yes , I ordered from this company on feb 24, 2014 and by feb 28, 2014 , my ordered arrived, delivered. I live in Chicago USA, yes I was worry about those previous reviews that mentioned bad service, wrong order item and so on, but actually this company was fast w/my order, right size, right color, model, so I'm happy w / my boots. I always order overseas and this company was the fastest one on my deliver my order. yes, IF I FIND SOMTHING ELSE FROM THIS STORE I WILL ORDER W/O HESITATION... I RECOMMEND ..!!!
I live in Finland and I've ordered from USC a couple of times. I've placed the order at thursday morning and every single time received the order next week, usually at tuesday. So I got the my order in 6 days! :) It's delivered at my door step and delivery cost is cheap. I have nothing bad to say about USC. Prices are cheap, outletprices extremely cheap. I don't understand why people here complain about delivery times or quality of stuff. I've got my orders always on time and everything I've ordered has been immaculate. I highly recommend USC to everyone :)
VERY disappointed with the experience i had with USC. After placing my order and expecting to receive within the stated 3-5 working days i still after 4 working days had not even had a dispatch note. Also within 2 days i received an out of stock email and again on the 6th day, i received another out of stock email for another item! This is very unfair and lacks in quality customer service. I am very disappointed with this and in the company. When i explained this to their customer services team they said a blunt unsympathetic email stating my order has been shipped with complete disregard for the annoyance of ordering an item that i waited for 6 days to receive but instead of receiving it i received an out of stock email when it was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days of my order. I emailed back again exclaiming how upset and annoyed i was that they did not strive to correct the issue or even offer some sort of compensation... not even an apology! Horrible company, horrible customer service and i will definitely not be shopping with them again and informing anyone i know not do to so.
USC is by far the worst clothes company i have ever used, tried once, never again. They use YODEL well thats a mistake, my parcel went missing for three days when they said it have been delivered, took a further two days to get the items to find they were the incorrect sizes!!! FUMMING. Ring up 0845 1299 218 to be told you have to pay to post back WTF!!! after arguing this as it was not my fault they have emailed me a free return address. I shall see if i ever get my money back i wont hold my breathe. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MAIL ORDER EVER
Ordered a few pairs of trainers online in the sale, when they arrived, wasn't very keen on them because they weren't really the same colours as online (As with anywhere you order from) so decided to return all but one pair........... Well, because of the weight, it's cost me £16 to return the order, so with the delivery charge as well, this has cost me over £20 for items that I didn't want. There's a USC store local to me, so why can't they be returned there? Now I'm un necessarily out of pocket. Will never order from USC again.
Ordered from USC. Found a few items on reduced sale so thought great. Its a final sale, unfortunately for me. The same pair of trainers was reduced again by another £20 the following week! The 2 pairs of jeans I ordered looked like they were store or returns or something. They definitely did not look brand new. The price made up for it as they were reduced by 50 per cent so I did not bother to return them.
Its a nice site with good items and prices but constant sales and reductions on items gets a little daft as sometimes prices go up and then back down again like a yo yo.
Furthermore, I note a lot of people around the web (review sites) are being told they must pay the return delivery charge for faulty or incorrectly delivered items. The Distance Selling regulations covers you for this, USC must pay that return P&P, simple. Read more about that here:
In my experience with this company I purchased a wallet, it had a hole in it where they'd put a security pin in. Who puts a piercing through leather, really?

The cashier accepted the fault and agreed but needed manager authorisation. The manager came and then argued it was a hole where the stitching had been. I refused a credit note and they couldn't swap for a perfect conditioned wallet. I told her to do as she pleased because I want neither an exchange or credit note because they couldn't offer me the item I actually wanted. She issued a credit note.
I then emailed the company complaining, they asked me to spend another £35 on their website to purchase the wallet in perfect condition and then email them the order ID along with the gift certificate number and they'd refund one of them including the postage.
Hold on, so let me get this straight they want me to give them another £35 of my money when they've already refused to refund me on a faulty item, thus breaking the law, my statutory rights. Yeah sure, I've got mug written on my head, not.
Let's be honest, they could have just taken the gift certificate code and sent me the wallet. No need to scam me for more money.
Well, anyone spending over £100 on their credit cards are covered under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Agreement Act. So speak with your card issuer
And even if you didn't spend £100, you can still dispute your payments with your card issuer, even if it's a debit card you can dispute.

My experience with USC was pleasant, no major issues. I received my products on time and they exchanged some clothing for me with no fuss. Unfortunately it appears they use Yodel as a courier service, who are quite possibly the worst delivery provider to-date.
website fine products ok customer service the worst. emails you never get a reply,ever,why even give out a email address,just put can't be bothered there instead. when you phone them its automated at the start then it just cuts you off,over and over again. purchased a item over a week ago still waiting want to cancel now bored of the whole experience. usc & yodel both joke companies working together.
Ordered online and paid extra for express delivery within 2 days from dispatch, Order confirmation received after payment, Waited in for 2 whole days for a delivery that failed to show, sent a email into USC but no reply then logged into account to see ordered had been cancelled due to no stock but the item is still available to buy online and no communication from USC! They hide their phone number online but when you do find it online to a premium rated number they keep you on hold !!! AVOID them at all cost!
If you have an issue with the item you have purchased online - this is where the trouble begins. Luckily I got the correct order but the shoes didn't fit correctly so I sent them back for a refund. USC DOES NOT supply postage for the return where as rivals such as ASOS do.
As the shoes were worth £65 I decided to send them securely, ended up paying £15 in total shipping costs (to me and back to USC). I decided to contact Customer Services as I didn't think this was on at all - the reply I got was 'it's stated in our policies on our website and on this occasion we cannot reimburse you for your costs'. I then replied explaining how disappointed I was with this and asked them to remove my account, which they did with no apology! Awful - surely these companies should be looking after their customers, all they could of done was given me a voucher but nope! Will be avoiding this company, retail and online - go with ASOS!
Please take my advice and do not buy from this terrible company. I bought a handbag from one of their stores and they refused to refund me when I returned with it due to the zip being faulty. Their policy appears not to give refunds under any circumstances (read review on other sites as well as this). If you want to take them to Small Claims Court, conveniently, their head office is in Scotland making it nigh on impossible to take out a claim against them. After numerous email exchanges with their rude customer services staff (I use the term 'customer services' loosely) it was clear I wasn't going to get anywhere so if you don't want to take my advice, make sure you pay for goods on your credit card, That's how I eventually got my money back through my card's 'claim back' scheme. I informed USC of this but funnily enough I didn't receive a response to that email!
I paid extra for express delivery. USC use the worst courier around - My Yodel - see the reviews the courier gets on here for an idea of what they're like.
Nothing's turned up, my emails have gone unanswered, and it looks like I'm going on holiday without anything decent to wear. One big telltale sign about the company's aspirations in terms of customer service - no phone number. Only way to contact them is by their feedback form.
I'm not even sure how I'm going to go about getting my money back. It's been a very long time since I've been left this uncertain about an online purchase. I mistaken thought USC were a reputable company. Thinking about it, I don't know where I got that idea from, but it's clearly flawed. This company is a relic from that time online when you were never quite sure if everything was legit.
EDIT: I've changed my review from 1 Star to 3 - "So-so – acceptable experience but with some friction." That is a fair reflection.
After chasing their courier a lot, and after a few more hassles, I have the delivery, and the clothes are really decent, and I'm pleased with them. However, still no response form USC in answer to my emails. Not very impressed.
Well I placed my order then came on here and saw the reviews and my heart sank. But my order was placed shipped and delivered perfectly, I was kept up to date with the status of my delivery by text and email and I am very pleased. My order arrived in the correct shoe, size and colour. I know they use yodel who are not the best delivery company as I have had problems with them before from a different company with goods being stolen. But this experience was a pleasant one. I would use them again!
Okay i so paid for a t-shirt on thursday night i paid extra for saturday delivery so saturday comes i get email from yodel which as soon as i saw it was them i knew the order was not arriving anyway i phoned yodel to see if it was out for delivery and they said no as usc had not advised them it was saturday delivery which angered me so i had to go into a usc in town and buy the same t-shirt so i called usc on the monday as their customer service is closed on wknds and i told them on monday that i did not want the order and wanted a refund to which they have says okay but you will not be getting a refund until we have the parcel back they told me that they have been in touch with yodel and advised the courier to return the parcel to them its now wednesday and my parcel has been out for delivery everyday this week without any attempted deliveries and with usc telling me each day they are on top of this and yodel are returning the parcel to them clearly yodel just do what they want but it angers me at just how usc are not willing to take any of the blame for this so my parcel is sitting in the back of some incompetent yodel couriers car and usc are unwilling to refund me even though theres now way of me getting the parcel now that yodel have said that they are returning it to sender!
