Uksoccershop - My experience

Hi everyone, I ordered 7 items a couple of weeks ago (four polo shirts, two caps and a key ring). The last three of those items were unavailable and they had to backorder them from their supplier(s). I received 4/7 items in about 5 working days and finally we agreed to exchange the rest of the backorders (3 items) because they appeared to be out of stock permanently. To me this is quite reasonable because it is the end of the 2012/13 football season in Europe.

I submitted a ticket after I saw under my order status label 'pending'. I received an immediate reply by Biju Peter explaining the situation with the backorders. Now this guy was good. He kept me informed all the way through the process of my order. Every time I had a question, I e-mailed him and he replied within 1-2 hours tops. Upon completion of my order, I was provided (as promised) with a shipment tracking number so I could watch the progress of my shipment. Their merchandise is 100% official, sealed and with the club official logos and manufacturer's authenticity labels. I have bought jerseys from official club web stores and I am pretty positive they sell authentic team wear.

Conclusively I am going to give them four stars and not five for two reasons:
1. I had to e-mail them the first place to find out what was going on with my order.
2. They should update their stock availability in a more regular basis. I understand it's quite hard to update lets say 2,000 items x 5 sizes = 10,000 at least with loads of orders to deal with simultaneously. But still this is not a customer's trouble. Maybe they should increase their manpower.

My advise from my experience with them: yes you can shop from uksoccershop safely BUT before doing so, check stock availability (and I don't mean through their website). Get in touch with customer services and make sure the items in your cart do exist at the requested sizes.

Some people in their reviews look really upset and I understand the reasons. Still I believe there was not any malicious intent whatsoever. I am not saying they are crazy or that they are lying. Don't get me wrong. I am just telling you my experience which was good and I have to be fair with them, that's all.

STRAIGHT RED CARD!!!

I ordered an official black (alternative) Bayern Munich jersey with Müller 25 and the Bundesliga patch for my husband as a birthday gift. I placed the order on April 25, 2013 and it arrived on May 21, 2013. Two problems: There was no Bundesliga patch, which I paid extra for and the numbers on the back did not contain the Bayern Munch crest on the bottom as is customary with the official jerseys. I contacted uksoccershop multiple times with details of the issues and finally heard back from "Simon" who said he was checking into it. I then realized this was their stall technique. Paypal only gives you 45 days from the time of the transaction to dispute. Fortunately, I paid with American Express and am in the process of disputing the charge through my bank. Unfortunately, I still need to find an official black jersey for my man. UKSOCCERSHOP makes fake products and is a scam.

Stay very far away.

I ordered a soccer jersey with the number and name in the back back in April 26. Even when the shirt was customized it shipped the next business day. I received my order in about 3 weeks, communication was poor, their "Live Chat" is Never online, they answered half of my emails.

My item arrived, and to my surprise the "TEAM NAME" printing was wrong (instead of letter 'o' they used 'u'), I have no Idea how they managed that.

I contacted them right away, through their help desk, but my tickets where always put on "Hold" (3 times). I tried their info@uksoccershop.com email, and got the last reply from a Guy named Simon, asking what was wrong with my order, as if I hadn't specified this several times already. I sent him proof (pictures), and never heard from him again since.

I opened a dispute with PayPal, since they wouldn't answer, they ignore the dispute, so the dispute was escalated, and went in my favor, the only downside is I have to pay tracked shipping back to UK, which would cost a lot.

The worst online shopping experience i've ever had the misfortune of encountering. Truly diabolical company

Bought a shirt off them, they sent me an email assuring me they had it in stock.
Shirt arrives, wrong specifications (wrong badge on shirt and wrong size). Obviously i send them an email notifying them of their error, they apologize and ask me to send the item back at my expense which they will reimburse. I complete form, attach to shirt and send back to them as per their requests.
No communication saying they have received shirt or that my replacement is on its way for about 6 weeks or so. I give up waiting for them and inquire whether my replacement shirt is on the way, to which i get a reply saying they are now out of stock, but will be receiving more in 2-3 weeks and they will send one out as soon as possible.
I wait a month or so for email saying it's been sent out which never comes, so i e-mail them again asking for either a replacement shirt or my money back for the shirt i ordered and 2x postage. Communications cease from their end as soon as the period in which i needed to file complaint with credit card company expired, despite multiple emails sent by me and messages left on their answering machine service, and i never hear from them again. They strung me along just long enough that i couldn't get my credit card company to reverse the charge, which seemed awfully coincidental.

The absolute WORST company i have EVER had the complete and utter displeasure of dealing with, online or not. Their abysmal service is only matched by their communication which is a complete disaster, which is truly an enormous feat of incompetence. Very very shady company, if you read into them here, and elsewhere you'll find people with very similar experiences to mine, suggesting this sort of behavior is common practice for them, and every support ticket/email was visibly marked as "low priority", which they made abundantly clear. I had paid for an item and postage twice, but months later still had not received said item, yet that is still a "low priority" and not even worth getting back to in a timely fashion, obviously the only people that matter to them are the ones they haven't received money from yet.

Use this company at your own risk, if an ebay seller had their record of non-deliveries they would have had their account shut down years ago.
This occurred about 4 years ago and they are still doing the EXACT SAME THING TO PEOPLE. I cannot stress enough how much i would avoid this despicable company if at all possible. I buy all my football shirts direct from the clubs homepages now and have never had an issue.

Surprisingly excellent!

After reading some reviews on here I have to say I was very apprehensive about using this site, but as my son was desperate for a personalised Barcelona shirt for his birthday, and this was the only place who appeared to do this service for shirts of his size, I had to take the chance.

My fears were unfounded - I received emails every step of the way informing me of progress, and within a week of my order I received the shirt and it was perfect in every aspect. It will be a great gift and I can only say good things about my experience with UK Soccer Shop.

Amazingly Fast Service - Best I have Experienced

Here I am in Helsinki, Finland, just after surviving a 6 month winter where temperatures reached -30 degrees. Yep, not much football was played. Due to Europe's favourite airline charging approximately another 100 quid to bring a few extra teeshirts, I ended up having only winter jackets and ski wear. Now, Summer has come, and football fever has struck me. Unfortunately, unless I wanted to play in an Eskimo uniform, I needed clothing. I decided that wearing an actual football top will make me score more goals (a good excuse to spend some money), and went shopping. I placed my order on Wednesday night. Oh, a printing service? Great! Chose my nickname and a number, and paid for all of this. According to the terms of use, it could take 7 days before the shirt is even printed... Well, I can still play Fifa and practice my through-balls. Fast forward to Tuesday (4 working days later). My door receives a knock, and a man with a mustache is standing outside. Package! Must be something I ordered..hmm. Came inside, opened it up, and voila! A brand new Adidas AC Milan jersey, with my name and number printed on the back. Unbelievable. I have no idea how it got from the UK, to the printing press, to my door in the backend of nowhere in Finland, but it is here. Awesome!!

It is completely rubbish!

You may order from them if you have a lot of money and you are stupid.I am waiting for my products 3 Months pass and i have nothing even replies to my mails and tickets.

Cowboy Outfit

Bought a tracksuit for my 6-yd-old son, which was sent to my old address in London.

This was in January. When I enquired about it after a couple of days they said it is a long process for it to be returned to them. It is now May 13th and I've heard nothing!

I sent a letter to them during April, and have had no acknowledgement of that either!

This firm appear to have no process in place for when things go wrong!

Out of Stock - no refund. Fake Prints - no refund.

The headline says everything. Lost 180 GBP. E-mails were not answered. At the published phone number nobody ever picked up the phone.

ABSOULUTE RUBBISH

Ordered a whole load of stuff for my sons birthday. It arrived 3 weeks late and most of it was missing and they put in the wrong team backpack.

Disputed it on paypal and was told to remove dispute or I wouldn't get my goods.

Then found all the bad reviews. Nightmare from start to finish!!! Do not use this site!!!

Excellent products, service and delivery

I purchased five football jerseys for my boys for christmas presents. The products were top quality, the delivery was excellent and the customer service was perfect. I even had to adjust order as one product was out of stock and the replacement was perfect. I would gladly purchase from UK Soccer Shop again and recommend it to my friends

Orderd. 3 items from Uksoccer shop. I ordered Manu jacket, italy training jacket and napoli polo jersey. I received the first 2 items. I managed to get a hold of customer service. Uk soccershop received my money immediately. The customer service rep told me that In good faith that they shipped 2 items and the third was backordered. I wish they would tell me so I would a decision. Anyhow the customer service rep gave me a option for my money back which I got my money back.

don't know what all the fuss is about!

I ordered the Germany Euro 2012 away shirt on Wednesday night around 8pm and received it this morning (Friday). I've ordered plenty of shirts from other sites before (Subside, Kitbag, Sports Direct etc) and none of them have provided such an efficient service. I had never used this company before so after ( should've done it before but I didn't) I ordered the shirt I checked out the reviews online and frankly I s**t myself and naturally I worried that I would never see my money, or more importantly my football shirt, again, but uk soccer shop has been exceptionally prompt. The only thing even mildly suspicious was the lack of an invoice in my parcel and no tracking number on the website, otherwise they would get 5 stars. I would recommend to anyone.

Second time buying from here.

1st review - Very good but not Great!
First time buying from Uksoccershop.com. I bought a Beyern Munich home shirt 11/12 RIBERY 7 for £67 including delivery. Reason - I really like this home shirt out of all the other. Also I wanted to get Ribery 7 on the back. It was hard to get because other football sites did the shirt but with no name and number. Uksoccershop.co.uk was the only site I could find that did the shirt with a name and number.

Shirt – The quality of the shirt is great (just like the shops - JJBSports). Also it’s not a cheap quality shirt, no wrong colour shades or loose threads. The shirt had tags on it just to let you know. The shirt fits me fine.

2 things wrong with shirt. The name and number. Name - The name is not the right size because the letters in the name are not the right thickness so therefore it makes the name look small. Number – Has no team badge on number (meant to be one). In the image that Uksoccershop.com has shown for the shirt it shows the right size of the name and number. I don’t mind It’s no biggie (even though the shirt was dear).

Delivery – Delivery was long but I expected this as it says on their site it takes about 2-3 weeks for printed shirts. The package was decent because the package had a great seal (hard to tear off because of the type of plastic metrical it had).
Over all I’m very happy with the quality of the shirt. I wonder how it does after a few washes though. Would recommend this to a friend but would say there might be 1 or 2 things no right about the shirt.

The website - The tops on their site a dear. The site has a wide range of football shirts (they even do Argentina shirts some sites don't do them). The site also has a very good search filter (size, product type, season etc.). The site does a lot of deals form time to time (10% discount, free international delivery).


2nd review - Great buy, no problems (easy).
2nd time buying from here. Bought a Holland jacket called "Holland Nike Authentic N98 Jacket 12/13 (Orange)" in size M for £30 (WAS £60). Item as described and in great condition. Also very fast delivery (express delivery 1-2 days). The packaging
was great to. The jacket fits well. Well done Uksoccershop.com.

In 10 days it arrived to my town in Sicily from England. The england national team's Crouch jersey. It's perfect! :D

1 item sent (wrong size, wrong quality, etc), rest items say out of stock and not refund.

Last week, I ordered 2 shorts but the only sent 1 shorts. They dont accept to do a refund of missing item.

Paypal dont resolve the claim because Paypal normal customer service dont attend for incomplete orders...

I will never order to uksoccershop. The send less items, wrong sizes, wrong items, send anything etc, and then cancel communication and never refund

Update: they answer emails, but always stupid conversation, 20 or 30 emails with nosenses; they like to waste our time and get angry us

highly unprofessional

A customised jersey, I ordered through the UKSS arrived with a spelling mistake. According to their website - they 'will' send a replacement and repay the costs associated with return of the wrong item. I received the replacement, but never received any reimbursement, however, was promised action (they call it 'chasing')from several members of customer service.

Real jerks

They botched an order then, despite their printed policy, refused to refund the shipping.

They stopped replying to emails, and when I contacted them via twitter, they just blocked me.

And from their twitter feed, you can tell I'm not alone.

Overall happy with order and would order again from this company.

We are an event company who needed to order 67 printed Euro 2012 Football shirts for a client. After an inital enquiry to UkSoccershop our contact - Simon - was very helpful and met all our requirements. He sourced 14 out of the 16 countries that we required (the other two we sourced from the country and then sent on to UKSoccershop for printing). He then organised the printing of the shirts - all the names with the correct foreign accents (Ö, Ü, æ). All the printed was done to a high standard and not just a blanket one-style print - the shirts matched 100% to those used by the teams in the Euro2012.
I have read the other complaints about this company and although it was frustrating not to have a contact number to speak to someone (even though it was asked for and not forwarded initially), the fact that we had paid in advance, I did get slightly nervous at one point when I was sending emails about delivery and getting no straight forward replies.
When we did receive the shirts (in time), out of the 67 there were 2 which were printed incorrectly (with the foregin accents). I informed Simon and he put me in touch with the printer (and gave me a contact number), who dealt with the issue very quickly - within a 2 day turnaround.
All in all I was happy with this company - the large quantity ordered, the delivery and the efficienty in dealing with the mis-print - and would order from them again.

Very pleased

I bought the new England football kit for my boyfriend's birthday. It was advertised as free shirt printing if pre-ordered so I took advantage of this promotion. The kit has now been received and he was delighted with the shirt and loved the personalisation option.

Was very pleased with my experience with UK Soccer Shop. The selection of products was fantastic and the most extensive I've seen online. I had a few problems ordering but these were ironed out after speaking to customer service team. Payment was made by paypal in the end. Delivery of the goods was on time and the items were of very good quality, so all in all it was a pleasant experience.

Fast international shipping

I have ordered from UKSoccershop before and the service has always been good, the only problem is I live in New Zealand and the delivery sometimes takes a while to get to me.

I raised this with customer services and a few weeks later they emailed me to say they had introduced a DHL delivery method and now delivery only takes 3 days!

A Real Nightmare

I've bought a New Zealand away shirt in June 2010 which never came. They said that they didn't have a tracking code but they have now. I made an alternative order in 2011 but a guy called Biju always tell they are preparing the order. In Feb 2 2012, he told that my order was shipped. Since then i'm asking for the tracking code and they never answer. What they are hiding? Why they never give you an objective answer?
Save you money and patience. At least, overseas service sucks!!!!!!!

Excellent personalised service

My Saturday football team wanted to buy a gift for our club president who, having played his 150th game for the club, was leaving for a new life in Los Angeles. Uksoccershop were able to help us by printing the player's name and the number 150 on the back of a home LA Galaxy shirt. Delivery was prompt despite us having left our plans to the last minute.

Excellent Customer Service - Highly Recommended

A very good online shop

Ordered a MU sweatshirt from uksoccershop. I just looking for this sweatshirt for a long time. The delivery is cheap and on time. The sweatshirt is excellent. In fact , I find many shirts what I want on the shop. I believe I'll buy somethings from them again.

Super fast authentic shirts

I ordered a Schweinsteiger Germany NT Jersey and after it was printed it only took 4 days to get to my home in Australia and was in perfect condition. I also submitted a photo of the shirts afterwards and got a 10% refund! Great company with really good quality shirts!

Great kids shirts to NZ

Have ordered 3 shirts for kids now, all have been fabulous, and they have loved being able to get shirts personalised. Shirts got here to New Zealand much quicker than expected, website easy to use, only problem is deciding what to buy!!! Will be back again and again I'm sure

Great Selection

I was unable to find a Paris St. Germain jersey in the US and was lucky enough to find UK Soccer Shop's website. They have a fantastic selection of jerseys, even going back a few years and great deals. My jersey arrived in the US in about 2 weeks...not bad and it was a lot cheaper than buying it in Euros when I was in Paris.

I will take advantage of one of their free shipping offers soon.

Always a great experience

I've ordered two jerseys from UK Soccer Shop - Portugal's national (Helder Postiga) and Barcelona's goalkeeper (Victor Valdes). Both arrived quickly and just how they were supposed to be. The quality of the jerseys is great; I play soccer often and both jersey still look very new. Also, the company constantly offers deals, discounts and specials which is a good way of attracting customers and keeping the existing ones coming back.

Uksoccershop is my first choice went it comes to football shirts. The choice (size, team, name and number), the quality (official products), the price, the offers (regular free shipping), the people (fast answer to any question) are just great and I recomand this company to any football fan who is looking for quality product at low price.

It's been four years since I know Uksoccershop and I've never had any problem regarding any of the 16 orders I made.

I'm sorry if my english isn't perfect, but I guess you understood what I was trying to say : Uksoccershop is the best !
