Very professional and accommodating
I dealt with Natalie to order some USB Twister keys. She was completely on the ball and very accommodating in spite of our very tight order schedule. I was pleased with the proofing process and doubling checking at the the actual print stage to ensure the design and colours met our expectations.

I had need of a quick turn-round run of USB sticks and USB2U didn't fail me. Well printed sticks arrived the day they said they would.
Had I got my data ready then they would have loaded up the sticks for me too!

Very good, affordable products that work!
My main intention is the USB sticks actually work and not just look pretty. So far, so good! Only slight downside is graphics not amazing (good but not outstanding). That's why 4 out of 5 stars. So it's difficult when staff say "I think the graphics are amazing" - when they may not be to the client. So better ask the client first........
....and overall the product works and I got a very good turnaround service :)

Fantastic Service!

Fast and efficient service

Very prompt and helpful service!
We found USB2U on the web and wanted a company based in the UK, there where a couple to choose from. All around the same price, however the prompt response from James and his help made us make our mind up, everything went very smoothly and the delivery was prompt and packaged well.

Fast with high quality service
The service from USB2U was very friendly and personal and made your order feel special and not dependent on the size of the order. You can tell its a company that know what "costumer service" means. Fast response and delivery did not effect the quality of the product and its design. They were the company that said "yes" we can do this for you in such a short lead-time , while the others said "no". Very Pleased!

Outstanding customer service
We were looking to put our brochure on a USB stick to give away at a show. I wrote to the top 6 companies on the first page of Google and only 2 replied, one of those being USB2U. Nothing is too much trouble!
From the first email I felt sure that Natalie will give us great service. Nothing was too much trouble and although our client was very uncertain of what they wanted and we had to keep changing our requirements - never was ever a complaint. They kept us informed at every stage and the product arrived on time and it looks amazing.
