is what was required & its what I got, driver was polite & I wasvery ssatisfied with the service, ive used this carrier before & highly recommend them for any first time users as have used DHL in past & they delivered to totally wrong address, no such problems with this carrier.
I waited in all day, and after checking on line several times, it stated as delivered. It wasn't delivered to me. At around 4.30pm-ish, I called the centre, waited 20 minutes, only to be told that it was out for delivery, but the operater promised to call me back with an update, within an hour. I never received that call..I was anxious to go out, so couldn't wait any longer. As I passed my neighbours house, I discovered that my delivery was there, and had been for hours. I wasn't happy, as there was NO CARD in my door to indicate where it was.
I was out when my parcel was due to be delivered. A card through the box is what I dread, trips to the delivery depot, sometimes many miles away. Not this time, I went on line, identified a safe place for the delivery to be made to and hey, it all worked like a dream. Highly useful fall back option. I would have no hesitation to use this company!
We always have the same delivery man who is polite and always chatty a real credit to the company. The service received by UK mail is far better than most I have encountered as a result of the friendly staff and prompt delivery. Items always turn up when they are supposed to.
Been three weeks and I still don't have my item. they have tried to deliver when I said no one would be in the house and everything they said I would defiantly arrive on a specific day no on came. I have requested redelivery 5 times and none of those has happened. The customer service team and helpline is pointless, they don't know anything and they cannot change anything, plus they mostly sound depressed beyond belief and I'm not surprised having to work for this company. They also made up reasons for the delivery being late that were a lie, I've received no apology and my emails are ignored. Still don't know if I will ever get this package. Worst service all round. Avoid using if possible.
An order of a phone from EE. At First you were brilliant, the item was delivered the day it was supposed to be, but i wasnt there to sign for it and nobody else was allowed to sign for it, yes you're just doing your job, now is where it goes down hill. it was re arranged for delivery by the useless driver for the following saturday.. YOU DONT EVEN DELIVER SATURDAYS THOUGH?! so on the saturday i Re arranged it to be delivered the next tuesday to my work place, but it turns up at the house today (monday).. yeah you guessed it i cant sign for it as im at work. I'm now just waiting to see if it actually comes to work tomorrow or if im going to have to be even more un impressed.
About two days previous I was contacted by TalkTalk about upgrading my phone and broadband package and was given comprehensive instruction about what the package would consist of. I was very impressed with the quality and the professionalism of TalkTalk.
My TV set up box was delivered within the following 24 hours by UK Mail with a smile from the Courier and with a good afternoon and thank you for your custom.
The Couriers have definitely been well trained in customer service and relation skills which is excellent as your company will strive and excel considerably in the years to come. But most of all you will be well recommended by so many companies in the United Kingdom which will really boost your profits and productivity. As a company you will be assured that you will be highly respected and highly regarded in the service which you provide, that your are reliable, trust worthy and a winner above all and above all other courier companies in the United Kingdom and internationally!!
I waited in all day, only to find out at around 4pm, that the web site stated that my item had been delivered. It was certainly not delivered to me.I had no idea that my neighbour had my goods, as there wasn't a card left in my door. I phoned the centre to be told, that they had no notification about the delivery, but would call me back with an update within and hour. This was around 4.30pm. No one called me back. As I was anxious to go out, I didn't discover that my neighbour had my item until 5.30pm.
Ordered a laptop and it was meant to be delivered on Tuesday 8th but they didn't turn up so I rang them and they said there was a delay and it will get delivered the next day but once again it didn't turn up so I rang them again and they said they didn't know were it was so they told me to ring dell and sort it out with them and dell are trying to get it sorted but its now Friday 11th and I will now have to wait until Monday to find out what's going on.
Very poor service and support from UK Mail! It was delivered to the wrong address (the driver reversed the number!) and signed for (my name, not my signature), this is very worrying! UK Mail Customer Service was then also very poor and very little help when reported! When was I trying to report it on-line I kept receiving messages to say 'Case Closed'. When I called I spoke to many people, all of which promised to come back to me, none did so I had to keep calling them back on a premium rate line over a period of 3-4 days (the time it took to communicate with the driver), I would estimate that i must've spent $40-£50 on phonecalls alone and that doesnt include my time!
