I have purchased many items from urban industry over the years and have always been impressed by the extremely fast delivery, recent purchase was too big so i returned it using the collect plus service which proved to be hassle free, smaller size sent out as soon as it was recieved. Great service as usual cannot fault them.

I won't tell my friends about my new sneaker spot but I'll be back for many more. Just wish the shipping prices to the us were lower but I understand shipping cost. You get a lot of shoes way before we get them over here so I don't mind paying higher prices for the shoes or shipping. I've never dealt with a company where the CEO answers questions you email the company. That speaks volumes about the company. Great shoes and great customer service. A+ you set the standard for the shoe game. Wish more companies were like y'all!

Googled the hat I wanted, and this is where the cheapest price was, so ordered from them, came quickly and even arrived on a Saturday. Only issue I had was with Royal Mail not updating their tracking info, so it just turned up unannounced. Luckily was in.

Trendy smart boy WOW
It was my grandsons Max's birthday on Monday and he was 12 years old. As all the kids now do they want whats "IN" Fashionable and Trendy. He asked if I would buy the Urban Industry Ruck Sack. Which I did as Nan's do, he absolutley loved it his friends now want the same.
I was really surprised the Ruck Sack came before the expected date given. Really good service I would most certainly use them again. Well done Urban Industry.

It's good and cheap
I ordered from Denmark, and received the package a week after shipment.
it's cheap and they are good at replying your emails with the possible concerns you might have.
the only negative thing I can say is that they don't use a tracking service. so for first time buyers like myself, it is a bit concerning, because you don't know if you are getting ripped off. but they replied to every mail i sent and the package arrived after a week.
So all in all, I'm a happy customer, and can only encourage other people to try it :)
