trampoline was great but order process needs delivery dates.
The trampoline was great ,but the delivery process was a bit trying. There is no way of saying when you are available in the ordering process and the first scheduled delivery failed to materialise apparently because part of the order was missing.

Great Service
I ordered the Iron Kickboxing Trainer and missed the cut off point for next day delivery by a few hours. But it arrived promptly the day after. Well packaged , un damaged easy to assemble. One problem with the product which is through no fault of UKSportImports is that the hole to fill the base is too small to fill easily with sand. Water still has the same effect though.

Order and delivery swift and easy,
Ordered table tennis table, no delivery costs and company emailed details of order at each stage. Text the evening before delivery giving a 3hour window of time and driver rang 10 mins before he arrived. Smashing!
Description of how to put together the product could have been more realistic, it said it should take 45mins and was nearer 5 hours but hey maybe that was our fault. In hindsight should have paid £49.99 to have it set up.
The table is fabulous, just what we needed at a good price.

Bounciful Business
I wanted a 14ft tramploline for my Sons 12th birthday but I didn't want one with a safety net. UK Sports had exactly that at a fab price so I gave them a go. The trampoline was perfect and delivered when promised, it was very well packaged and the delivery driver even gave me a courtesy call before he came.

Excellent service,quick delivery and good price
I ordered this item on the Sunday afternoon it was delivered first thing Tuesday morning. Although there were no instructions on how to set up it was easy. It was just how the website said. It is sturdy, not too heavy and looks good. I would recommend this company and I would use tem again.

Decent product and fast delivery but parts labelled up wrong
Bought an 8ft X 11ft oval extreme trampoline. Once I realised that the parts were labelled up wrong the trampoline went together easily although the instructions could be clearer with better pictures. It all seems very sturdy and good for both children and adults alike with a great bounce but need to be careful that the legs are at 90 degrees to the frame - perhaps a bolt through the top of the legs would be a really good addition to ensure this will always be the case ? Needed an oval trampoline for our small garden and only had it a few days so interested to see how it lasts but so far so good and would recommend it. Going to look for a skirt to fit an oval trampoline as this would be useful to stop the dog getting under it when the children's are using it.
The kids have been on the trampoline all bank holiday weekend and had a great time. The trampoline itself is fantastic and very solid with a great bounce but the net surround is not great and still have concerns about the legs being able to move. The net surround is tied in lots of places at the bottom but at the top there is just one tie to the top of the poles to the plastic cover that are not bolted together and there is a lot of give in it. Hope it lasts and will provide suitable protection to my 9 and 5 year old over time.

Great value, great service. fast and efficient
Found the trolley I was looking for, ordered it, paid for it and it arrived almost before I had clicked 'submit order'.
Great value trolley.
I have ordered before and the service was great then as it is now. Also had a problem with the connectors on my previous trolley which was resolved straight away without hassle and the parts I needed arrived as ordered within two days. Brilliant.

brought a cross trainer online fast delivery service , nice compact size and came with clear instructions to assemble it is a great item with a calorie counter a distance and pulse checker and a radio and earphones to keep you entertain while you workout

Wrong connections
Its all very well showing on the web pictures of a 12 volt 22 amp battery with spade terminals so why did UK Sport Imports send me a battery with "drill and tap" connections? So okay I'm able to make modifications to the cable terminals but it really should not be necessary. Don't tell me to send the wrong item back - what a hassle.

I am looking into this now with our warehouse to understand why you were supplied a battery with a different type of terminals to that described on the website. I will update this reply with further details once I have them.
Update: We actually have a number of different types of battery in the warehouse on which terminal types do vary slightly - we've updated the description on the product to clarify that batteries may be supplied with different terminals to those pictured.

Stylish Hillman Golf Trolley from an importer that provides quick service
After speaking to a number of fellow golfers, I was directed to the UK Sport Imports.Com website. I had seen a Hillman trolly being used on our local course and I was taken by what I saw.
The hillman looks good and appears after one use to be able to cope with the not too steep hills on our course. The controls are easy to use and so far I am happy with my purchase which was very competively priced.
UK Sport Importers have a good layout on their website which makes selecting a product very straightforward. I had no problem with the purchasing procedure and i was impressed by the simple delivery instructions which were confirmed quickly via the courior.
What I would like to see some guidance on where and how golf trollies could be repaired should there be a problem with it in the future.
Overall I am satisfied with the purchase, delivery and price.

Excellent value for money and great delivery/customer services.
This pool table is well constructed and very well priced. Also comes with balls,cues, brush and chalk so once levelled up you can start playing pretty much straight away. Bought it for my 16 year old son. Only a small amount of assembly required. Delivery was great too with confirmation email, telephone call night before and telephone call when on route to ensure that the least inconvenience is caused to you - now that was impressive. Fairly heavy so if taking up stairs will need two people and for the final part of the assembly (lifting onto legs) and levelling.

Frustrated... But nice produce
Good points. Easy to build, looks great, feels safe.
Bad.
Instruction very poor, our enclosure was the one we wanted but the instructions in the box were for a different enclosure which mis lead us to build with the connection "t" s installed the wrong way round, this only becomes clear when you try and fit the spring cover, so had to dismantle back to the beginning and rebuild.
Good... Raise query on line (it was 9pm) got reply in the morning, very polite man was helpful but confirmed our fears. Made him aware of our experience.

great advice, right product, excellent service.
My wife and I wanted a motorised treadmill and after looking at several reviews nailed it to a couple of choices. The customer assistant at UKSportImports was great when we visited the showroom. The products were out on show and we were taken through the various differences with no hard sell and allowed to try. Once purchased we received a thank you email with delivery instructions. The delivery was swift and efficient. We were called the night before to say what time and the product was delivered almost to the second. Highly recommended.

good looking product, some difficulty fitting
This is a good looking netting. I especially like the way the net sits inside the poles and springs so there is less chance of injury. However we found the fit around the middle and bottom difficult. Even with tying middle strings as loose as poss it is still impossible to do up the middle toggle of the door.

Very polite and helpful.
Trampoline excellent. One washer missing though! This is going to be a lot of fun for the whole family. Quite easy to put together. We would say that £60 for 2 man delivery quite steep - glad we opted for the free delivery as items weren't very heavy anyway. I would definitely recommend this company as they have been helpful in all communications.

up and down
bought the kids a new trampoline as the old one had had its day.
got the 14ft octagonal one, great bit of kit, looks well made.
the instructions weren't the best, but then again nobody ever reads them anyway :)
kids had good bounce on it last night and it handle both of them easily , the old one was starting to creak a bit.
really pleased so far, took about 30 mins to knock together, even with the 9 year old helping!

Product As described, Very Well Built & Fast Delivery
Very Impressed with my Spin Bike, was orginally a little weary at how good the product would be as it was at a very affordable good price, i was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and well built the product was. Prompt Service - continuous email updates and excellent delivery - Brilliant
I was recommended to this company by my Mum and she will not be messed around. Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the problems you have had with your order.
On the shipping and returns section of the website it states that items over 35kg are usually dispatched with our own drivers or a third party delivery service and you would be contacted via email with a delivery date within 1-7 working days of your order. I can see that you ordered a 8ft pool table on 12th April 2013 weighing 165kg. You were then emailed on 18th April confirming that your order had been dispatched with one of our drivers and the delivery would take place on 23rd April 2013 in line with the shipping conditions.
