Excellent website and ease of use

COULDNT FIND A SITE CHEAPER THAN US RENTACARS AND THIS IS IMPORTANT TO US

Booking made simple.
I wanted to rent a convertible car for a holiday in California however it appeared that this could only be done from in our case, San Francisco airport. We were starting our stay in downtown San Francisco so did not really want to go back to the airport. Happily an on-line chat to a usrentacar customer agent resolved this problem and we now will collect our car in downtown San Francisco. Simple and efficient service, thank you.

no problem with rental side, but the attraction ticket offers all look out of date
5 stars on thecar rental side, but 0 stars for the special price attraction offers, some had dead links, others referenced 2011.
Just looks very uncared for. Pity really as just looks amateur

I have used USrentacar many times before when hiring a car in Florida. I have always received an extremely competitive quote and great service with no hassle.Full insurance included with options to upgrade to include additional drivers and a full tank of fuel. I would highly recommend.

Efficient service

Great service just waiting to go on holiday in two weeks
We had booked a seven seater with Alamo through our disney holiday then our
daughter who lives in New York booked to come with her husband so we then need an eight seater. When we phoned Alamo they informed us that we could not get one as there was not one available but when my other daughter searched online your company managed to get us one which we are picking up from the same location as we had originally planned. I think in future we will use you company as I dont like the attitude of the Alamo staff. We also did not receive my money and now we are getting
what we were looking for from you. So thank you for this hire as we would have needed some of our family to use the bus,

IS THIS RELEVANT
My experience so far has been fine. What concerns me, is that I've been asked to offer my rating before actually going on my trip. It also stated in the email I received, that I should only rate 'US Rentacar.co.uk', and not the end supplier. However, surely the whole experience is important, including the performance of the End Supplier. I would like to think that US Rentacar monitor the whole package.

Easy booking process

Highly competitive
I have been using this site for the last 3 years and I found it that they offer the best deal in the US .
The only thing I would say if they can improve the website when customers try to make a booking . It freezes on you and you have to keep trying a few times to make the booking .

Not as good as usual
We always use this company and have never had a problem. This was only a slight hitch but the rental voucher wasn't available when it should have been so I had to ring up to find out what was going on - I was told it was an IT problem and it was referred to them. This sorted it out and I got my voucher. It wouldn't put me off using the company though.

Good Price
The price was competitive and unlike most other similar web sites it allows you to pay just a deposit and then pay the balance eight weeks before the trip. I have used them before and all worked out well at the other end.

clear - easy - reliable
it is easy to use and definetely reliable. I love the packages gold, silver and platinum so you are free to choose. Easy cancellation if desired and cancellationfee is payed before but this is free on the most other internetsites. That is the only negative point....

Painless as always
The service from USRentacar has been superb. This is my fifth time using them and they have always been the cheapest and most efficient. Everytime I head to Orlando they are the first site I check for car prices as I know they will be hard to beat on service and price.

The prices seem to be reasonable and it was a good website to work round and understand. I like the deposit idea and then the balance near to when you go when you can change if you want to. Will have a better idea once we have used the car hire in October but hoping that all goes smoothly.

Luxurious XLT
Rented a Ford Expedition XLT 8 Seater SUV for our 2 week holiday in Orlando. The car was one of the best things to happen on holiday. It came fully loaded, with leather and all the bells and whistle that you find in your own car far more a rental car! Thank you US Rental cars and thank you Budget( You certainly did not give us a budget car!).

Does what it says on the tin!!!!
I needed to rent a car in New Orleans. Went to the USRENTACARS website and entered my details and BINGO got all the choices of the car grade I was looking for right there in front of me. Just so simple with a few clicks of my mouse I reserved the car I wanted and a few days later was prompted by email to print out my voucher so now I'm ready to tackle the BIG EASY !!!!
