I ordered a pair of shoes that were 50 dollars and they were really cute. I wore them one time and the heel snapped right off. Then I took the shoes to two different shoe repair shops who said they couldn't fix them. I, myself tried to fix them on my own for about 2 hours. Then I called customer service to see what my options were and they would not give me a refund because it was past 30 days and they wouldn't send me another pair because they didn't have them in stock anymore. So a waste of 50 dollars and my time and energy and they didn't do squat about it. I'm livid.
I ordered boots that were too big. I ordered a new 1/2 size smaller pair of boots and paid. According to Urbanog exchange policy. Order the size you want and then when you return the original order you will be issued a full refund INCLUDING SHIPPING. I was issued a full refund BUT NOT THE SHIPPING COST. When I emailed customer service they said we did issue the refund and gave me a copied and pasted breakdown that clearly says I was issued the refund for the product but not the shipping cost. When I emailed them back again. They never responded. Then I called customer service. I explained to the girl I returned a pair of boots that were $39.99 that I wanted to EXCHANGE for boots that I already ordered and paid for. On the Urbanog exchange policy website it says you will be issued a full refund including shipping cost. She said we did issue a refund for the shipping because the refund was $35 and the total of your refund was $42 which is $7 for the shipping cost. I told her that DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE! The $42 was what I paid for the product that has nothing to do with the shipping cost!! I did use the UPS return label but on the exchange policy it says you will be refunded the shipping cost. Then like a robot she just kept repeating the same thing that did not make any sense. Which means she was not understanding anything. I was fed up and told her your company needs to take down the exchange policy because URBANOG WILL NOT REFUND YOU SHIPPING COST IF YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE! QUIT TELLING ME THAT YOU REFUNDED THE SHIPPING COST BECAUSE YOU DID NOT! The customer service rep kept repeating the same thing that did not make any sense. I hung up on her. She should of just refunded me the shipping cost like the Exchange Policy states and there wouldn't be a problem. Urbanog has incompetent customer service that answers phone calls and responds to emails with robot copied and pasted answers. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM URBANOG AGAIN!
So I decided to order from this site because I saw how affordable the items were. I read some of the reviews and it scared me but I decided to try them out anyways. I placed my order on Aug. 12th and got it today Aug. 20th. When ordering I tried to put in a promo code but it wouldn't go. I called in and they did it for me and refunded my money back to my card. The shoes are cute but they are a little too tight (I think I need to break them in). Oh and when I took the shoes out the box, the bottoms looked as if someone had tried them on but they weren't scuffed up or anything. But overall I actually like their service and shoes! :)
I have been an UrbanOG customer for many years and recently, UPS lost one of my packages. UrbanOG promised to contact UPS and notify me with updates via email on several occasions. 4 months later, I still had to call repeatedly to get answers pertaining to a refund. After requesting a company check, the "customer service" rep suggested that to finally expedite the refund process that they should send the refund via PayPal. I agreed, but was shocked to find that I had assumed the PayPal fees instead of UrbanOG! I notified UrbanOG immediately and they were completely unapologetic and refused to refund the fees caused by their negligence. NEVER will I shop with them again. This company has absolutely NO CLUE how to service their loyal customers.
I know for a fact that urbanog.com also sells under various different user ID's on eBay.com. I ordered from them before and not only are they extremely slow in shipping. But they are dishonest as well. They keep changing user ID names on eBay after receiving incessant negative feedback, so they create new user ID's. Disgusting selling practices if you asked me.

Well, I really wasn't expecting so many bad reviews. I've had pretty good experiences with UrbanOg. I've ordered over 4 separate times from them but had to return the clothes because I'm tall and thin and weird-shaped and it's hard finding clothes that actually fit me. I love the free shipping minimum, they have the latest trends, and they have a lot of items you don't see on GoJane and their items don't sell out quick. The only thing is they sometimes don't restock popular items, they don't have extended sizes, from reading the reviews of the scuffed shoes and knowing they don't have a prepaid label....I'm afraid to buy shoes from them, and I do not like the fact (it's new thing they just started) that if you have to return something they deduct the shipping cost from your refund, they really should think about doing something different because what if I have to return one little thing, I can ship it back for less than $4 (think it's for profit) & their dresses are pricey, just like GoJane's but usually they are a little cheaper but still pricey.
I am from Canada. Does that make a difference? I'm not sure.
I had ordered two tops from UrbanOG on Dec. 18th, 2012. I received an e-mail saying that both tops were shipped. The next day, I received another e-mail saying that only one of my tops were shipped because the second top was out of stock but they were now in stock again so they would be happy to ship it to me, but they tried to get me to pay for shipping AGAIN. We exchanged various e-mails and phone calls until they finally agreed that they would pay for the shipping of the second top.
The first top was to arrive on January 2nd, 2013. It didn't. The UPS tracking site changed it to January 3rd. No top! Finally, it was changed to January 4th. I checked the UPS tracking site and it said delivered - but I did not have the top!! I called UPS... they could not help me. I called UrbangOG... they said they would file a Lost Package Claim.
On January 7th, a package appears on my doorstep. Could this be the missing package?? I open it. It is in fact NOT the missing package, but the second top that I had ordered (and received no tracking information for), but it had the same tracking information that was supposed to be associated with my FIRST package.
I then e-mail UrbanOG and ask WTF. Oops, they had actually forgotten to send my first package in the first place. But they still had it in their warehouse and would be happy to send it once they receive my payment for it! I ALREADY PAID FOR IT ON DECEMBER 18TH LIKE THREE WEEKS AGO. Oh, yes. They magically are just NOW receiving my payment. Interesting.
Anyway, they mail the first top and my package is now on it's way... apparently. We'll see.
The top that I did receive - I love. I believe their items to be fairly good quality, they are just completely lacking in their customer service area. I've read good reviews... I've read bad reviews. I guess it just depends on luck!
When I checked out it said allow up to 3-4 days for the order to process and ship out so I wasn't expecting my items to arrive within 5 days. I was a little skeptical as I did not receive a confirmation e-mail for my purchase, but overall very happy with my items and the time it took to get them. Is now definitely a staple online shopping store!
I ordered 2 pairs of boots yesterday 12/26/12 morning EST. Urbanog being on PST didn’t get my order for a few hours. My order was over $50 which should have been free shipping. After entering the free shipping code twice, it still didn’t work. I emailed their customer service immediately to ask for credit. Not even a few hours later I received a response email that my account had been noted to receive credit, and they were forwarding my request to their finance department. I read a lot of reviews that their customer service was bad, but so far my experience has been positive.
The boots are scheduled to be delivered to me in New York by Friday 1/4/12, which I think is great turn around given the weekend coming up and the holiday.
I will update my review when I receive credit for the shipping and when my boots arrive. I ordered 2 pairs and I am interested in seeing how they fit and what condition they will be in.
I had ordered a pair of boots for a little under $40 on December 12th, and got the confirmation email about a minute later. Since it was holiday season, I was a little more patient than possible. I started to get worried that my shoes wouldn't fit or would be scuffed due to reading other reviews. But when I got home from work on December 25th, my shoes were waiting for me at my front door! They fit perfectly, and they were not scuffed at all. Just be aware that they do not always send a shipping alert e-mail (I never got one)!
I love this place, at first I was a little etchy from reading all the bad reviews. I checked everyday to see when it was getting process. At first I was getting mad cause for 2 days straight it just kept saying being process and I felt like it wasn't gonna get anywhere than finally the next day i received an email saying it was getting shipped out. What I didn't expect that it was gonna arrive that same exact day 2 hours later. I order a size bigger then my usual size, cause they didn't have my size and the boots were too cute & cheap to pass on. Turns out they fit me perfectly! The only problem is that I just have to break them in, too stiff. But I love UrbanOG and I love how fast they process & deliver it. Cute shoes too!
The cute shoes could be worth the risk of a case of bad service. I ordered a pair of boots and some sweet wedge sneakers in late November. They arrived in about a week via standard shipping from CA to MN, they were the correct style and size, and they're really cute! I think there are just issues if things get complicated with returns or exchanges, or if you happen to get a bad shipment with damage or the wrong item. If everything goes right, you get cute shoes at a decent price! I'd shop here again, until something terrible happens. :) Good luck!
I ordered 5 pairs of boots on the 9th and received them today? Since I made my purchase before reading the reviews, I was a little worried that I would have the same negative outcome as some of the other shoppers. As I opened each shoe box, I let out a sigh of relief. There were no damages to not one pair of my shoes and they fit perfectly. I really don't know what some people are complaining about. I definitely anticipate on ordering again from urbanog. I have my eye on a few more pairs of shoes 😃😃😃
I like to think I am an easy to please costumer. I ordered a pair of boots and found out I had to cancel the order that same day. I read in their return policy that I had to call to cancel an order and no other method would be accepted. OK, that's fine. I called. It rang. And rang. And rang. I tried later. Same thing. I tried the next day. The same thing. I must have called about eight times. No one answered. On the third day i called again. A girl answered. Finally! I told her about my order. She was very rude and probably said no more than five words to me the whole time. She said I couldn't cancel it; the request had already been put in. I asked if there were any more steps or fees to return it. She said I had to pay to ship it back. I told her that I had been calling for the last few days and couldn't get a hold of anyone. She didn't say anything. I asked if they had a costumer service department. She said no. I just got the package today and I am going to have to pay out of pocket to take back something I didn't want. I'm never ordering from this company again. They have lost my business and I'm not encouraging anyone else to give them theirs. Unless you have absolutely no reason to return, don't order from this company.
I recently purchased a pair of high top wedge sneakers from Urban OG. I was very concerned purchasing from them after reading all of the negative reviews about the company. However I really liked the shoes, and for the price I had to give it a shot. The processing and shipping days were accurate and delivered on time. The shoes are more than I could have imagined, they are in perfect condition, fit perfectly and I'm totally obsessed with them. I would recommend this website to anyone who needs cute shoes for an affordable price.
The customer service has been great on my end, and they always kept me informed as to what was going on. People reading this also have to understand that if you have a negative experience with a company, of course they're going to write a complaint about it. I recommend this company to anyone! I love Urban OG and will definitely be shopping with them again soon.
I purchased two pairs of shoes because of their Buy One Get One 50% Off Sale, and it only took five days to arrive! :) I was a little scared because some of the reviews said to get a bigger size than your usual size, but I ordered my regular size and both pairs seem to fit perfect! I can't wait to buy more shoes from UrbanOG.

I can always find 1 thing i want to order but never a second. And i dont like there sales buy 1 get 1 half off. What if i want three pairs of shoes not four? Just give me a discount on the whole site like other companies do. The price is also a little high, and so is shipping.
I placed an order for three pairs of shoes and somehow (I think it was a computer glitch but it's possible that it was an oversight on my part) marked one of the pairs for the wrong size. I noticed the mistake as soon as I received an order confirmation, so I called their customer service number to remedy the issue as soon as possible because their website states that it is not possible to resolve these issues via email. There was no answer so I tried a second time and left a voicemail including my contact info and order number, asking them to get in touch with me as soon as possible (this all happened around 1:30 PM, within their stated customer service hours). They never responded to my phone call so I tried emailing them with all of the pertinent information. The next day, I received an email that said "invoice was not able to be retrieved" and did not address any of my issues. I sent them an email asking them to explain and once again I received a form letter that did not address any of my information. Finally, someone told me that it was too late to retrieve the order because it had already been sent to the warehouse and that I would have to follow normal protocol of returning (which includes providing your own shipping with no reimbursement). I told them repeatedly to cancel my order if they could not resolve it and told me that it was my fault since they don't answer their voicemails. It wasn't until I threatened several times to cancel the charge with my credit card that they were magically able to cancel the order. Overall they were rude and unclear and were already charging me a ridiculous amount for shipping ($9.99 for standard shipping from Chino, CA to Long Beach, CA, a distance of less than 50 miles). If you want to order anything from their site, you can usually find it cheaper at gojane.com, and their customer service is topnotch.
I love Urbanog! I've been shopping with them for years and see them grow as a company. I'm addicted to buying shoes cause Urbanog always has the cutest shoes! They also have great selection of fashion and accessories at an awesome price, what more can you ask for?! I've never experience any problems with them plus their customer service are quite decent!
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for around $95, and also received free shipping by doing a little bit of research. I was a little scared because after I read some disappointing reviews on this website about Urbanog. The shoes arrived exactly a week later, with no problems. No scuffs (complaints below), all the sizes were right, and the delivery was super fast. I just ordered a dress from Urbanog because I was so happy with the service. The clothes are fabulous and I would definitely recommend to a friend. I wrote this review so that you may have faith when purchasing!

Not only did it take forever for them to even ship out the damn shoes when they finally arrived, they had nasty scuff marks all over. I tried to send them back since they sent a defective merchandise but they refused to provide a return label. Not impressed, not recommending, and never ordering from there again!
I ordered 2 pairs of shorts, a tank top, and a pair of sunglasses and since my order came up to $50, I received free shipping. I placed my order last Wedenesday, it was shipped the next day, and I received my package this Thursday. So it took exactly a week from the shipping date for my order to be delivered to my house (in New Jersey, USA). On their website, they said that it would take anywhere from 9-11 days for the package to arrive and mine arrived in 7 days, so I'm happy with that. I was able to track the progress of my package by using the tracking number that Urbanog provided, so that was good. Overall, I'm pleased with Urbanog's prices and their on-time delivery. The fit of their clothes could be a little bit better; I got a pair of high-waisted shorts in a size small and they fit a little bit loosely in some places. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchases :)
This company has the most outrageous processing times known to any retailer/wholesale company. It simply doesn't take three days to box up two pairs of shoes and ship them unless they themselves don't have them and they r ordering as the receive orders.
If you are in a hurry to receive your items this is definely not the place to shop. Not to mention that a wholesaler has to purchase 30 items checkout. This is the most unheard of system ever, a certain dollar amount okay, but thirty items is ridiculous. Run of shoes Bly comes in 12 to 18, so that is like saying that u must purchase two to three runs!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Thank god for other places Ike lashowroom.com, no foolishness is required there!!!
Ive been shopping with them for couple of years now and still didn't find anyone who can give me better service and price. Their prices are like 1/3 of mall prices and qualities are the same as the ones I bought from mall. I've shopped at other websites too like forever 21 but the quality of their product is just not as good as urbanog. I still love urbanog the BEST!
I really enjoy the style that urbanog brings and their prices are actually really great. For what you're paying the quality is quite good as well. Shipping, for me, was not an issue. The items I ordered came in decent time. However, if you live in Canada, I suggest not buying from them unless you really love something on their site and can not find it anywhere else. The tax you have to pay and shipping fees are over the top. Unlike any other store I've ordered from. You should expect to pay double just because you live in Canada. Which, to me, is so not worth it. The scam here is that you think you're getting something cheap but, really, you pay for it later.
I've ordered from this website many times and am very satisfied every time. I've only ordered boots from them (knee-high and mid-calf). I have larger calves, but mid-calves always fit fine. For knee-high boots I always check the measurements (they give you the circumference of the opening) and buy boots with larger measurements. I had bought a pair of boots with a 14" circumference and though they were tight they loosened up a bit after walking around in them. Their sizes are true. I am a size 5-6 but I order a 6 so the calf area is a tiny bit bigger.

I am one of urbanog's facebook fans. They often have these contest where they give away free shoes or gift cards. I always entered in those contests even though my boyfriend says it's a scam and they won't really give away free shoes, but last month I actually won and saw my picture on their facebook page!
Just from that, I can tell everyone that this company is legit.
they sent me scuffed up boots. when i asked for a refund they aske for pictures of shoes and shoe box... they reply back it was manufactures fault, And it wasnt their fault. instead of sending me a pre paid label they want to give 30% off next purchase..i declined that offer. i told them to issue me a pre paid return label and demanded a refund..i sti haven't received any kind of label... and when i call to talk to that lazy girl, she has a bad attitude. no customer service. i had to tell her about her own website she's working for. i prefer to shop at GOJANE.COM. they have the same merchandise for less, they always have sale and you can always look up coupons for their site. I WILL NEVER SHOP ST URBANOG AGAIN.

I found this site through Pinterest. The pin boasted "really cheap and cute boots". And they were, both cheap and cute. My feet are average, but my calves tend to be a little bigger than most. I ordered the size I normally wear, but neglected to check the return policy before purchasing. When I received the boots, neither pair fit. I looked into their return and exchange policy only to find that I would be out money either way. I got them packaged up and sent them back at my own expense within their 30 days after purchase window. Now, however, they say that I didn't get them back within the alloted time, and charged me MORE for the shoes that I didn't get!!! (I lost my package receipt, so no proof...) I basically paid $26 bucks to TRY on boots. Boots, that on the site do look cute, but in person look cheaply made. If you do decide to purchase from this site, make sure to read all the specifications of size. And if you do have to return them, I'd recommend just reselling them on ebay or something so you can get your money back. I will NEVER purchase from this site again.

Do not use this company! The prices are appealing but it is a scam. I received defective merchandise and when I emailed about what process to follow to go about returning the merchandise, they told me that I had to send four separate photos of the merchandise. I did this and they refused to refund my product or let me exchange it because they were out of my shoe size. I followed the procedure required by them within the thirty days and was still screwed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their customer service is non-existent and you will get what you pay for. YOU WILL GET SCREWED!

I have ordered from this website about 4 or 5 times now, mostly for shoes. I cannot complain about anything besides the time it has taken for me to receive the products, which has been quite lengthy each and every time(I live in the continental states). Other than that, I have never been sent a wrong size, or the wrong/damaged item. The shoes are at very low prices for a reason; you're not getting Calvin Klein quality shoes. However, that being said, I actually have never had a problem with the quality of my shoes thus far(knock on wood). I've never had a heel break on me or had any kind of problems with the material of the shoe. Overall, I love this website and will continue to order from them, lest I unfortunately have a bad experience in the future. It definitely is a great money-saver especially when it comes to expensive items like shoes. Plus, I think they have some very cute stuff!
Seriously....these people are criminals!! After receiving a damaged product, I tried to contact them by phone about returning it as there are no instructions online. You could not get through to any person because when you would press the number for customer service it would just go back to the greeting. When you pressed another number to leave a message, it would state that the system was full. After one week of trying, I randomly pressed other extensions, when I FINALLY got a live person I was told to send a picture of the damaged product and a scan of the original receipt. After doing all of this...I was told that it had been more than 30 days and they would not even give me a credit, let alone give me my money back. I pushed back, and told them that it was less than 30 days since I received the product...they just said NO. Shipping times were really bad too and the products (that aren't damaged) are REALLY cheap!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS WEBSITE...YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!!!!
I purchased 3 pairs of boots for under $120.00. I started reading reviews about Urbanog.com after I ordered them... I got really worried because each review said this company had bad customer service, was very slow in shipping products, or orders were wrong or damaged. My experience was completely different. My boots arrived at my home in a week. Exactly what I ordered. No scuffs, dings or damages at all. I love them. And I will definitely order from Urbanog.com again!
The shoes are cheap because they are man made materials, plus they are knock offs. I found some generic glitter platform wedges for $14. Not too shabby. The only concern I have is the shipping. The company is 3 hours from my house and it took over 7 business days to get my shoes. If you need your items fast don't purchase from here. You will be disappointed.
I ordered two pairs of shoes from this site totalling about 50$ after my discount. and they sent with UPS when I choose USPS so now I'm getting hit with more then 50% brokerage fee's from UPS . I brought this issue to the attention of urbanog.com and i got a very snooty lady who said other people have had the same issue and have been unsuccessful in getting what they want so good luck and gave me her bosses email address. I emailed him and same sort of thing all I got was ignorance . I asked if I send back the shoes could you wave your restock fee I will eat the shipping or for them to call ups and have them sent to a post office I use across the border or to even pay for half of the brokerage fee's as I was not aware of this issue and shouldn't have to pay for this and he refused on all parts.
