Never received my DVD box, no email replies

Ordered my DVD box before Christmas, Never got my package and the company dont answer my emails. They sent out a email sometime ago explaining they had delivering difficulties due to the holiday season. I answered their email but again no answer. Worst customer service i have ever experienced.
