Good, efficient service
I had absolutely no problems finding the item I wanted. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Will definitely use this site again as it better than other competitors (previously had problems with yukka.co.uk).

My daughter wanted a particular Adidas shoulder bag for school and a search of the old interweb found that most suppliers' prices were within a few pence of each other. The exception was Urbanindustry, who saved me a fiver, even after taking postage into account.

Really pleased with Urban Industry's service. Super quick delivery, easy website to navigate, best prices and really impressed with the packaging! Excellent service, but slightly expensive for international buyers.
Service was incredible, shipped fast (with fast shipping). Only complaint is that the VAT should be deducted for international buyers...ended up getting taxed essentially twice as I paid duty & tax to Customs Canada.

Always super happy with the urbanindustry service, but sadly this time was slightly disappointing as I had paid for next day delivery in order to receive the shorts i ordered for a weekend trip abroad, but they didn't turn up in time :(
but as i say - usually 100% happy.
