This company saved me time and money in getting my Visa.
I found out about UK visa and immigration when they did a direct mail campaign and I got an e-mail from them. It just so happened to be at a time when I was in need of a business visit visa to come and sign some contracts in the UK.
As a businessman I am always conscious of costs, so finding a service that would take care of the entire visa application process for me, at a fixed price, I must say I was delighted. The whole experience was completely hassle free and very cost effective.

I needed a Visa to come and work in the UK, I found out about UK visa and immigration after coming onto their Facebook page and being directed to the website. All I had to do was complete a form online to find out if I was eligible. I was contacted by an Immigration Specialist and they told me about the process in great detail. I didn’t really need to do much, other than post my documents, as they took care of everything for me. It was a very straightforward service and they got me the Visa that I needed and even gave me a courtesy call to let me know the outcome, so I wasn’t just sat there in limbo.

A great effort and a big thank you to the team and in particular my Immigration Specialist.
I used UK visa and immigration services simply because I was lazy. I wanted someone to do the hard work for me as I could not be bothered to do the paperwork. When I spoke to them they said they would do everything for me, including the paperwork. UK Visa and Immigration services had a number of client features that made the experience of using their service absolutely awesome. Exceptional value for money
UK Visa and Immigration charged me one-fixed price for using a UK Immigration Specialist from their network. Every other service I had tried to use wanted to charge me by the hour and I simply could not afford to do that. For the service that I got, it was really good value for money.
My Immigration Specialist was incredibly helpful and clearly understood what they were doing. They completed all the paperwork on my behalf and organised all the documents that I would need. I actually called the company to test their 10 second response rate claim that they made on their website and I said to myself that I wouldn’t use them if they didn’t pick up the phone. They actually answered in about 7 seconds and I was greeted by a very polite person. I told them what I needed and they were able to provide fantastic guidance for me to get my UK visa. I sent all the necessary documents to them and they took care of filling out all the paperwork and finding me an Immigration Specialist from their network that could deal with my case.

Simple procedures
Finding out if I was eligible for a UK Visa was really easy as all I had to do was complete a simple online form and I got an answer there and then. Great Caseworker.

I had a really great caseworker and they got my Visa really quickly.
I made use of the request a call back feature as I was at work and needed to apply for a Visit Visa urgently. This is perhaps one of the most efficient companies I’ve ever come across
I was going through a complex case in trying to secure UK Citizenship; well it was complex until I came across this service. I didn’t expect such great online service from a legal service
Although these folks are a legal firm, they operate with the efficiency of a really good website business. I didn’t need to have to meet them face-to-face as I was able to complete much of the process online. I spoke to an Immigration expert via the live-web-chat, sent my documents through the post and paid via telephone. Much of the info I needed about my Visa was online and they offered a number of ways for me to get in touch. The process could be quicker if they had an online payment system or a better way to send documents, however, I enjoyed being able to do everything from home and the office. My Immigration expert was always on hand to help me if I had any questions so I never felt alienated and left to sort stuff out myself.

I must admit that I really enjoyed my experience with this uk visa and immigration as the one-to-one interaction I had with my caseworker was really helpful. The cost was absolutely fantastic...
Having sought helped from a number of independent solicitors and other immigration service providers; I was put off by the idea of uncapped fees and hourly rates. Luckily I discovered this service by chance and they had a five star rating displayed on the Google search engine so I visited the website. Applying for my visa from outside the uk was made simple.
I thought that applying for my uk visit visa from outside of the country would create a whole host of problems, but because I could do everything pretty much online and via telephone it was almost as if I had been to the Embassy to get my application sorted. From the comfort of my own home in Brazil, I could complete a form, which was free; to find out if I was eligible for the visa I was applying for. I could contact them using a live-web-chat gizmo, which saved me money on phone calls. The only sticking point was documents, which I had to send by fax. When I called UK visa and immigration, I had just three days to get my visa extension sorted. I was so worried that I was going to be forced to leave and I didn’t know where to turn. I’m no longer an Illegal Immigrant in the UK
This company got my visa for me even though I had very little information on me about myself. I had come to Britain illegally in a truck and I had travelled for days. When I first got here I was with so many people and most of us got arrested and sent to a holding facility because we did not have any papers. I found out about this service whilst being held in this facility and I was able to share about it with a lot of the people I was with. For my case they took care of everything, but to be honest, at first, I was expecting to be sent back to where I had come from because I couldn’t give my Caseworker a lot of the things they asked for. Yet they did not seem to worry, it’s like they’d heard it all before.
They completed all my paperwork for me with everything that they could and gave them everything I could to help with my matter. I just didn’t want to stay in the detention place, it was awful. Although it took about 8 weeks to sort out my case, I eventually had the right visa to be allowed to stay in the UK lawfully. I was so so happy.

As I was applying for a Visa from Thailand I thought there would be a whole host of problems in using an immigration service rather than going straight to the Embassy. It wasn’t hard for me to discover why so many people recommended this company to me. They helped me with my UK immigration case from start to finish. They gave me much needed guidance and assistance when it came to completing the Visa application form. I often hear the phrase “we’ll call you back” on a regular basis and then never hear from anyone. However, UK visa and immigration did call me back at the time I requested after I used their request a call back feature. They got my visa rejection overturned on appeal…
I had tried using a High Street Solicitor to help me with my UK immigration case, but it appeared that he did not know much about UK Immigration Law. By using him my visa was refused and he had made so many mistakes on my application form. The whole experience had cost me so much time and money. They reacted well to changes in UK immigration law
Whilst applying for my visa, UK Immigration changed a number of the rules for my visa type. I logged onto their website to find that they had already updated the details on their site to inform their clients of the changes. Even though I was applying for my UK dependency visa from outside of the UK, this service maintained contact with me throughout my entire case. I was delighted with the service
Although I’d paid a one-fee to apply for my Visa using this service, I must be honest and say that I was expecting it to change as I rarely trusted such companies. I’d only used them because I was struggling to apply for my Visa on my own and a family member had told me about them. So I was delighted when my case was completed that there were no further charges. I paid what I paid and that was that. I thought it was incredibly helpful to have fixed fee pricing policy as it meant I didn’t have to budget for hourly rates, I could set one amount of money aside and paid what I owed. It was a little frustrating that I couldn’t pay online and that I had to pay via phone, but for the standard of service I received this was a very minor irritation. I thank the family member who recommended them and I thank the company for gaining my trust because I’ll certainly use them again.
