Always a good response
We recently advertised one of our flats through Urban Sales and Lettings, got a very good response as always, and were able to find two very suitable tenants. We also like the fact that the ad can remain in place until the property has been let.

Advertising on sites I have not even HEARD of, this site really works!
I started using this site around three years ago when I retired and a landlord was happy with what I had been doing and asked me to do a "tenant find only" service for his properties. I act as a family friend and this has been a Godsend.
I advertised a property two days ago and within 24 hours I had so many responses that I removed it from the website, the first couple who viewed decided it was the perfect house for them and took it!
It is so easy to upload details and pictures and is very reasonably priced, they even provide a tenancy agreement if you require one. I would have no hesitation in recommending this site to private landlords.

Rented my house within 48 hours using Urban Sales & Lettings
An extremely easy and effective way to rent a property. Fed up with paying high street estate agents expensive fees? Using Urban Sales & Letting allows you to take control of renting your property and they offer different levels of service to suit your needs.
I have use them several times and can only say 'fantastic'. I waited a long time for a company to offer this kind of service - advertising your property on all the major internet portals including Rightmove, find a property and zoopla at a one off minimal fee.
Strongly recommend and will use again & again.

We do indeed offer different service levels, but ALL customers (or even potential customers!) are encouraged to utilise our ARLA and NAEA qualified staff for help and advice at no extra cost, we even provide a freephone number to make it easier.

Such a brilliant service!
We've used Urbansalesandlettings to advertise two flats in the last three months, and we've been really impressed with the usability of the online system, and the service provided by USL - especially the text and email alerts and friendly, professional follow up by USL personnel. Adverts for both flats generated strong interest, and are both now filled. We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Excellent service, great savings!
My husband and I are very impressed with the service that we received from urbansales. They replied to our emails and calls promptly and tried to help throughout the sales process. They exceeded all my expectations. And all this for a fraction of what it would've cost us had we gone with high street estate agents. I srongly recommend them to every one. I will surely use them from now on for all of my property sales and letting.

Very good service, I will definitely use them again!
I have used Urban Sales more than once to find my tenants and found the service works perfectly for me. You can upload photos quickly and easily and edit your descriptions and move the photos around to keep it interesting. I find it invaluable to reach a mass audience on the internet which I otherwise would not have access to. The fact that there is one price for however long it takes to rent is good value. Highly recommend.

Simple and easy
I've let a number of my properties through urban sales and lettings and would recommend them fully. Easy to use website, reasonable price and comprehensive listings... why would you want to hire an agent to do it for you?

i have used ubansalesandletting for over 3 years now and can`t thank the staff enough for their professionism.
urbansalesandletting are great and the staff are very efficient at their job, i receive a text and an e-mail instantly when i have someone interested in renting my property, i even get remarks from the viewers saying how quick they received a reply for viewing the property. I only use this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Value for money. I sold my house to the first person who saw it the day it went up for sale.
I chose US&L as I wanted my property to be on Rightmove without having to pay through the nose for a traditional estate agent. I was confident with drawing up an accurate and attractive description of my house and priced it to sell quick. All I needed was the best web presence. US&L provided that but what really surprised me was the value for money EPC and floor plan and the excellent photos that were included in the package I chose. On top of that the website was very easy to use as was the text messaging and emails that arrived in huge numbers regarding viewings. The staff were always very helpful on the few occasions I needed their assistance too. Since selling my house I recommended them to a friend who needed to let his flat and he was overwhelmed with enquiries and found a tenant first time round. Highly recommended but if your greedy its not a magic wand. If your realistic then you will save thousands of pounds. Its as simple as that.

Very useful, reliable and helpful.
This site is to be recommended. Not only did I save a shitload of money on commission paid to estate agents but the site was easy to manoevre and I could see who had been viewing, who had made an offer, who had expressed an offer and the outcome of any viewings. Any problems were dealt with speedily by the staff. This isn't a massive website but I think it is the way to go in future to sell/buy a property.

Excellet !! professional and efficient service
I am a landlord, thought i would give UrbanLetting and Sales a try to save on paying out fees to a letting agent. There service is excellent, i had my property listed and the enquiries came in via email and text making it efficient and easy in reply to a tenant.
Would highly recommend this company to any person or professional who is looking to sell or let there property, i will certainly be using this company for all future sales and lets.

Helpful and efficient service
As a total novice Landlord I was really pleased with the help I received from the staff at Urban Sales and Lettings. What initially seemed quite daunting was made easy. Particularly pleasing was the fact that you can actually speak to someone quickly and on a free phone number. Within 24 hours of placing my ad I had about 6 enquiries including my great new tenants.

Great service at great price!
We used Urban Sales and Lettings to sell a house recently. Not only was it an extremely reasonable price but, a tenth of the cost of a high street estate agent, but the service was very good too.

Great Value - Great Service
Dealing with UrbanSalesandLetting couldn't have been easier. This online estate agent gives great service from initial contact through to advertising your property, organising photographs and liaising between you and all potential viewers/buyers. Who needs the High Street and COMMISSION?!

First class service !
We really had doubts about the service we would receive because compared to our local estate agents the fee we paid to Urban Sales was tiny. How wrong we were. They went the extra mile lots of times and gave so much more than we expected. Viewings ? More than we ever dreamt we would get !

Urban Sales and Lettings provides very effective way of marketing your property
Very cost effective way of renting out your property; the advert is posted on all the major websites and the costs are marginal comparing to what other estate agents would normally charge. I will use them again.

Did not expect US&L to be this good and productive.
I was as sceptical as anybody might be, before choosing an online estate agent over a high street one. I searched around the internet weighing up different providers of a similar looking service and these seemed the lowest risk given the low price and very positive feedback. I was almost tempted to give one less star just so people would know that my review was definitely real as there seems to be so many glowing reviews. I would say that if you have been with a high street estate agent for some time and things have not gone as planned, that you have nothing to lose by relaunching with these guys. Within minutes of registering I had emails, texts and phone calls offering help. You may think what is their motivation if there is no commission in it for them, but it seems that they are doing everything to try to build the company and its reputation and they take pride in doing a good job. We have been on the market with US&L for around a month after feeling our old estate agent were not doing enough and after having previous potential buyer mess us around over price. Things couldnt have been more different. We have had seven sets of viewers in that month, compared to one or less a month before. The exposure of many websites including Rightmove must have helped. We had a few offers from the same person within a few weeks, but have accepted a better offer from a nice family a few days ago and we couldn't be more pleased. Its around the same figure that we had from the buyers that we walked away from via our old estate agent, but without the extra 1500 pounds to the estate agent. I just wish we had the idea to use these people first and not wasted so much time before !! There is nothing to lose in giving them a try, as you pay your one off fee and it stays on their books and online until sold, which is better than some of the other companies providing this kind of service.

Fantastic service for low fee
We were really impressed with Urban Sales and Lettings service and managed to gain the full asking price for our property, without paying the higher estate agent fee.
The lead fed system was highly efficient and enabled us to organise viewings easily and discuss any queries directly with the prospects.
When we dealt directly with the support team they were always focused, firendly and efficient. It was encouraging that each team member seemed consistent in terms of knowldege, attitude and willingness to assist.
I have shared my experiences with friends who have also shared their intention to use Urban in the future.
Overall an excellent, efficient service without the higher fees - brilliant.

Excellent, timely service and value for money!
The whole process was straightforward and painless....from initially finding out about Urbansales&lettings to advice about taking property off the market. Apart from a slight delay in going live and getting a for sale board - but that was mainly because Easter fell in the middle....advice has been good, they are easily contactable and the whole experience was well worth the small amount spent in comparison to what this could have cost me via a traditional estate agent.

Excellent service!
We had tried a couple of normal estate agents and found that they weren't getting the house sold or really doing what they said that they would, so we looked at online Estate agents so that we could take matters into our own hands and save money as well. The Urban Sales and Lettings site seemed popular and well-reviewed so we signed on and got everything set up. A couple of months and a few viewings later we've sold the house and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Emails and texts regarding interest in the house were prompt and any email to Urban Sales and Lettings was followed by a call very quickly, even on a Bank Holiday! Even once the sale was agreed, US&L were contactable and supportive, so we couldn't reccomend them more highly.

They are good you know!
My first letting with Urban was put on two weeks before Christmas so I did not expect much of a response but they brought forward several prospective tenants. They text and email you with the tenants details very promptly which enabled me to close the deal.

Great Alternative to a high street estate agent!
Very friendly, professional staff, always willing to help. Kept me fully informed of all interests. I work full time, can only arrange weekend viewing. Sold my flat within 2 months. Saved me lots of money, and I was able to communicate directly with the buyer from day 1

Fast, efficient, polite, professional and IT WORKS
As a Landlord I have used Urban Sales and Lettings twice now. Each time they have very quickly found me a tenant. They helped me with the description of my property to ensure it was professionally written, they kept all the photos I had used the first time which saved me a lot of work. Their advice was invaluable, always very polite and very helpful. I am delighted with their services, so very reasonably priced too - just compare the costs of doing the advertising alone by yourself - no comparison.
I can highly recommend using Urban Sales and Lettings. Should I need another tenant I will be suing them and when the day comes to sell my property these are the people I will go to. Thank you to all the staff, you are doing a fantastic job.

urban delivered
Their site is easy to deal with. What We liked the best was as soon as they received the enquiry it was passed on by e-mail and text. Text were very useful as not eveyone has the e-mail facility on their phone and lots of other companies just give you one option.
We were very happy with the service. Pricewise they are not the cheapest, they come in the middle.But the question to ask yourself do the cheap quotes company pass on the enquiries and in the 1st place do they take the enquiry to pass it on to you? It is just that one missed enquiry that could have been your tenant. If Urban stick to these prices and the same sevice , we would absolutely be using them in future. Sorry,I have not got anything negative to say.

If you're wondering "What's the catch", there isn't one.
If you think your house ought to sell fairly easily then dont hesitate... these guys are far better & massively cheaper that high street agents. Very professional, and saved us thousands of pounds. Excellent.

Well run company, great value for money!
Ive used urban for over 4 years now for letting various properties in my every expanding property portfolio. I have used them to sell in the past too as some properties i have moved on if they no longer fit in my portfolio. I have seen these guys grow and they are now one of the larger online agents. This concept appears to be becoming more popular and as a result I have seen new entrants to the market. I do not believe these can compete with Urban who i believe are the most professional, cost effective and longest running. Keep up the good work!

GREAT COMPANY BEST OUT THERE
I researched this concept quite heavily before I took the plunge. I went with them as they had the best reviews and were priced most competitively. The product worked and I sold my house within a month. I worked out that I saved around four thousand pounds selling through them. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable.

Saved me a packet!
A friend recommended this company to me after a successful property sale. I listed and sold the property within 6 weeks. The process was simple and the staff guided me through the process. Having tried another on-line agent before using Urban Sales, the difference in the professionalism of this business was very noticeable.
I really felt that they were there to support me if I needed it, and they were so efficient.
From the bright catchy board outside, to the fantastic photos, prompt follow-up to any questions, and the delight of most of the viewees who thought it wonderful to be dealing direct with the seller, it was a truly 'stress free' experience (well almost).

I Will NEVER use a high street estate agent ever again
We have booked viewings to suit us , and we've had far more enquiries house than we did last year when we tried 2 "high street " agents to sell our house. The cost is a fraction of a "high street agent" and they are only a phone call away for any query you may have . Fantastic service oh and the photographer was brilliant!

First Class Service much better than high street Estate Agencies for us
Sold our Bungalow in Linlithgow and our daughter sold her flat in Polmont through Urban sales. Saved thousands on selling fees. A fantastic service which more people should realise If prepared to show people around themselves and deal with the sale. Urban use all advertising sites high street estate agencies use too which is excellent

Great service and value - would recommend
I used urban sales to sell my flat earlier this year. Instructing was simple. They came out to measure up and take photos. Soon after the viewing’s started coming in. I was under offer within 3 weeks. The process was smooth and simple and the help given by the team was great. I had only sold once before so was a little hesitant but i needn’t have worried as they guided me through the processes. I would recommend to anyone. I saved a good few thousand puns and am very pleased.
