The man I spoke to was very nice, patient, caring and did not rush me to explain my incident. He allowed me to take my time to describe what happened and I was very grateful the experience from the call was very positive and in the terms it was handled.

I had already spoken to one company about my claim but they seemed distant and didn't care, but when I rang NAH they were fantastic. They explained everything and made me feel at ease. no joke. they were great. She let me ask questions and wasn't pushy at all. I was very confused about all the legal matters after my car crash but now I feel much better :)
I was very nervous about talking to someone about my slip at work, I have scarring on my arm because of it. So I phoned National Accident Helpline, they were fantastic and the lady who took on my case, explained thoroughly what the process was, how it is paid for. They then put me in touch with a firm of solicitors who are professional, patient and very helpful.
After making contact and arranging a call back I was sent an email and text message saying the company had been tryign to contact me, before the arranged date and time, and had not been able to get me, but I had had no missed calls or messages from them. I then heard nothing at the arranged time which is a bit annoying as I stayed in especially to wait for the call.
Can highly recommend National Helpline on my first point of call very much on the ball, all details taken very swiftly and call back as promised the following day.
Very good pace and call detail
1) Had to repeat my details and case notes with each person I spoke with
2) Transferred to solicitor
again had to give all details, and case notes
3) They gave me email address to send my pics etc and said expect call same day
4) I asked for confirmation email to state safe receipt - none received
5) Called solicitor no reply from dept
6) Called to get another email address, received another email address
7) sent email again
8) called again today and told email received and told I will get call in future
So expectation of a call same day was badly managed and now I wait to see if they will support my case You have many calls but you should manage callers expectations as now I may seek another firm if no call arises
very helpful , very quick to establish the facts needed to be able to proceed and very patient. It was the first time I have ever done anything like this and I was left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.
When I rang I was very emotional having had an accident and surgery in the previous 2 weeks. The staff were kind, compassionate and the process was simple . They kept me fully informed and always rang back when they said they would , I had never contacted any organisation like this before and the whole accident and implications were all very new to me, the staff were very reassuring.
After putting off calling a few times I eventually plucked up courage and gave them a call. As soon as my call was answered I was left wondering what I was worried about. The person who answered put me at ease straight away. They were so easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.
If you are thinking of giving them a call then just do it and you will end up feeling the same I'm
i have been forwarded to a firm of solicitors who will not take the case as in my oppinion my claim is with a firm which is too big unlike the adverts shown on tv
Was advised I had a case and a specialist solicitor will call me back within 24 hours, 3 days later still waiting!
