*WARNING* BUYER BEWARE! Still waiting for a refund (4 months later!....)
Placed an order for a new dishwasher in January and then cancelled after a few days. Whilst waiting for our new dishwasher, we discovered a simple fault with our old one and were able to repair it. Despite cancelling in writing and telephoning to confirm that the cancellation had been received, we have still not got a refund! I have contacted UA on many occasions and have been told "your request is with the cancellations team". However, they appear to be blatantly ignoring their 30 day contractual obligation to provide a refund. It seems like there are many other people on Trustpilot with similar stories to tell of their experience with UA. Come on Ultimate Appliances, you can do better than this! Can't you?
