Excellent service and free recorded next day delivery
I bought a shirt for my son online. The value was £22.00, when it arrived it was grey instead of black. I contacted customer services via 'Live Chat' and spoke to a lovely lady called Emma Roberts.
I explained the situation and before I had the chance to ask 'what they were going to do to rectify the situation' she said...''keep the grey one as a gesture of good will for our mistake and I will put another on in the post today'' I even asked for a larger size and the next morning the larger size shirt in the correct colour arrved by recorded delivery!

Item was listed as 'in stock' on website, which turned out not to be the case, but the backorder happened very quickly and i received my product only a few days later than advertised. I was kept informed throughout so not a bad transaction.
