Thanks for your feedback. It is common when we get consoles that have had their warranty seals broken, that they have had previous repair attempts. This makes a successful repair much less likely and so we have to make a charge of £15 if the repair fails. This is clearly explained before any charges are incurred and there is no charge if customers do not wish to proceed. Regarding feedback, we may give an incentive for customers who have had a positive experience to leave reviews. We would not ask customers to change their reviews though and so any comments here are genuine experiences of our customers.

Despite our best efforts and numerous repair attempts, we were unable to fix this console. The initial damage to the motherboard was too severe and we had to try a repair a few times and then get quotes for a replacement board that took us longer than we hoped. If our communication during this process was not good enough, then we offer our sincere apologies for this and have reviewed our procedures in this regard.

We had this in for repair a few times, however there were multiple problems with this unit and there were different symptoms each time it came into us which were not related to the first repair. It is unfortunate that the customers frustration with their Zen breaking down a few times was blamed on our service, as we take pride in what we offer.

We have 3 phone lines and there is no reason why a phone would have not been answered if a few attempts were made to contact. As this was in 2009, I can not remember the details of this case, however we should point out that good customer service is important to us.
