I dropped my I-Phone and my screen smashed. Having checked a few other companies I found Simon's price competitive and he fixed my phone and got it back to me within record time. Would recommend this company as very efficient and good service.
I recently used Undercutter when my laptop broke down when (isn't it always the case) I desperately needed it for work. Having gone to Undercutter in a complete panic, I left with the critical data recovered from my laptop, my laptop sent off for repair, and a rented laptop fully loaded with all the programs I needed to see me through so that I could carry on working. A great service at a competitive price - I'd highly recommend.
When my hard drive was knocked and stopped working, I faced a nightmare scenario. The data on it was simply irreplaceable and had taken several years to compile. In despair, I contacted a number of companies, from large concerns to sole traders, in the hope that they might be able to help. It soon became apparent that either they couldn’t, or were only interested in helping themselves – quoting frightening charges, with no guarantee of success. Then, I got lucky – I called Undercutters.
Simon made me no promises. I think that’s really important and I was realistic about the prospects of success. Nevertheless, he offered to investigate the problem at a very reasonable rate and promised to report back with his findings within 48 hours. Not only was Simon good to his word, but he came back to me with the news that a fix might be possible. Again, my expectations were managed, but I had already gained more confidence in the service than I could find in three days of searching the length and breadth of the capital.
I was absolutely delighted when Simon called me to tell me that my precious hard drive had been fixed. It is impossible to quantify the relief, but I can only say that in future, I will definitely look no further than Undercutters for any technical advice – and I own several consoles and other gadgets, which I would trust them implicitly to assist with – although I’m hoping the need doesn’t arise!! Top, top service, at very reasonable rates. Thank you.
I was very hesitant at first to use their service to upgrade my ps3 hardrive from 60gb to 250gb. Nevertheless i did some research from a few friends who said they were very happy with their experiences. Fitted very swiftly and the communication was great is you would understand i was slightly scared and was always on there case ! Trustworthy service !
I've always received prompt and excellent service from Undercutter each time. On one occasion Simon delivered a large order for a very important client of mine - everything went smoothly, the delivery was on time and the product was first class. Great to deal with and I would definitely recommend Undercutter.
I Ordered an Xbox 360 disc drive replacement I was told my xbox had been opened so would incur an additional charge I told them it hadnt as I had owned the console since it was new. It then took the company 2 weeks to get my console back to be. I then got an email offering to buy my positive feedback for this website! I guess I wont be geting that as the email clearly offers £3 paypal for positive feedback! It just seemed like they didnt care!
I have dealt with Undercutter on two occasions, both to repair my son's PS3. The first time Simon repaired it and the second time it was irrepairable, but they offered me a very good deal on a new machine. They were courteous, replied to my emails and phone calls and above all I found them very professional.
I have no complaints as they were very up front with the information and I was also offered a good deal on the repair of my sons PS3.I have no hesitation in recommending them and would be quite happy to use them again should the need arise.
I took my sons PS3 in for repair and it was repaired on 2 seperate occasions although both times no promises were made as to how long the machine would last as it was very poorly.
I have no complaints as they were very up front with this information and I was also offered a good deal on a replacement PS3.

Been Using Undercutter for years, had my xbox's repaired every time, always there to ask questions and do there best to help. Reply to emails and keep me upto date with progress, Fixing another one of my xboxs at present.

I sent my PSP in Sept 2010 to Undercutter to be repaired and paid upfront. They first said it was motherboard issue then said they didn't have a motherboard available. They said they could keep the PSP and refund my money or they could return it. I asked for it to be returned. 5 months later and there is no sign of my PSP or refund. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. Fagan had nothing on these guys.
I suspect the positive ratings here have been left by Undercutter.
I have never before encountered such bad service as when I asked Undercutter to repair my PS3. It has taken 3 times longer than the 5 to 7 working days quoted by Simon, making excuses, with no communication unless I called them!!. Undercutter seemed to have a don't care attitude. I would seriously recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Never in my life have I dealt with such a bunch of cowboys. They are unable to repair anything. Never answer the phone and never reply to emails. My Zen has been "repaired" 4 times now and is still broken. They are now refusing to give me a refund. Utter shambles. How this company is still in business is beyond me. Avoid at all costs. You goods will not be repaired, nor will they offer you any sort of basic service let alone a good one. I repeat, avoid at all costs
I left my XBOX 360 with Simon to repair 3 red lights and never heard from him for 4 months. never replied to phone calls or emails.
I strongly advise nobody should ever use this company! EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE !!!
