No customer service, no clear indication on how to return

The goods arrived in acceptable state. The item was too small so I wanted to exchange it, however, there was no return slip nor any indication on how and where to return it. I sent an email to their website for an advice but no reply came since then. As my 14-days period of returning was shortening quickly I feel being ignored intentionally.

Nice

I ordered a pair of GANT flip flops and they arrived very quickly, even though i live overseas. The price was reasonable as well. Overall nice experience. The only minus was that the flip flops didn't come in a box which resulted in them having some marks.
