Superb contact facilities…
The UK visa and immigration network were very easy to contact as I could get them by phone, request a call back or even chat-live on their website. I really enjoyed being able to get in contact with my caseworker in so many different ways. Having just one person to contact made everything so simple and I would happily use the service again.

Fast, Efficient Service and Friendly Staff
I was amazed at how friendly the staff were with me in regards to my visa. I had difficulty in understanding the process but the staff spent the time to explain my process from start to finish.
I was surprised as to how quick the process was and also it was great value for money.
I would definitely recommend UK Visa to all my friends and family.

100% proper service
I would just like to say that these company were very good for my visa case. Before I made payment I asked if I could come to office in London to make sure they were real firm and I sure went. They have a proper office with different departments – all staff in passing was very friendly and smiled when they passed and professional dressed. I spoke to customer liaison lady and she told me which visa was good for me to apply she was good and know what she was talking of. She made me feel trusting and I could rely on them. I payed the fee which was a fixed fee this was good for me because I didn’t want to have to keep paying for hours of their time. Everything was done in formal manner which made me feel secure. Within one hour I had call from head of immigration he spoke about all of the process of my case and told me all of steps. He then assigned my case on to a team so I had four professional deal with my case so I know I was in good hands. They were brilliant. They told me all paperwork and proof I needed to send in so they could begin work on my case. I managed to send all on 3 days. They called me day later to go through my application they are very thorough and good at their job. They helped me great deal because my English is not very well so they really helped and showed my patient. They were able to spoke to me in urdu – this was much easier for me. They sent my application to home office and say they will contact me – I received my visa approval I was very happy for this. i call them to say thank you and they were genuinely pleased for me. I also sent card from me and my family and they even call me to say thank you. What excellent lovely people. I would recommend to all people with visa needed or issue.
