I paid for next day delivery and did not receive my product for 5 days, i made sure that the address details were correct because i can understand that being problem sometimes with delivery, WAS NOT HAPPY

Looking at your order i can see that we shipped your item one and half hours after you placed it on a next day Fedex Shipping so it should have been there on the Friday. It appears from the Fedex tracking information that they attempted delivery for 3 consecutive days and each day there was an ' Address Query' . Checking your address on the order itself it seems there is a Business name then your postcode and not much else, Im not entirely sure whats happened here but we did try to get you your items to you on the next day. It appears Fedex had trouble finding your address on this occasion, apologies for this.
