Ordered a bearing kit for Whirlpool washing machine - there was a difficulty finding the right size = the company sent me a a return of post sticker so they could match the originals. 2 day turnaround and v good communication throughout. Definitely impressed.

Impeccable service and prices
What a fantastic online shop, the website is packed full of advice and I received my order at home less than 24 hours after placing it. The parts cost me less than half the price for exactly the same items than I was quoted from the place I bought my fridge.

Fantastic Service
I ordered at 1:50pm, twenty minutes later I recieved an email that my order had been dispatched. I recieved my well packaged order the next day 8am on the 23rd of Dec.

Fast with EXCELLENT customer service
I AM IMPRESSED. This sums up my view of their customer service and speed of delivery. Ordered Sunday night and received Tuesday.
There was a problem with the item being slightly damaged. So I emailed them at 2007hours and they responded at 2233 hours sorting out the issue straight away! This is a stunning level of service.
I never write reviews. For these guys, I have to. Best service I've received online so far :)
The website was good too, which is why I bought from them in the first place.
