Wonderful quality and stylish designs.
My first order was unsuitable only because of the colour match so I had to return it. The collection service was easy and efficient with no hidden charges. My new rug arrived a week later and it is fabulous, wonderful quality, stylish design and the perfect colour. I am delighted, it finishes off my room perfectly. Thank you.

Excellent service
I purchased a blanket but decided to exchange for another product. The customer service team was very helpful and provided thorough advice. I am now waiting for the new product to arrive and hopefully the quality will be what I expected. But overall a very good shopping experience and will recommend the company to anyone with cleanly laid out website and competitive prices.

Incredible service, the throw was as described!
The website was easy to use, the tracking service from Germany was very helpful and interesting, and the throw arrived perfectly packaged and was as described and now resides on my sofa. Typical German efficiency, perfect!

Stylish bedspread super service
Been looking for long time for a plain but not boring cotton bedspread for spare room. Found Placenza online which was the answer to my prayers. The diamond quilting effect and the border just lifted it. Almost kept it for our bed instead. Also bought Adras Ikat cushion because I liked it.
Very helpful when telephoned and delayed sending to ensure that I was back from being away when likely to be delivered.

Excellent product and service
We were surfing the Internet for Swedish wool blankets similar in quality to one we bought in Visby, Gotland recently.
We were delighted with the quality of our Gotland wool blankets and impressed with the customer service and delivery and would certainly use URBANARA again

Quality products delivered quickly and tracked efficiently
I am extremely pleased with the throw I bought - it's almost as though we've got a brand new sofa! I loved the Urbanara website and the products are excellent quality at an affordable price. Great Service, great product
I tried to order online but I did encounter a problem trying to input my credit card details for payment but i called the number on screen & the person was extremely helpful & processed the payment for me. I received a tracking number once the goods were despatched & they arrived quickly. The quality of the bedding is excellent & having a zip at the end of the duvet cover makes life much easier when changing the bedding. Would be happy to use the company again & to recommend them.

LOVELY COSY BEDSPREAD
I was very impressed with this company. I ordered a new bedspread via the internet. I was e-mailed during the order to confirm that the package was on its way and was e-mailed at each point of the package's journey. It arrived packaged well and was on my bed within 5 days of ordering it. The quality of the bedspread is very high. I am IMPRESSED.

Urbanara for beautiful products at great prices!
I had wanted a cashmere blanket for a while, but always found them prohibitively expensive. Then I came across Urbanara. They had a beautifully patterned large Kulan 100% Mongolian cashmere blanket (Mongolian cashmere is the softest in my opinion) for less than £300! Fantastic! I was also happy to see that there was no charge for postage and packing to mainland UK! So I took a chance and ordered it.
It arrived within days, beautifully packed in tissue paper and boxed, ready to be given as a present... to myself! I couldn't be more pleased and will not hesitate to buy from Urbanara again.

Quality and Luxury
I am so happy with my new quilt and blanket. They were packaged so well, in tissue paper with little paper seals, felt very posh. The items were lovely, very good quality, felt far more expensive than what I actually paid. I would totally recommend Urbanara.com. One final thing, I made my bed with the new bedding a couple of nights ago, looked great and was really comfortable. I am not joking now, but that night I ended up oversleeping for work for the first time in nearly eight years so if that doesn't say something, I don't know what does!

Dont' want to get out of bed in the morning anymore!
I purchased Bellvis Linen Collection in 100% linen....absolutely beautiful. Cool on the skin allowing it to breathe, really important if, like me you have very sensitive skin. I'm so impressed I'm going to replace the whole families bed linen with 100% linen bed sheets. The set I bought are in the grey which is a beautiful delicate grey, matching perfectly with my chalk grey walls. Only problem is, I now don't want to get out of bed in the morning!!!

Good product and service, but could benefit from more flexibility re posting
The product and the service were both very good. However, I would have liked to be able to choose the courier. I live in a town so some couriers don't have an office here in case you are away when they try to deliver. In the end the parcel was left with a neighbour so that was fine.

my new smurf towels
Well, the 2 tiny face towels did arrive. I was under the impression that I had ordered the full bath set. Admittedly, that would have been impossibly cheap, but it is a little unclear on the website. I will order the remainder as the price is still very good. The quality is excellent.

Great service after a shaky start!
My package didn't arrive and I was pretty annoyed. After a phone call with very friendly and helpful people we established that UPS had left the goods with a neighbour but didn't notify me. All is now well! I am delighted with my order and very impressed with the service. Thank you

Speedy luxury!
Ordering was easy and when I encountered a payment issue the custOmer service lady was very helpful, polite and we resolved the issue quickly. Even though it said 6 weeks delivery on the page, the item arrived within a few days. Was brilliant to be able to track the parcel and receive notification updates. I have recommended urbanara to friends and family and I now possess a fabulous luxury cashmere blanket... Just as the weather turned hot!

Fantastic, first class service and excellent quality bedding.
I ordered the Piacenza bedspread but was email the same day that my order was received and informed that it was current out of stock and could be 6 weeks before I received it. I was offered other similar replacements but I was happy to wait. I was informed all along the route of this order and it arrived sooner than 6 weeks. It is gorgeous and I can understand why Gina, who I deal with, reassured me I would not be disappointed in the bedding. And she was right. It is gorgeous. It is pure luxury and looks amazing in my nautical theme guest room. So Thank you Urbanara and especially Gina for your constant news on my order. I will not hesitate to recommend and use this company again. Well done to you all at Urbanara.

excellent all round service
This is my second order and, as I was not sure where to find what I was looking for, I used the instant chat facility. I received good advice and was told if I was not completely satisfied I could return the items free of charge. You cant ask for more than that!
