Excellent and very professional service to customers.
This was the first time I shopped online outside US and I'm glad i picked Urban Industry. Customer service is top notch, products and prices are great, and shipping to US was wicked fast. Bought myself sneakers that was on sale - product was double boxed with their own branded box which i think was very very cool. Definitely not the last time im shopping from them. Great Job, Urban Industry. Keep it up.

Checked out a couple websites for the item I wanted. Came across this one through a friends suggestion. Found it to be a simple straightforward website so I could order my item without the hassle some websites put forward. I wasn't sure where my item was delivered from, although I reckon it could have been from the US but my parcel came very quickly (ordered on the Wednesday got it on Saturday) I plan to purchase something else from there again later.

Where else would I want to shop?
I have never had any problems with urban industry apart from a mistake I made myself while ordering. I purchased two of the same sweatshirt by mistake, but with the great service urban industry gives, I contacted customer service And my order was changed straight away. Honestly I couldn't put it down in any way, I'm always going to be a customer, there are items I still need to purchase.

Best shopping experience
I've placed three orders with this site now, the goods arrived on time and packaged exceptionally well. There are updates throughout the order process allowing me to completely track my order at sell times. Furthermore all delivery and returns are free! Very happy birthday present
I bought some requested Levis 508s for my son's birthday and they were just
righ.t He was very pleased. They have a bit more give in them than conventional
Levis so although looking really tight they were still comfortable. (apparently!)

Excellent service, speedy delivery
I was really impressed by the service from Urban Industry - not only did they have the product I wanted when I couldn't find it anywhere else, they also gave great customer service. I got a tracking number so I could check the status of my order throughout it's delivery, and ensure that I was at home when it was delivered.
