I struggled one evening with an issue on my prepay meter, which was obviously a worry. When I did get to speak to someone I didn't feel the immediate response fair, however one of the senior guys in the company picked up on my situation and offered to look into the scenario for me. I was then treated very fairly and was even compensated for my inconvenience. I feel that he treated me with respect and helped me totally off his own back because he realised my situation was deserving of this. With all this considered I would now rate the service as 4star.
