One of the items i ordered was in backorder. i ordered in november and still have received it...

And you cant e-mail them, which means that I will have to send them a letter...talk about bad service

Excellent service

I have purchased twice from them. In both cases, one piece (ordered two shirts in an order and 4 shirts in another one) of my package didn't arrive to my hands. First of all I thought I was scammed and sent them an e-mail asking for info. This guy, Simon, answered very kindly and offered another option to replace the shirt I didn't get with my first order and I got a money refund for the second one.
As I said, very nice service, but I think they should pay special attention to check their stock before offering what they offer. Would buy with them again, but only after asking them via e-mail if they really have what I want to buy.

Do Not Buy From This Incompetent Company

Do not be deceived by the 5 star ratings written by members with only ONE REVIEW on here. This company are unreliable, incompetent and ignorant. There is no helpline number to contact with any problems or queries. My delivery took 12 weeks to come and was a birthday present. Very embarrassing having to explain to my nephew that his gift hadn't arrived. The customer service is non existent - avoid like the plague!

Very pleased

I bought the new England football kit for my boyfriend's birthday. It was advertised as free shirt printing if pre-ordered so I took advantage of this promotion. The kit has now been received and he was delighted with the shirt and loved the personalisation option.

Happy

Was very pleased with my experience with UK Soccer Shop. The selection of products was fantastic and the most extensive I've seen online. I had a few problems ordering but these were ironed out after speaking to customer service team. Payment was made by paypal in the end. Delivery of the goods was on time and the items were of very good quality, so all in all it was a pleasant experience.

Absolutely slack - Just want your money!

I bought two Australian national jersey's with players names included for the same price as buying one without a name and number. When I finally received my jersey's, they were great quality and seemed genuine. It took me over two months to receive my items that should've only taken a one/two weeks - the game I wanted them for had long passed. I sent countless emails asking where my jerseys were as their trackers weren't telling me anything - it said they hadn't been sent yet. About 10 emails later with absolutely no progress I followed some other pissed of customers advice... I threatened them with getting the police involved. Funny how my jerseys actually got to me within the following week.

Fast international shipping

I have ordered from UKSoccershop before and the service has always been good, the only problem is I live in New Zealand and the delivery sometimes takes a while to get to me.

I raised this with customer services and a few weeks later they emailed me to say they had introduced a DHL delivery method and now delivery only takes 3 days!

Don't even think about it!!

These people are a disgrace, never dealt with an internet company as bad as these, nobody even comes close to these. I ordered a football jersey for £60. They insisted on making me wait for weeks and weeks for it to be delivered, insisting that it was sent. 2 months later, it still hadn't come and I demanded a refund. After weeks more chasing, they said they had processed the refund, but I had to wait for it to clear. Needless to say it never cleared and every email I sent afterwards resulted in zero response. When I tried to track down a contact, other than their email address, they are pretty much anonymous. You cannot contact them other than via email, where you speak to "[name]", unless he's taken your money and you want it back, in which case you won't be hearing from him ever again. I researched them on the internet, sadly after this happened... and found a lot of similar stories from people with the exact same problem, take a look for yourself. They are modern day scum, truly disgraceful con artists and I find it incredible that they are still in business.

I ended up going through my bank's clawback process, took a while but got everything back. The owner, [name], saw my review above and contacted me via private message, he left this email address: [email]. Turns out his name is [name] and he's on a popular social networking site if anyone would like to make friends with him. His local newspaper have known about him for a while by the look of things: [link]

Appalling customer service

I was sent the wrong sized item. I then contacted the company who happily sent me a returns form that clearly stated if they were at fault for sending the wrong item then they would be responsible for all postage. I included proof of postage with my returns item. I received a confirmation email stating that the company had received my return and that I would receive payment back into my account within 5-7days. TWO WEEKS later still no sign of payment. I contacted the company who then refunded the amount two days later! If 17 days for a refund wasn't bad enough, they then refused to refund my postage as they had checked their accounts and had sent me the correct item in the first place?!?!?!?!?! They are now ignoring my emails and never answer the telephone. I am now writing a formal complaint.

A Real Nightmare

I've bought a New Zealand away shirt in June 2010 which never came. They said that they didn't have a tracking code but they have now. I made an alternative order in 2011 but a guy called Biju always tell they are preparing the order. In Feb 2 2012, he told that my order was shipped. Since then i'm asking for the tracking code and they never answer. What they are hiding? Why they never give you an objective answer?
Save you money and patience. At leat, overseas service sucks!!!!!!!

Excellent personalised service

My Saturday football team wanted to buy a gift for our club president who, having played his 150th game for the club, was leaving for a new life in Los Angeles. Uksoccershop were able to help us by printing the player's name and the number 150 on the back of a home LA Galaxy shirt. Delivery was prompt despite us having left our plans to the last minute.

Great Product & Service

After searching the internet for days for a jersey for sons birthday, finally found UKscoccershop. We ordered two jerseys and they arrived in Australia about a week later. Shirts are fantastic and our son loves it. Hasn't taken it off yet!! Great communication. We knew every step of the process and delivery. Would purchase from them again. Thanks.

Rubbish

Ordered a vintage shirt and 9 weeks later we are still waiting for it. Their customer service is non existent, no contact phone number for queries and when I actually found a number after using Google it just rang and rang, they don't even have an answer machine which sent alarm bells ringing. Says registered address is in Scotland but wonder whether it is run from elsewhere in the world. Rubbish service, rubbish company. Wouldn't recommend

Totally Unacceptable

In December 2011, I placed an order from the US for six soccer jerseys. UkSoccershop's website claims that buyers have several options for obtaining information on order status, I tried every option several times and never received any response. A month after placing my order, I received four of the six jerseys by mail, but with no information on the other two jerseys. I tried several more times to find out when I might expect the rest of my order to be filled, including a handwritten letter of complaint and a telephone call to the company in Scotland. Again, I received no reponse. UKSoccershop charged my credit card for the full order; consequently, I have paid almost $200 for two jerseys I have never received. There is no excuse for this abysmal customer service. Shop somewhere else and save yourself some grief.

Great service, fast delivery

Service was great, however I went to log on my account and for some reason I no longer had one. Now I have no log of my purchase at the site I bought it but oh well what can you do!

Excellent Customer Service - Highly Recommended

Great products. Ordered £185 worth of Real Madrid tracksuits, polo shirts & rain jacket. Received a 10% discount and free delivery. Parcel arrived promptly & goods are excellent, saving large amounts against other retailers. Received a further £10 back for simply sending a photo of me in the tracksuit. Customer Service is excellent as is the price. Also have a discount voucher for my next order. Will use again & can't recommend enough.

A very good online shop

Ordered a MU sweatshirt from uksoccershop. I just looking for this sweatshirt for a long time. The delivery is cheap and on time. The sweatshirt is excellent. In fact , I find many shirts what I want on the shop. I believe I'll buy somethings from them again.

Super fast authentic shirts

I ordered a Schweinsteiger Germany NT Jersey and after it was printed it only took 4 days to get to my home in Australia and was in perfect condition. I also submitted a photo of the shirts afterwards and got a 10% refund! Great company with really good quality shirts!

Great kids shirts to NZ

Have ordered 3 shirts for kids now, all have been fabulous, and they have loved being able to get shirts personalised. Shirts got here to New Zealand much quicker than expected, website easy to use, only problem is deciding what to buy!!! Will be back again and again I'm sure

Great Selection

I was unable to find a Paris St. Germain jersey in the US and was lucky enough to find UK Soccer Shop's website. They have a fantastic selection of jerseys, even going back a few years and great deals. My jersey arrived in the US in about 2 weeks...not bad and it was a lot cheaper than buying it in Euros when I was in Paris.

I will take advantage of one of their free shipping offers soon.

Always a great experience

I've ordered two jerseys from UK Soccer Shop - Portugal's national (Helder Postiga) and Barcelona's goalkeeper (Victor Valdes). Both arrived quickly and just how they were supposed to be. The quality of the jerseys is great; I play soccer often and both jersey still look very new. Also, the company constantly offers deals, discounts and specials which is a good way of attracting customers and keeping the existing ones coming back.

Very Poor After Sales Service

Excellent !

Uksoccershop is my first choice went it comes to football shirts. The choice (size, team, name and number), the quality (official products), the price, the offers (regular free shipping), the people (fast answer to any question) are just great and I recomand this company to any football fan who is looking for quality product at low price.

It's been four years since I know Uksoccershop and I've never had any problem regarding any of the 16 orders I made.

I'm sorry if my english isn't perfect, but I guess you understood what I was trying to say : Uksoccershop is the best !

So horrid....

We had a terrible time with these people. Placed an order, paid for next day and then told it would take 10 days. When I asked why "Bijou" claimed thats what the website says, no good received though and had to raise a claim via paypal. When I wrote and complained I was laughed at and told to go to trading standards, they would tell me this was legal and they even offered a name and contact number. This was a present for my son's birthday and even when we raised a claim with paypal they failed to respond meaning we had to wait 14 days to get our money. Avoid at all costs, really horrid people.

Very good shop, very kind people

UKsoccershop represents a warranty of safety and satisfaction for the customer: I ordered some t-shirts, and if you have any problems they can answer your e-mail in few minutes. They have no problems in refunding you money if something's not ok : for example, the sleeve badge patch "serie a" didn't arrive at my home, so they refunded me the item immediately. Great kindness of people, lots of discounts every week and lots of promotions for users: make a photo with your shirt, and you'll have some money back. Fantastic!

Appalling

Purchased item on 28th December and paid extra for next day delivery. No goods, received offensive emails, thankfully paid for item by paypal and got refund but it took 3 weeks. Avoid this company like the plague, they claim to be a "BIG" office operation but looking at the address on google earth its just a terraced house in Scotland.

Good Customer Service

I bought a football shirt for my son and unfortunately, a week after I received a shipment notification it had not arrived. I contacted the customer service team who gave me a tracking number for the parcel but when I looked on royalmail.com no information was showing.

The person I was dealing with told me the parcel must have got lost in the postal system but they would send another shirt out the following morning. This time, the shirt was received the next day.

It was unfortunate the first shirt was lost but these things happen and I was very pleased with how the matter was resolved. 5 stars!

Buy at your risk

This outfit is a scam. They mislead you about the merchandise they have and then good luck getting your money back. They tell you they will pay for return shipping when they make a mistake and then you never hear from them. Before ordering from them try to find a phone number for them... good luck on that - it was the first sign of a scam... Now my bank account is smaller and my kid doesn't have the shirt he wanted... don't make the same mistake I made

Very BAD Customer SERVICE and SCAM DHL SHIPPING

I ordered 2 T shirts from THEM in end of NOV 11. It was mentioned at time of order both T shirts are Available ex-stock, my delivery option was DHL. after 1 week i received only 1 shirt and didn't get any note why the second shirt wasn't shipped!!. After hard tries and emails a rude support agent on chat said we are very busy with Holiday season orders and your other shirt is not stock. I waited until End of Jan and no news about it. They offered me a replacement which took more than 10 days to get ready. Then they shipped it by regular mail EVEN though i paid for DHL :( I tried to know why they didnt ship it as I paid for but no response from them and i dont know if i will even get that shirt. Total Scam and I really don't recommend to deal with them. If you are lucky and they have what you want they will ship. BUT IF NO STOCK or if you need customer support it is 0/5.
Don't Risk dealing with them many others are better and friendly.
No sign of my t-shirt until now! Since NOV 11

RIPPED OFF!

I ordered an Inter Milan Duvet Set for my son in October but when it arrived it was a single sheet. Via email I was told to return it and I would be refunded along with my return postage costs. After many weeks and emails I received a partial refund (with no explanation as to why it wasn't the full amount) When I question this (again via email as this company CANNOT be contacted by phone) I was told that things were a bit 'hectic' there (this was just before Christmas) but my query would be dealt with. Now they just refuse to return my emails. I would avoid this company like the plague and only wish I had looked at some of the review sites before I made any purchase from them!
