very good product
purchased this item to add more oxygen to medium size pond works very well in bright sun.also works in light sun/light cloud.slight noise from pump. would be good for very small nature pond on its own but you still need another pump/filter for bigger ponds. nice to know that it doesnt cost anything to run.

it was not worth the money
your picture of the lillie fountian looked great on your site but it as been a big disapointment we will not be uesing your site agian ihave put it in the pond so i cannot return it i surpose. it is not value for the money

I purchased a Smart Solar pond oxygenator which is working well - and will work on a bright cloudy day and not just in sunny weather.
I ordered the oxygenator on one day and it was delivered the next. An excellent service from UK Water Features and an excellent product- worth paying a little bit extra. I can thoroughly recommend. both UK Water Features and the Smart oxygenator.

Great selection, amazing delivery process
I used this company to buy a stainless steel garden ornament (stainless steel = 11th wedding anniversary gift!) and was very impressed. Great selection of products at competitive prices. Best thing about it was the delivery process; e-mails to keep me in touch, a 1 hour delivery slot with the delivery driver turning up 1 minute in to the 1 hour slot. You can't get any better than that!

i purchased a new water pump for my fountain.i found them on the internet, it was the exact pump i wanted. no. i know the fountain is not working the pump is still on the table in the conservatory, its going in this weekend, fingers crossed all is well, and we will soon hear the sound of running water.

next day delivery of a great little product
Solar fountains have come on a lot. The panels are better designed; smaller and more efficient. It I had one suggestion / criticism it woud be that the lead to the panel could be one ( 1 ) metre longer ( thus allowing gerater felxibility in placing the feature ). But , having said that ; great value and very efficient dispatch from the supplier.

Good service, pity about the pallet.
Having checked out several sources for the garden arbour I was looking for, I finally chose UK WF as their price was right and the reviews were positive. Goods arrived in good time and intact. However, WHY does the customer have to dispose of the pallet that the arbour was delivered on? The delivery driver would not take it back with him. A annoying inconvenience.

Good price, good service, good aftercare.
I ordered a small water feature which was £40 cheaper than the same model I had seen in local garden centres.
It arrived the following day, very well packaged. I was able to track the delivery online as well which was most helpful.
When I had a slight problem connecting all the wiring I called in and was able to speak to someone who talked me through the connections without patronising me because I am a middle-aged biddy!
Well sone UK Water Features, I will use you again without hesitation.

Terrible
I ordered 3 ornamental stainless steel spheres for a customer as I'm a landscaper. The 50cm sphere sent out was a water feature, then the replacement had a huge (6" plus) dent in it, with a smaller dent the opposite side. The replacement for that didn't get sent out so over a week later I'm still waiting to get paid! These spheres have no padding in the box to protect them, also they are described as having a hole in them but they don't.

Initially due to a picking error the wrong item was sent, the replacement sent arrived damaged, this seems to be courier damage en-route to yourself. Due to the volume of orders we are currently processing the replacement was delayed slightly but have tracked the item and it is out for delivery today. Very satisfied with the product
When I knew I wanted to buy the product, I decided to collect it myself to save delivery costs, as I was passing going up to Leeds.
However, when I went to the address on the website, I found a note on the door stating they had 'moved up the road'
Very dissapointed at this I went on my way because my Sat Nav couldnt find the new address.
However, now I have received the product, im very satisfied. Shame about paying for delivery though.
