A month later - lots of excuses, no cooker and 30 day wait for my money

I have never had such a negative experience whilst shopping online. I purchased a hotpoint built under cooker on 6th November 2011. The company told me their van had broken down and it couldn't be delivered. When it still didn't arrive them told me they had mistakenly sold it to someone else. After emails and phone calls (they did not reply to some emails or 'phone calls despite their promises) I was promised a delivery on either 8th or 9th December - still no cooker. I have now been told it will take up to 30 days to refund my money. Over two months after paying for an item I never received I am hoping my money will be returned. Totally unacceptable.
