My parcel was delivered to an unknown address (the driver could describe the building but apparently didn't know what number it was) and no card was left at my address to tell me where it was. It seems the driver just wanted to deliver the parcel to someone and didn't really care who! My address is very easy to find as it is on a main road, and we never usually have problems with deliveries. A disappointing experience.
My package was delivered to the wrong address has been six days for ukmail answered my email saying it was delivered to my neighbor.
The address does not match my house.

I was expecting a delivery on 9th Dec and at 10.40am, I received an email saying as I wasn't in, it had been left in my wooden shelter. 1) I was in and there was also a note on the note asking if no reply, to open the door and shout and 2) we don't have a wooden shelter. I rang UK mail, explained the situation and asked where my parcel was. i was promised a callback in one hour. No callback came. I had to locate my parcel myself. it was delivered to a house half a mile away. it is lucky I know the people it was delivered to and I was able to retrieve the parcel, which was very heavy.
i am not impressed with the service provided by UK Mail. Poor customer service by both delivery driver and telephone operator.
Well there was this young man coming to my gate with a big brown box covering his face, I opened the door, and he delivered it inside. Smartly dressed he handed me the computer, and said sign here please. Nice clean polite chat, very friendly.
Poor thing, he must have been fit, as it was up nine steps bless him. Cor if I was 20 years younger, bess. hhhhhhahhahh

I was disappointed and disgusted with the delivery of the item to me on 9/12/13. I was not in the property at the time of delivery due to work commitments. I work full time. However, it was left outside my front door all day! This was on full display and anyone could have stolen it. I am in fact amazed that I still received the item at all. This shows a lack of dilligence and competence of the courier who clearly has not done his or her job. I am a regular customer and this falls way below minimum standards of customer expectations.

The drive came at around 1pm,I have asked him to come up via the intercom and he very rudly said: "NO, you come down!"
I live on the 4th floor with a small child and is difficult for me to get around, I was halfway cleaning up his accident with the driver called.
Besides, my building has a lift and outside parking is not restricted, so i am very angry at why the driver refused to deliver to my door?
Many other couriers deliver goods to me and never has delivering to my door being an issue.
Is this your company policy to make sure customers go to the driver to get their goods and not the other way around?
I would understand if he had to stop in a no parking zone but this wasn't the case; and the fact that he was being rude about it makes me very angry!
Of course in the end I had to dress my child, carry him downstairs to get my parcel, it could have been so much easier if your driver was willing to take the lift and deliver. It would have taken less than 3 minutes.
If this is the way your company deal with customers then I am very disappointed and will avoid using you in the future.

i heard a knock on my front door which i didn't get to fast enough,the driver then went to back garden but didn't open the gate and place the parcel by my back door he leant over and threw the parcel which landed on my concrete path,i was not happy as in the parcel was perfume which is a christmas gift which now has a dented box :(
Unsure where along the line it went wrong but something went wrong. I dont know if the package was a mess when given to ukmail or if something happened during the delivery process. Where ever it was I ended up missing items and a box that was a mess and had been covered in tape.
Other than that the package was delivered when they said
Doorbell rang. Greeted politely by smiling delivery man. Shared a joke & off he went. It was nice to have someone who could a) manage to ring the doorbell & b) speak English. I have many parcels delivered usually by surly people who bang on the front door & don't speak. Very impressed with how polite this guy was
A trust worthy and careful courier. Very cheerful and friendly delivery man. Always a pleasure to accept a parcel from him. Parcels always arrive in great condition and are obviously cared for while in transit.
I was asked to leave a review after UK Mail delivered my parcel.

Apparently their driver couldn't find the address.
The post code was correct and there is a Great Big Sign at the end of the road.
On the plus side, the chap on the phone was great.
Some of the worst service I have received. I paid for next day delivery on an item and received confirmation that the item of clothing would be delivered on Thursday afternoon. Thursday afternoon came and went with no delivery and so on Thursday night I arranged through UKMail website to go out of my way and pick the parcel up on Friday morning as I wanted to wear the item on Friday night, hence paying for next day delivery when buying the item on Wednesday. When I arrived at the depot I was told that the parcel was out on the drivers van and would therefore have to be delivered on Monday. A complete waste of time and if you can't produce next day delivery don't offer it! To make matters worse when I received the parcel it had been opened. Disgraceful!
Having arranged with UK Mail for this item to be delivered on Tuesday 10 December, as I knew that I would be away from home until then, I was surprised to get home on Monday 9 December to find a note informing me that my package had been left with a neighbour! This is yet another bad experience with UK Mail who in the past have completely lost a delivery and have delivered others late or not on the date shown. It's a shame that a business that I use a lot continue to use this courier.
I received an email from the company I purchased goods off a number if days ago stating my parcel was returned to them as undelivered yet I get am email today stating my delivery was delivered yesterday and to rate the services. Well the services are dreadful as I have not received my goods

I ordered an item from cash generator and they use UK Mail as their courier, the item came within two days and was delivered at around 5pm which was perfect seeing as I knew I would be home at that time. Delivery man was pleasant, with a smile on his face even though it was pouring down with rain. I would 100% recommend them.
I ordered items that came in a large box weighing around 20kg and were delivered to the business centre 10 minutes away, which I only found out by checking the status online as 'Delivered'. UK mail had my phone number and didn't bother to call when the person signing for my item clearly was not me. Had to carry box back home across muddy fields as had no car. UK mail didn't even have a number to call for me to find out where my package was but got a call from the business centre instead. Will do my best not to use your services again.
The item I ordered was quite expensive, which is always a concern when delivery is involved. To my delight I was asked if I had any special delivery requirements, which I did, and my requirements were met. The contact was courteous, both through emails and the delivery driver. I have no complaints whatsoever.
I eventually received my parcel 6 days after they first tried to deliver it. I was told delivery would be between 12 noon and 4 pm on Friday, so I waited in. No parcel. I had to go to work nightshift for 6 pm. i did not receive any calling card but checked online next morning, with the very good tracker, to see they had 'been' at 6.30pm. I saw that delivery was rearranged for the Monday, but I was unavailable then, so i used the text message they sent me beforehand to rearrange delivery for the Tuesday. Tuesday I waited in from 12 noon. No parcel. No calling card. Checked online to see they had 'been' on the Monday! With no notification that they would be here on the Tuesday anyway! So now it said Wednesday between 12 noon and 4pm. I waited in all day and night. At 6.45pm i called their office and was told they 'had been at my door at 5.55pm that evening'!! No way was anyone at my door and no calling card! The girl on the phone was very apologetic i have to say, not her fault. So now it was Thursday, and told to wait between 12 noon and 4 pm. Nothing. I was waiting to call their office again at 6.45, when lo and behold, the parcel arrives at 5.35pm!
Not the experience I had expected from a reputable company such as this, to be stuck in the house for three days! I have had no apology other than when i spoke to the girl in the office, in fact this review form is the first contact I have had with them since.
I suggest they change the estimate delivery time from 4 pm to 7pm!!
Not much to say, but poor service. Not impressed at all
I had experienced serious problems with the company that was originally contracted to deliver my goods. UK Mail was used to provide me with repolacement items by the seller and I was very pleased with the result. I will use UK Mail wnehever I can.
Parcel was sent via UK mail i received email telling me that and its was coming next day.
I would be out that day, I left a note for the driver who took the incentive to read and carry out the instructions, leaving the parcel where was safe.
In all a good experience with UK mail................

The Company I ordered with couldn't have processed my item until midday the following day, AND I expected delays due to the weather problems AND it being so close to Christmas, well done UK Mail I'd say!!
