International mailing a breeze!
I live in Australia and fell in love with a beautiful 100% Lambs Wool blanket on the Urbanara website. You'd think it would be easy for me to purchase a woolen blanket in Australia but I found it surprisingly difficult to find affordable, woolen blankets that were not a wool blend.
At first I thought Urbanara didn't ship internationally but after enquiring was assisted by several staff members through the international ordering and postal process.
I received my blanket promptly with a hand written note (!!) from the lovely staff member Charlotte who I had been corresponding with.
I will definitely purchase from Urbanara again!

What a brilliant find!
Spent ages on line and on foot around the local shops looking for a new bedspread. Wasn't sure what I wanted but knew what I didn't want! Stumbled on Urbana and liked the look of their products so took the plunge and ordered a cotton quilted bedspread. It arrived 4 days later and is just Perfect!! Fantastic quality at a really competative price. Will certainly use them again

First class service
I ordered a beautiful bedspread, unfortunately I was informed there would be a a 5-6 week delay in delivery. This was OK with me, but then I realised I would be at my Spanish property (not UK) at that time. No problem at all, when I telephoned the lady I spoke to immediately agreed to arrange delivery to Spain with no extra charge.
Bedspread arrived as expected and I love it.
Would recommend this company, they have some beautiful items for your home.

Huge, warm, beautiful material and craftsmanship.
I live in a flat that is described by visitors as "frozen". It's not something I tend to notice (one advantage of growing up with a father who would set the central heating by calendar dates regardless of how cold the house became) but my girlfriend is a naturally cold person (physiologically speaking) and finds it to be near unbearable.
The Urbanara blanket was purchased in a bid to allow her some semblance of warmth and comfort. It has fulfilled that purpose admirably and she sits happily wrapped up in the enormous, warm and lovely to touch blanket. Definitely worth the money, nothing else manages to match the promise or reality of their products.

lovely grey throw
Very attractive good quality throw. Just what I was looking for. Only quibble is that delivery was a bit slow compared to other companies these days, but well worth the wait.

Very happy with your service, would recommend.
I had a few questions to ask before placing my order over the phone. The staff could not have been more helpful and explained that if I was not happy I could return the goods free of charge. However I am really pleased with my order. I am impressed with the quality of the goods. They were also very well packed and arrived very quickly.

no customer service
Tracking my parcel I found out that they needed my street (again?) - but in looking carefully depite me putting the correct post code into the order it had not been correctly transferred to the delivery team. Called the delivery team - automated so could not correct there. Called Urbanara - inside office hours the phone went through to an automaed service in Germany.! no help whatsoever.

Fantastic quality and excellent value - Highly Recommended!
We have an extra long single bed for our little boy (90x200) and sheets that fit are extremely hard to find. However, Urbanara have a great range with a choice of mattress depths to suit, which is a god send for the extra deep mattress. Although we ordered the cheapest option the sheets that arrived were of fantastic quality, very thick and well made, and they fitted perfectly. In addition, they are extremely good value when compared with similar sheets of the same size from other suppliers. We also ordered a quilt for his bed and again it was great quality and very well made. It has come in very useful over the past week while our boiler has been broken!
Our order arrived very quickly and well packaged and the service has been first class. I will be recommending Urbanara to all my friends and will definitely use them again in the future. Many thanks!

I was thrilled with the Merino wool throw I received. It was delivered within 36 hours - a better service could not be expected. As for the product the colours blend so well and it suits any decor at home. The weight is perfect, light and smooth to the touch. You have one very happy customer who is looking forward to you expanding the colour schemes for future purchases? I shall and have recommended you to my friends.

The Urbanara website gives the customer credit for being able to make their own judgements
We are new customers for Urbanara, having stumbled on their website when searching the internet for a particular product. The website is user friendly and featured the product we were seeking. Product details were clear and prices competitive without the need for 99p's! Contact with Urbanara was easy via the website and their responses helpful and friendly. I have no doubt that we shall use them again.

No matter how much you shop on line you always have a concern that the product may not be quite right when you get it delivered. Not in this case!
Right colour - as in the photo on line. Excellent quality. Great value for money. Service and delivery spot on.

The packaging is impressive, chic and easy to open, befitting the contents. Arrived a little later than a last minute panic would encompass, in this case it didn't matter. The bed linens were beautiful, the table runner distinctive. Pretty good all round!

Good service, nice product
I ordered a luxury blanket / throw which arrived promptly and was easy to track en route. It's lovely quality, soft and light, but a slightly more muted colour than appears on the website. That's fine though, I actually prefer the way it is in real life. I had to contact customer services after placing the order and they were very helpful and efficient.

A company that cares about their customers
I ordered an item as a Christmas present just in time to have it delivered for Christmas, but was not notified that the item was out of stock until it was much too late for Christmas. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Urbanara, however, have gone above and beyond to make the situation right and to apologize. They have issued a part refund for the inconvenience and dispatched an alternative item to me right after Christmas as requested by me. In the meantime, the original item came back into stock and they have also sent it to me allowing me to keep both items out of courtesy. They clearly care about customer service and I will shop with them again without hesitation. And lastly, their products are a thing of beauty!

Delighted
I ordered a white cotton quilted bedspread which I thought was very reasonably priced, and had an extra £10 off as a first time buyer. Considering it came from Germany, it arrived promptly and well packaged. The carrier company they used had a great tracking system, so I could follow its progress through Germany, Belgium and the UK. Would definitely use this site again. In fact I have my eye on an alpaca throw which I will need to save up for but which I can't find cheaper anywhere else. Good value.

exellent quality and service
The blanket/throw I bought from them was lovely it had taken a while to find anything resembling what I wanted at an affordable price, you wouldn’t believe how hard it is to find a decent, attractive blanket at a good price! Their online catalogue was easy to use and full of other things I would love. The check out system was easy to and my blanket arrived in good time. I was really pleased with the whole process.

Lovely white bedspread.
I love the embroidered bedspread I just bought from Urbanara. It is even prettier than on the website as it has scalloped edges. A very good buy! It also comes in a handy clear plastic zip bag.

excellent service, helpful and knowledgable staff
Good quality throws what u see is what you get.
It is also helpful they have good descriptions including weight and composition of the throws. I have not bought other products so cannot comment on them although i expect the quality is just as good.
Recently bought one of the heavier cashmere throw though was not too keen on the colour but it feels incredible so the colour really doesn't matter any more (was only colour left).
Free and straightforward delivery and returns, and no hidden costs.
Would like to see some new things displayed better, eg the new grey cashmere throw is folded so cannot see what it really looks like as its folded.

Impressed by quality of items and efficient service
Pleased the with the quality of the items ordered and impressed by the efficient and friendly service. Items arrived ahead of the schedule allowed for each item, which is particularly impressive when you live in the Isle of Man, and I was kept informed of their progress.
