I ordered crackers on the 11th of December. 2013. It is now January 14/01/13.
They still have not arrived.
I have repeatedly phoned and emailed this company. They do not answer my emails, whether sent directly to their sales address or by using their "feedback form" on the website.
When I ring them, if I get an answer at all, they keep telling me someone will call me back and no-one ever does.
I have now had to resort to requesting that my credit card provider reverse the transaction since this company has taken my money, not provided the product and refuses point blank to discuss the situation.
Avoid at all costs and find a reputable company to deal with.
I ordered the Delicatessan Crackers as advertised in a magazine. I thought these would be a wonderful addition to my Christmas table for my family of foodies.
They arrived promptly but I was soon dissapointed.
1. The outer packaging, image & contents description of the box was incorrect.
2. The crackers themselves as images of gardening impliments.
I called to complain. The gentleman on the phone asked me to open one of the crackers to check the gift inside. The gift was food related and therefore assured me that despite the packaging the contents would be correct.
I was again dissapointed on Christmas Day when we opened the crackers. The tips were all Gardening related and the gifts were food related apart from one random pair or Snowman hooped earrings.
I wouldn't purchase these crackers again and would discourage others from buying these.
We really enjoyed the musical crackers at Christmas. It was great fun to have a novelty item which brought laughter all round as we tried to master the tunes suggested
