speedy delivery, friendly and very helpful, no fuss transaction.
I would recommend UK tool Centre to any one requiring tools, they are very helpful, their prices are very competitive.
Communication via emails was very good and kept me informed of the delivery date, which was on time. The item that I bought was undamaged and well packed.

Excellent service and fast delivery & great selection of tools etc
Due to me doing voluntary maintenance work for Welsh Heritage i was needing a large tool box to carry all the different tools i need when visiting a property. Decided on the Facom T20PB soft tote bag, What an excellent piece of kit, just take one bag instead of two tool boxes plus the advantage of having a shoulder strap so i can carry my drill in one hand and still have one hand free to munch on a pie whilst walking to my work. This tote has a cover which if not being used can zip out of the way under the tote. I would RECOMMEND this tote to anyone also deal with UK Tool centre as they have the best price and great selection of tools etc.

No hassle
I found uk tool centre to be the most competitive place for the Stanley fat max backpack. Very easy transaction item was delivered promptly I would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone needing to purchase tools etc

Avoid if you don't wany to be disappointed
Saw the website on google and because I needed the decking stain by that weekend I decided not to chance ordering online but to telephone them direct and order it that way. After specifically asking the person at Uk Tools if they could deliver by the weekend and him replying yes not a problem, I proceeded to place my order. At 6:10 Friday afternoon realizing it wasn't going to be delivered I telephoned them and left a message and my number explaining what had happened but got no reply/apology for them letting me down. I will definitely not be using them again.

9 times out of 10 liquid orders are delivered within 2 working days, unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances our dispatch team were short staffed on Thursday and this put some of the orders back a day, therefore delivery being a day late, and our carriers do not offer us a weekend delivery service.
We can only apologize for not advising you of this delay.
